January 2022, during the covid outbreak, we wanted to get out for a bite to eat. Our first stop had an hour and a half wait. At this Chili’s, we sat at a table in the bar, within 5 minutes of walking in. One of the servers overheard us talking, stopped what he was doing, offered to clean a table and and invited us in. Kevin was our server and he was courteous and efficient. He was even very nice when I ordered my keto substitutes. Chilis is like an old friend, nothing super unique, but always kind and comfortable. Absolutely disgusting. Walked in and saw trash everywhere. Little gnats and fruit flies all over the table. We were given menus with salsa stains on them and so sticky. They definitely hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Both of our drinks had little black specks floating in them, and I looked at my mug and saw mold all over the inside and outside. Gross. We decided at this point to leave, and our server seemed slightly confused on why we didn’t want to eat the appetizer she was bringing us lol. I will absolutely never again eat at a Chili’s.

Came in last night with my family and had a terrible experience with our waiter. It seems there might have been a technical issue with their checkout machines, but it took nearly 15 minutes for us to receive our bill and our waiter seemed very frazzled and neurotic. We watched him arguing with the manager while we were waiting for our bill. Overall, left us feeling very on edge and dissatisfied. The one bright spot was the food came out quick and the food runners were very polite and accommodating.

About 12 minutes after we were seated, we wondered if the hostess had failed to tell our server that we’d been seated. The restaurant was not busy. When our server finally came by, we asked if the hostess had let her know we were there. She said that she did, but she was busy with another table. There were literally two tables in her section that were occupied. No apology—only attitude. Also, the broccoli casserole was 50% some kind of powdery cracker substance. Deeply disappointed. Probably won’t be back.

Come on Chili’s …… Have your staff keep an eye on the door. We walked in and waited 8 minutes before walking to the back to find the host sitting down talking to a friend. Later we watched other folks enter and have the same experience It’s SUPER slow and they seem understaffed but could make due with a little old fashioned hustle Food was decent Had to send back a well done steak (I ordered mid rare +) The new one was pretty good

Wife and I stopped in for a quick lunch before a movie at the theater across the parking lot. We sat at the bar, ordered margaritas and shared a couple appetizers. I hate that I can't remember her name, but the bartender was great. Food and drinks were great (not many places beat Chili's salsa, if any). We knew we wanted something quick, so we were probably in and out in 30 minutes, but we could've stayed for another round if not pushed for time. We'll definitely be back!

If you look at my reviews I have over a 100+ 🌶️ s across the united states'. And this one restaurant was horrible! Asked for a beer and 5he girl was unable to pour a proper draught. And when I asked for a Corona the bartender informed me the keg was out, but the manager informed me that they just got a delivery and that she would fix it..... Later the Corona was still out and wasn't worth the acknowledgement that she was wrong. Would not recommend because the management is horrible. Yes pic of management partner included. Not to mention the hole in the wall or the cat living in the drain outside. After the management made me feel invalid as a customer I left. Why would I spend any more money in a place as disrespectful as that!!! So I looked and saw more issues on the outside including safety issues with lights out and even a cat, squirrel or skunk living in the drain...

Arrived at 6:45ish, we’re seated immediately, ordered drinks, chips and salsa, looked over the menu for about 5-7 minutes and then ordered. Our order was a triple dipper (as entree) and a bbq brisket burger medium well. Waited about 30 minutes, were told the burger had been over cooked and was remade, but would be out shortly. We wait some more. The table behind us, who were seated about 20 minutes after us, then receives their food. We flag down a manager, explain that we’ve now been waiting almost 45 minutes for our order and nothing. A few moments later the burger (still over cooked) and triple dipper (which has been dying in the expo window and is now cold) are delivered to the table. How is this acceptable service?

Good food for great prices. It does need to be cleaned up a little bit because the tables, chairs and menus were kind of dirty. It also seemed like they were low on staff on our recent visit. The staffs are always friendly.

Just dined at Chili's got a combination quesadillas and chicken "crispers". The chicken was cold, I mean cold like they had been left out for an hour or two. Informed the waiter, he informed the manager and she did nothing. No offer to remake the food, no offer to remove it from the bill. Terrible way to handle a mistake like that.

My family came in after church yesterday and had the most amazing time. Stephanie was our server and she was, hands down, the best we've had in a very long time. She needs to be promoted or something to head of customer service because she was on top of everything. I didn't catch his name but there was a young man who was also working at the time and he was also very friendly. He kept stopping by our table to chat with my 1 year old son and taught him how to fistbump and for the rest of the day, my kid was giving everyone fistbumps. He even gave me one before bed last night. Other restaurants needs to take note because you guys are doing something right. Awesome food and awesome workers. We will definitely be returning. Thanks for the great time.

I ordered online it said to show up between 6:35 and 6:40. I parked and checked in. No one ever came out. At 6:55 I go inside and the two employees are standing there laughing doing nothing. I turn around and my order is sitting on the shelf. It had been there the whole time. I could see the bags from my car. I take it and leave. The food was cold and nasty.

