The food was good but I felt like it took way too long. I just ordered egg rolls and a kids meal for my daughter. The coke was flat. The server was good. The worst part though was it was absolutely freezing I felt like we were in a morgue. Bring a sweater or light jacket with you

This Chili’s has gone rapidly down hill over the last year, culminating in today’s experience which was both a culinary disaster and an old fashioned rip off!!! IF YOU MUST GO… DO NOT USE CURBSIDE AT THIS LOCATION!!! The fact that three of our five entree’s even passed a quality check is hard to believe or a testament to the management at this location. The Bar remains the only redeeming part of this location and the Bartenders are often embarrassed at the food quality! Too many second chances, we will not be back again. My visit was exceptionally positive! Trying to find a keto option can be difficult at times but I went with a bun less burger. Typically a restaurant throws it on the plate with the condiments on the side. Not here. It came out looking so appealing I almost didn’t want to mess it up. My hats off to the cook!! To-Go service at this location is terrible. Every time we order no one actually brings it out, we have to go in after waiting more than 15 mins. Food is always cold, and we've been given MOLD on several kids meal items (2x mandarin oranges and 1x chunk floating in pineapple juice). Completely unacceptable. Staff doesn't care, laughs it off.

Been coming to this particular Chilis for a few months since I moved into Fort Worth, probably been at least 12 time in the past 6 months. Tonight was a little odd even for recent events “COVID” I know staffing issues have been a issue nation wide and completely understand that wait time are going to be a little longer but after being sat with in 20 mins of being there I though tonight was going to be great service and be in and out quick as usual. But after ordering our drinks and food with in 5 mins of sitting down we waited 35 mins for our food to come out and after seeing 2 other tables that were sat down after us, ours finally came and brought by another waiter, but sadly the food was cold both the chicken crispers and the burger were colder than room temperature. After telling the waitress, she immediately took the old plate of chicken crispers and got me a new hot plate with fries in a matter of minutes. Wondering how did it take over half an hour to get food then be able to make my meal in less than 5 mins. Coming to the end were leavening and paying on the tablets as usual and the waitress is hovering around us and after I pay and was about to click no receipt myself she asks. “ Do you want a receipt, if not hit the no receipt and take your card out. Hand me the tablet so I can get it out of your way.” Then proceeds to tell us that she “likes to fill out her own surveys” leading us to come to YELP cause as a customer I should have the option to give my opinion about the restaurant and the staff. She was very nice but at the end coming to when I can leave a survey I felt she got very frightened in what I would put in the comments. Waitress had short pink hair. Didn’t get her name cause I chose to not get a receipt.

The overall experience was very disappointing. For the cost it isn't worth it. There were only two of us and it took roughly an hour for our food. The food was fine, but the service wasn't good. It reminded me of a fast food place. We made our order and got our food, but that was it. We were basically ignored the entire time and had to make due without a waiter/waitress. If someone from Chili's reads this, I'd recommend placing a soda dispenser in the dining area. That way I can get a refill without having to walk to the nearby gas station.

Chili's doesn't get enough credit for their burgers. The old fashioned with cheese is still better than most. The meat cooked on a flat griddle to sear in the juices so it's not dry from so called flame broiling. I love the way they grill the buns so they're warm, soft, and toasty.

Went on a busy night. Service was fast, food was great and the tables were clean. Tried the new crispy chicken. The chicken was a smidge tough but was juicy and delicious. Not sure about the new sauces. BBQ sauce has an odd aftertaste, the Nashville hot sauce didn't taste like anything. The big star is the cilantro ranch. Next time I'm going for the honey mustard. That's right there definitely will be a next time. That new white cheddar Mac and cheese is absolute fire.

I'm sorry but, we will never go again. I don't know if it's the Manager who doesn't care about the quality of food that is coming out of the kitchen or if it's the quality of food they are getting off the trucks. But, it's terrible quality for the price ppl are paying. Took our son there for his 18th birthday and no one could even finish their food cause it was horrible. And, yet still payed 95$ for 3 ppl. And, he got a cup of nasty over frozen ice cream.

Had a great time here. Staff where great. Cane here for my youngest daughter birthday. Had a blast.

Handicapped accessible. Many parking spots in front.The bartender was serving the customers at the bar, and taking care of all the tables and booths. Then he ate his food in between filling our glasses and waiting on us.

