I went to this location today after finishing up my shopping at Target. I don't usually go to Starbucks because they are a little pricey but my husband asked me to go since it is Father's Day. I walked up and I was second in line. The people in front of me placed their order and the cashier proceeded to turn around and start on their order without even acknowledging me. Finally one of the employees turns around to take my order. His name was Rune. He was so rude and lacked basic customer service skills. He did not greet me. He asked what I wanted and after I told him, he just stood there looking at me with a blank stare. As a I said earlier, I don't go to Starbucks often so I didn't know what else to include in my order. Finally he asks if I want whipped cream on top. I had 2 more drinks to order and the transactions were all the same. I paid then moved out of the way. Wouldn't you know it, Rune magically mustered a personality from deep within and actually greeted the customers who were behind me. Drinks were good but I won't be back.

Well I have to say the two girls working the front are quit a team, and the customer service is off the charts! Like Disney world level, it’s my first time at the Starbucks and my only negative is lack of seating and tables were dirty.

Tried to charge me double for a drink I order 3 times daily. Very irritating

The drive through line was very long so I went inside to order. I ordered a doppio espresso with breve and they gave me cold creme instead. I was in a hurry so I couldn't have them remake it but they were clearly too busy discussing their favorite episode of whatever TV show to pay attention to my order. 🙄

I Went for a drink not for a cup full of ice ! Three sips and my drink was gone . the worst thing I couldn’t go back right away to complain because I was on my way for an appointment . 😡

Visited this Starbucks this morning at 8:34 am on 6/12/19. The guy working this morning was beyond rude. He was talking to customers so nasty that I ended up not ordering my drink and left. I felt so bad for the girl in front of me trying to place her order. This employee needs additional training or to be fired. This was definitely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks.

More often than not when I go to this location the drinks that contain milk often taste burnt or sour. I had an iced caramel macchiato and the milk taste like what happens when it becomes warm, sour and smelled funky. Spent almost 5.00 on a drink that I had to throw away. They do brew coffee every ten minutes which provides a fresh flavor.

Emily is very rude!!! Wanted onother co-worker to spit in my daughters coffee for getting her fired at onother starbucks!!!! This is not high school!!! This is adult hood!!! Grow up!!!!

Best store ever!! I’ve been going there for 3 years now. They always get my drink right and the baristas are very personable, always making sure my order is correct and that I’m satisfied with my purchase. The cafe is always clean and tidy. I go in daily and appreciate the warm greeting I get.😊 I’ll be moving soon and this store will be missed and hard to beat!!

I was very pleased by this kind young lady by the name of adysen, I believe. She was so nice and took our order with a lovely smile and even complimented my nails! She also said “my pleasure” and many people don’t say that these days, reminded me of chick fil a honestly but I was so pleased to hear her say that. I would highly consider giving her a raise, because I’m coming back just to have great service like that from this young lady