Great place for a quick meal. FYI - Hamburgers were large, seem handmade (very minimal fillers if any!), and cooked perfectly so that they were softer than they looked and remained quite juicy.

Our server was on top of it. She did an amazing job throughout the dinner even though they were very busy. I wish I would have remembered her name. Worked the bar area, Great job.

Service was 10/10. I stopped by beciase i saw an ad about 3 for me deal and had to try it. The Chicken sandwhich was great as well as the Chips and Salsa. Our server Alex was great! Definitely a great place if your on a budget and want all the nostalgic american feels. I will definitely be back to this location.

The food is always good. We never have to wait long for a table. The service is generally great. There have been a few times when they were so busy that our food took a little longer to get to us. Friendly, knowledgeable servers. Prices are reasonable. Always a great experience.

Was here a couple of weeks ago and the server was rude. It was happy hour but only if we sat at the bar. The food was ok until my wife took a bite of her burger and pulled out a hair. The manager had the never to say that it wasn't from any of the kitchen staff. It sure wasn't my wife's totally different color. She comp our food, we paid for our drinks and left. Never going back there, and with that experience would explain why that place was so empty.

My husband and I came for the three for me deal and it was great. Our server was exceptional. My husband's burger wasn't cooked the way he liked it but other than that it was all good. Lots of food for a low price can't beat it!

Customer Service was good. Prompt service & food order was ready. Employee polite and greeted upon entrance. Also, made sure I was able to access points for my reward when asked.

Food came out quickly. Service was okay. Not sure if he was new or maybe just saw 1 adult and 2 kids and assumed i wouldn't tip fairly for his time. Had other servers bring food and refills( one kids refill since the sprite was bad) . Asked for kids Togo cup and said would be right back.. we waited for 10 mins before deciding to ask the hostess instead. Def would have adjusted the 38% tip. Won't return to this location but didn't seem to be the worst restaurant we've been to.

A lack of waiters / waitresses has this place only open to the bar area. Management is not doing a great job trying to run a full restaurant when it would thrive. Pay the waiters waitresses a decent salary. Food was good, service a little slow, and it had an effect on the atmosphere.

Food was great. Our server was amazing! The cooks and servers deserve 5 stars...but....I went to change the baby before we left and the changing table was broken, no sign saying so. It looks fine when you open the door, but it drops all the way open. Had I not been paying close attention, the baby would have dropped to the floor. I mentioned it to the manager, he said 'Yeah, someone sat on it and broke it." When I said there should be a sign, his response 'Well there was this morning.' No care at all the a baby could have fallen and been seriously injured.

Constantly missing something in my order. I think my bacon burger is missing an important ingredient! Also no condiments or tomatoes? Y’all always miss something every order and never refund like you say you will over the phone. This is disappointing and annoying. This cost almost $4 more than a regular burger at chilis! This is ridiculous

Next time I'll sit with my back to the wall, so nobody is behind me. Lesson learned. Anyway, I had the lunch fajitas and they were honestly delicious. Not like a real Mexican restaurant, but super tasty and juicy. Some places cook the meat to a sizzling crunch. Not here. They do need to invest in some tortilla serving containers instead of the rolled up foil.

Fast and friendly service. Food came out quick and exactly how we ordered. Our waiter was training and both servers we amazing. Great location for families big or small.

I went for lunch after going to the Cinemark with my parents. The seating is plenty and it doesn't take long for you to get a good server and appetizers and food. Our server was Forrest, a very nice man and he made sure everyone was accommodated, even if he wasn't serving them. If you ever go and he's your server, give him a nice tip and a high five

I haven’t been to this location in a while and it’s really gone downhill. Food was the same quality but the front of house was disgusting. Can’t imagine that the kitchen was any cleaner. Ugh can’t think about that too much! We sat at a booth in the bar. The table was gross, when I sat down and touched it my hand came away slimy. I tried not to look any closer at anything else or I wouldn’t have stayed for dinner. I won’t be returning to this location.

Service was slow to start but once we ordered our food it arrived in a reasonable time. Waitress was very friendly. Food overall was good however my broccoli was a little bitter.

Esby is a great server! The restaurant had a late lunch rush. We had a group of 6 adults, 3 kids. She was on top of everything. Kudos to the management and kitchen as well. Many restaurants are dealing with an employee shortage, but Chili's is handling it well.

Have only been to this location a few times ever, but the last visit wasn’t great. 4 adults/4 kids, nothing complicated at all, but we waited too long for everything. Restaurant seemed under-staffed and our waitress seemed like she was in the weeds. Restaurant wasn’t even half full. My food in particular (Cajun Shrimp Pasta) came out almost cold. We only picked this location for convenience of meeting out-of-town guests on I35 and won’t return otherwise.