For my first time coming to chilis I was not disappointed. The service, vibe, food, people was all on point. Had the best server named Melissa we locked in fr 😂 I highly recommend

I placed an order to go for curbside and they came right on time. Food was fresh, hot, and flavorful. Definitely will be back in the future when I’m on that side of town. I ordered the chipotle chicken bowl and loaded baked potato soup.

The Best Chili's Crew Ever!! We love to go there and visit with the staff. Deuce is The Best manager Ever!!!! No one has anything negative to say about anyone. Food is Always just right or they fix it! We always end up here at least once a week. Sometimes twice!!

Started off slow when the bartender had to take orders. I don't know the name of the lady that started around 5. She was having to be a hostess & take orders. She was excellent, wished I had gotten her name. Disappointed on the prices! It's been a year since I've been at Chili's. It has gotten expensive!

Honestly rarely eat chain restaurants(we dont find food quality to be that good anymore at alot of them), but we decided not to go too far and go to this Chili's for dinner. Literally everything was good. Our server Jason was great and accommodating and quick. All of our food was actually really good and we tried an array of things, and left just perfectly satisfied. Overall great experience!

I was very displeased with this experience which is rare because I usually love this place. My appetizer didn't come until the actual food which defeats the purpose of an appetizer. Then my pasta was undercooked and very hard to chew like if it was plastic. We asked for more Heinz 57 since the one we received was almost empty and more napkins and it was never brought to us. The thing that tasted the best was my lemonade and the 4 chips I ate. It made me mad so much I didn't even eat my food because by the time I got good food the anger had gotten rid of my appetite. The waitress didn't attend to us at all as she was always doing something and never asked how things were until it was time to pay. Sorry if y'all were having a bad day but y'all made my day bad.

I had a great time there our waitress was nice fast and friendly . My kids called her an angel. Because she was very polite and positive. Yes I do recommend friends to eat something there the food was amazing. The store was clean.

$8 for a scoop of skillet queso????? Called in my order and this is what I found when I got home. Will never visit here again! Completely unacceptable on any level.

This place has three stars only because of the amazing customer service the manager justine provided. The team is really horrible. They forgot everything that matches! The icecream to the dessert, the chips for the dips, the dressing for the salad. The girl attentding curbside (white girl with black hair) didnt even know chips are supposed to come with the queso

Seriously overpriced. Ordered quesadilla explosion salad, it was nothing like it used to be at all. I was shocked when they brought the plate to the table it was a much smaller portion than it used to be and they gave me plain dry cheese quesidillas that were super thin and small. I remember they used to make them chicken and cheese with a nice flour tortilla, now it's super cheap ingredients. They must have changed the recipe as well because the salad taste gross like they added some sweet nasty sauce that doesn't even go with that food. My kids burgers were cold and dry as well. I just don't get why they are so trash now. Like charging full price for menu items the are obviously using cheap ingredients and substitutions, and when food comes out cold, that is a bad sign.

Ordered online, food was over 30 minutes late. Originally told they needed 5 more minutes. After 10 minutes of waiting went back in, said it would be 15 minutes. Asked why is there a delay, she said she didn't know and what did I expect her tio do about it, asked to speak to the manager. After 10 more minutes I asked for my order again, said it wasn't ready yet, asked why not it's been about 30 minutes past my order time. Was told she didn't know she just got there (same person who had attended me earlier). Someone else brought out my food. Asked to speak to the manager twice, never came out. Person attending said I don't know what you want me to do about it. Told her I would be complaining about this and she said so, what do you want new to do about it. I said at least act like your getting my food together/ ready at least act like you care that my food is late. She said ok. And walked off.

I won't ever order food from this place again. I had the chipotle bowl with salmon and when I was about to pick up my order, someone else already took my bag with the food, so I had to wait even longer for them to remake the food. When I came home to eat my food I noticed how slimy the salmon was and how unappetising the whole container looked. I tried to take a few bites and noticed how weird the salmon tasted, it looked undercooked/weirdly discolored and the food was cold. While I was going through the food i noticed it contained pieces of chicken and that's when I realised I can't eat any of it! Altogether the food looked like someone fished it out of the garbage bin. I wasted precious money and time!

