I was assaulted by the bathroom attendant AT THIS BAR! I went to meet up with my friends who were already in the bathroom and this huge lady who was the bathroom attendant. I’ve seen her in there before and I think she was selling stuff to to people in there. She grabs my arms very aggressively and yells at me. This is unprofessional. It wasn’t on a Wednesday night, and it’s extremely disrespectful that after writing about this, the owner tells me I have the wrong place.

They advertised a “Pickle Fest” on October 7. Drove all the way from Rockwall, and turns out it was a big scam! Nothing there, except a great BBQ booth. The BBQ people were scammed too,thinking there would be other booths and tons of customers. 😡😡 At least the BBQ people had pickles.

We paid $7 each just to get into Pickle Fest which was held October 7th and there was no Pickle Fest. I talked to a very nice lady at the bar, and she said it was booked through a third-party vendor who did not show up. The bar was not giving refunds and we had to pay $20 for the parking garage across the street. Avoid this place if they are having a "Fest", "Fair" or "Event" as you will get scammed. We reached out to the third-party vendor and they have never responded to our refund request. This bar does not use reliable vendors. I would avoid this place, horrible parking, and the $20 parking fee is outrageous.

Bought 2 shots and the total was $17.09. Looked at my bank statement and they charged me an additional $20! That is theft. I would like my $20 refunded immediately. Totally bad business.

Paid for the pickle festival and there was nothing pickle there except for the guy in th pickle costume by the door. False advertisement for sure. We drove over an hour to get there. No pickle them food or drinks. Nothing pickle. Everyone there was extra disappointed.

Advertised a Pickle Fest full of food vendors, shops etc. on Oct 7, 2023. Showed up & No pickle fest. Paid $20 for parking. Refused to give a refund after being told 3rd party vendor did not show up. Very irresponsible on follow up. Found out in a matter of minutes that is not 1st time this vendor had done this to people. Bar owner should have researched & vetted the vendor. Scam of a bar. Want ever go back!!

Went there on a Saturday afternoon. Everything else in the 7th street area was super packed. Popped into 2909 since it was not very busy. Ordered a shiner beer and it was 8 bucks! I figured I would order a coors light next time and save some money and guess what? 8 bucks! It's a great place to hang out but now I know why it wasn't busy when everything else was.

We went there for Mimosa Fest. I'm not sure they know what a mimosa is, but neither mimosa that I ordered contained juice. It was 34 degrees when we went. Most of their seating is outside. They have two heaters, of which only a select few tables are underneath. Brunch was advertised as part of Mimosa Fest. There was a taco truck that took 40 minutes for an order. The place seems very nice, everything was just poorly executed and not thought out. It was extremely disappointing, especially since it was an organized event with tickets that we had to purchase ahead of time. I'd think twice before coming here for any events, but I'm sure it's a nice place to have a few drinks and chill

Absolutely the BEST bar in the Cultural District in Ft Worth! BEST service and Bartenders around, period! If you don’t go here you won’t experience the full fun that Ft Worth has to offer! LOVE all the Bartenders!! Awesome staff and security! Safe place to party! Love you 2909! 💞🙌🌹

Ryen is the best bartender and makes it so I always want to stop by this place. Dj played some fun throwbacks but the bar was kind of empty for a Friday night. Sometimes they have super cute puppies running around!

Stopped in for a couple drinks after the Matt Rife comedy show. Nice bar great location.

We had a great time at bar 2909 . We took grandma to see some live music for free! Plus the staff was fun,polite and professional. We look forward to another great time here in thr future.

We went for the Britney Brunch on 03/12/23. I had children with me and the owner came up to us and assured me that the bar was family friendly during the day. I guess he read my face or had some type of intuition, but he was extremely nice and inviting. We had the BEST time! The bartender was so friendly and the other staff were amazing as well! We will definitely be back. Thanks for the great time!

I went for the Tacos and Margarita festival It was amazing atmosphere, The food and drinks were delicious

Cool atmosphere plus playing Jenga and large Connect Four with my crew made it even better. Drinks where on point and bar staff was friendly.

This bar is good for a nice night. It's not too big, but it has TVs, lounge sections, place where you can dance in the center. It is almost all outside. Bar tenders were pretty fast, even though they were busy. So I appreciate that!

Nothing but for the tacos and tequila bar crawl! Best prices and most fun for the event!

Went there last night after a bad experience at varsity. THIS PLACE IS DOPPPPPEEEE. Love the vibe. Atmosphere, drinks and people!!!!!

Just got back from the Fat Tuesday crawfish boil and it was wonderful. The staff are attentive and friendly, the crawfish was delectable, and the vibe was very social and filled with great live music.

I enjoyed the atmosphere but I am almost 40 and I think the crowd was more of an 18 and up vibe. I like older company when I go out. I did enjoy myself.

Got the opportunity to meet the general manager and owner of this bar really cool people they own a few other bars that are all really nice they were kind enough to let us demo one of our really powerful subwoofer systems here if you feel like this place needs a little bit more bass now that our subwoofer isn't there be sure to mention to the GM they need more bass!!
