    No stars. Booked for 3 nights, within an hour we discovered mold in the bathroom, shower head didn’t work, toilet didn’t flush, a hole in the floor covered by the carpet, someone wrecked their car in the parking lot, staff didn’t care, the whole property smelt of weed and our non smoking room smelt like someone had smoked a whole Carton of cigarettes in there. The smoke detector was completely removed from the ceiling and placed into the dresser, an outlet was pulled out, Black tape covered SEVERAL “blemishes” to the room. Smelt like urine next to the TV, and no pets allowed? That’s funny because our neighbor had a dog keep us up all night. There’s so much more. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Best thing is, I checked out early and only asked for my unused nights back.. they won’t refund them. My booking agency has attempted to contact them several times and no one will pick up the phone. If this is how this place does business, I’m not sure how they’re still in business.

    (0 stars!) See if this posts. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY/TIME. The most brutally honest review.... This is the filthiest place I have ever stayed at. Check in process alone was about 45 minutes long. Got to the room (i always check rooms before getting comfortable). Beds: comforters smelt bad and had holes from what seemed cigarettes. Base had like a plastic covering which was ripped and the base had stains everywhere. Carpet: FILTHY and full of stains, dont let your child crawl on the floor! Leaves your feet/socks BLACK in seconds. Fridge: disgusting, bad old food in it and trash inside as well the front desk person had to come in and clean it out himself. I personally wanted either a new room or a refund but all they did was clean it out and called it good. Walls: stains everwhere AC unit: dint have any knobs on it and had to guess how to turn it on and fix temperature setting on it. In the second room the whole unit was basically coming off of the wall and it smelt horrid when we first turned it on. Room in general: we had only 1 towel.. we booked a two bed room for 2 adults and 3 kids. We had absolutely NO toilet paper when we arrived and had to ask for both TP and towels.

    Hopper had given us a price THAT INCLUDED TAXES AND FEES! But the night auditor added an extra $15 plus deposits. Rooms stunk like ughhh... and they said no smoking but they missed telling the last 100 guest because everything had cigarette Burns and smelled bad! I didn't even feel safe to take a shower here. And I only got a half a roll of toilet paper, if that. Definitely not the type of hospitality that I will return to if there is any other choice. And I mean any other choice.

    Overnight staff is alright but still sucks rooms aren't horrendous but still pretty bad, trash in the trash cans, tub all kinds of dirty, microwave has I don't know what in it used toilet paper roll just laying around and used wash cloths as well. Oh and to top it off room smells!!! (They ended up changing our room and it is 100% better!!)

    First the room they gave me was smoking and it was okay till I saw the bed burnt comforter, the restroom was still dirty... I went to an event I was invited to I was back by 9pm they allowed a truck with some trailer park side ways taking up 3 car spaces to park. He is the front desk guy and wouldn't even do anything about it. Then at check in you can't have visitors and all the other B's they gave me but yet had all types of people back forth all night. I couldn't sleep and had to drive back early to San Antonio..this was the worst experience I've had at a motel

    They charge an extra $20 deposit for incidentals, which I understand. But there's so much wrong with the room in the first place. How will they know the difference? The towel bar is nonexistent. Places in the plaster that isn't patched. The shower head only has one setting, which is a trickle... All these things I can deal with. But there are bees living in the pillars outside and occasionally bees get into the rooms. Well, I've had to watch bees slowly die because they can not escape. Yesterday, I gave the front desk info on free bee removal. He said I'll tell the manager. Last night, I got stung because there was a bee resting on the door handle, and I didn't see it. So now I killed a bee by accident. Told the desk clerk again. He says I'll tell the manager. This morning.... I walk outside to see piles of dead bees because someone sprayed the ones sleeping with pesticides..... So again, I give the desk clerk the same info on free bee removal.... I'll tell the manager... This is the second Wyndham motel this week with a bad experience in 2 different cities on my trip this week and have gotten horrible rooms and horrible service!!!!!

    We didn’t even stay. Walked in and was on the road for hours so I ran straight to the bathroom, there was pee in the toilet already, no toilet paper. My husband comes in after and first thing he sees is trash on the floor. Come out the bathroom the dresser has cocaine on it with a key card next to it. Opened the drawer that was half open there’s burnt foil on there obviously used for drugs. Burn marks and ashes on the comforter.. towels thrown around. And pills on the end of the bed. Room definitely couldn’t have been checked nor cleaned. Man at the desk got mad we wanted a refund and went to check the room after we showed the pictures to him. Took 20 minutes to get a refund. Also took 45min to check in counter guy kept walking off on his phone mid check in and walking to the back..

    Bathrooms need more cleaning and the fans do not work. the couches in suite rooms was disgusting.. Not every room offers the coffee pot or ice bucket or iron or Kleenex. The bed was comfy only thing is you freeze because of the blanket feels like a Curtin. Now the staff was very nice and the breakfast was good. For it being just a few simple things to get.

    Want to give minus stars. Terrible front desk. We booked for TWO queen beds NON smoking. What they give is ONE king bed SMOKING room with rudely behave front desk. Wait HOURS and HOURS to get our booked room and frustrated. We accept that HUMAN can make mistakes, but the rude manner with "don't care" facial expression are NOT ACCEPTABLE. Bugs even on the desk, and left over cigarettes prove their standard. We are afraid of all super 8 with this particular experience. Unfortunately, we have already booked another trip with super 8 at another state. Let's see how they provide their service.

    Booked a double queen. Was given a single king. Took 2hrs in the lobby to fix. Told my pregnant wife to walk down the street to use the restroom while we waited. Terrible customer service. Room had only 2 pillows for a 4 person room. Called the cops on me for recording the lobby while multiple customers were upset about quality and promised amenities. Broken microwave, extra charges. Worst staying experience of my life.