The staff here is fantastic. Even close to close, they are welcoming and attentive. I will be back next time I am in town.

My party of 10 had a great time. Dante was our waiter and he gave us the best service we have had to date. He was patient and polite. Made sure we all had our refills on drinks and chips. He smiled the entire time while he was serving us and others in his section. Our order was correct and all together. He checked on us constantly not rushing us or anything. Food tasted yummy and fresh.

Went on a Sunday afternoon and the service was prompt, the food came out quickly and delicious and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. It seemed that the team worked well as a team, too.

I never ever write a bad review. I loved Chilis for their 3 for 10 and even when they revamped it to a little more expensive or the 2 for 25 which I understand they gotta change prices depending on the market and what not. But my experience was frustrating Friday night they were a little slow but… I understand that happens on Friday night. I ordered the 3 for ME which I asked my Waitress that I would like to add a desert and I asked for the cookie skillet and they added it which the menu said for 2.49 more which I understood. Come later I was charged 8 + dollars for the Skillet and the only reason I added it was because it was only 2.49 but the menu was very misleading. I was sad because my waitress didn’t even think about the fact that it was probably weird I wanted to add a desert that wasn’t apart of the 3 for me. In the end it was my fault but I just would have enjoyed a little better customer service from that aspect. If your willing to pay the extra price for chillis all power to you.

Went to this location the other night with my boyfriend. We went for dinner and we're waited on by Holly. She was very attentive and kind. Our appetizer took a little longer then normal so Holly was on top of communicating with us and getting it out for us. While we were enjoying that Holly let us know that there was a mix up in the kitchen so our food would be just a little longer because of it. When it was about 20 minutes longer and we still had not gotten our food Holly got the manager over to us on her own accord. The manager was super nice and took care of our entire meal because they were still in the process of remaking our food. We really didn't expect that and it was a kind gesture on their end. Our food came out about 15 minutes later piping hot and was exactly what we ordered.

Attempted to have a good time but these two were a nightmare to deal with. Me and my family are African American and they were aggressive, condescending, and glared at our table the entire time we were there. They actively ignored us when we had our hand up for service at our table and only came to the table once. We left after about 30 mins and went somewhere else because they treated us so poorly. Fire both of them for a better guest experience!!

Stopped in for dinner after a high school football game. There were a few guys seated at the bar, using vulgar language so my friend and I asked to be moved. Plus we were seated right under 2 or more AC vents and it was kind of cold. All of the staff there were very nice and friendly. Our waiter, Donte, was very fast and so nice. I had a 1/2 slab of Baby Back Ribs with Fries, and Corn on the Cobb. The food was very good. Had a free appetizer so we got the Mozzarella Cheese Sticks. They are more like squares instead of sticks. So big and delicious. This was my 1st time at this Chili's and I'll be back whenever I'm on the NW side of Ft. Worth again!

Truly our "neighborhood grill!" The staff are friendly, welcoming, and really know how to make you feel like a part of their "family." The food is amazing, drinks are well made and presented. It's clean, efficient, and food is flavorful and well priced for our budget! And, there's always a box for leftovers, too. App and take-out are wonderful options. Try it!

Consistently good food. Their servers are always good. Sometimes there's a wait for food or seating but they are always packed. Togo has been good and rarely forgets anything. Sometimes the packaging is a bit rough but it's hard to fit everything in bags. Especially multiple entrees and deserts. I would definitely recommend eating there over Togo.

HORRIBLE take out experience. They specifically say to wait in your car and they will bring the food out to you, but I waited over 15 mins and watched 4 separate people have to walk in and get their orders. I was unable to get out of the car because I had a sick baby and I watched two workers playing around and EATING FOOD at the counter as I’m waiting for them to bring my food out. I can see them right through the window because I’m waiting in one of the first spots. They need to let people know you have to walk in and get the food and take down the signs that tell you to wait in your car. They were not busy when I was forced to walk in with my sick child. Absolutely ridiculous, if I wanted to get out of my car I would’ve chosen to dine in. Also the portion they give you for your food is SAD. I ordered, paid, AND TIPPED just to get barely any fries? I paid for my sides I should’ve gotten more than 8 fries. DO NOT ORDER TAKE OUT FROM HERE.