    Dirty bathroom. Breakfast sucked. Staff was very rude. The guy Saturday morning couldn't even understand me or know how to print out a simple receipt. Then the person I call several hours later had issues sending me a email receipt. Terrible hotel. I stay in hotels all over the country every weekend. This is in the top 10 of the worst ones I've been in

    Took 2 hours to get checked in, got to the room and AC was hanging off the wall no knobs on the AC and it didn't work at all, roaches crawling up the walls and holes all over the covers on the bed. Definitely don't recommend coming here. Also idk how they serve breakfast with all these roaches around, be careful y'all

    Avoid this location at all costs. They were doing construction 🚧 literally in the next room. I went to the front desk, and he pretty much glazed over my concern. I called the Wyndham Diamond customer service, and they said they weren't able to move me because there are any more available, but the parking lot has like 6 cars facing the 20 plus rooms. This location is money hungry, and they don't care about the people that already spent their money. If you want to get distrurbed and have the front desk ignore you, then at least you are warned ⚠️.

    If I could give no stars, I would! This place is a dump and the people working there are scammers. We had to stay here until our a/c was fixed and it was a complete nightmare. Our first room was filthy. The floor felt damp and disgusting and the bathroom had mold everywhere. Holes in the wall. And within 5 minutes of us getting there, we saw three roaches crawling on the walls. I asked for a refund but they said it was non refundable, so I asked to be switched rooms. The new room was no better than the first. There was a dead roach on top of the a/c unit. There was also mold in the shower. This place looks NOTHING like the pictures advertised. Checking out was also a nightmare. I was just ready to get out of that place. The guy at the counter would not give us our cash deposit back and instead he wanted us to write our address on a piece of paper so that he could mail it to us. I told him no because we weren’t informed before hand that our deposit had to be mailed. He finally gave us our deposit back after fussing with him for 10 minutes. I really feel like these people are stealing the cash deposits. It just sounds fishy to me. We we will never ever come back to this place even if it were to be our last resort. Please steer clear of this place and save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. This place needs to be investigated and shut down. There were also cigarette burn holes in the comforter and sheets in a NON-SMOKING room.

    The man who checked me in was on the phone the whole time. He pointed at the places that I needed to sign. He would pause his conversation long enough to ask a question, "Do you smoke, do you have any pets and how many are in your party." The first room that I was given had not been cleaned. The blankets were waded up on the bed. When I went back to the office, the guy was still on the phone. He paused so I could explain the problem. Hetook the room key, continued talking on the phone, looking at a computer screen, and finally gave me a key card for a different room. He informed me that if something was wrong with this room, I had 15 minutes to report it. The rooms are in terrible shape, holes in the walls, curtains are torn and have paint on them. The walls have stains where it appears that it hasn't been cleaned well and there was no know on the ac unit to adjust the temperature.

    Passing through I stopped at this hotel and when I booked I booked with my Wyndham rewards points. When I came in and got the room the lady here was very rude and was maybe having a bad day. I got my room, and it was not even cleaned. I was very hungry and left to go get something to eat, I was gone for maybe one hour as I was at the restaurant I called to tell the hotel that I was not going to except this room for not being clean For a non-smoking room it had cigarette marks on the bed dirty walls. The sink still had toothpaste on it, and the towels were damp. This lady wanted to cancel my room because I complained about the cleanliness. do not stay here.

    Jack Jack was an amazing worker help very much was quick and fast. Definitely recommend this place. Super clean never had any issues or problems with deposit only $20.

    Absolutely horrid place. I’ve done my share of traveling in some of the not so great areas of the country, but this place take the cake for a hotel of horrors. I was on business and brought my family along, we arrived at 10pm to an already booked room, incompetent is an understatement for the front desk, handfuls of customers came and went and turned away or with complaints, I asked to use the rest room after the first hour of trying to painfully communicate with the front desk, she refused me and sent me to walk next door to the attached la Quinta hotel, the la Quinta front desk women also said no and told me to walk down the street to the QT, argued with my husband, told him she didn’t care about allowing me to quickly use the restroom. Continuing on, room still was booked, now almost 12am and the la Quinta front desk women called the police on my husband, after that was handled, front desk women at super 8 would not give back our IDs, finally after 12am, magically the hotel room was all set. The room absolutely disgusting, stinks, dust, dirt, grime everywhere possible, one single square pillow on the bed, no trash can, missing blinds, white powder all over hair dryer, dust caked on the mirrors, tv not accessible in foreign language, HIGHLY unsafe property. I could go on and on DO NOT STAY HERE

    Room was trashed. Holes on the walls and doors. The room entrance door is closing with a nail. Tiles in the bathroom are broken. Bath tab dirty. Bathroom sink rusted. Cigarette burns on the toilet seat and carpet in a non-smoking room. Refrigerator without a freeze compartment. Coffee machine without coffee, cups, sugar, and cream. TV with very few channels and remote control was broken. Clerk very rude when I reported the condition of the room. At check in I was ask $50 deposit for any damage and until now, I didn't receive them back.

    We got the room and the sheets were sticky with nail polish. Our TV was broken. We changed our sheets ourself and the woman refused to have anyone come look at our TV. I was ok with this until I changed the sheets and a bed bug came falling out of the mattress. I then found other bugs in my room along with other people's clothes. We went to the counter to request another room and she refused to give it to us and refused to give us a refund. We had to leave because we didn't want to sleep on a bed bug infested bed. She never apologized to us until I said something about her not apologizing and then she told me it wasn't her responsibility for the room to be clean. She said she would check out the room herself and then supposedly did it without us being present and said that room 101 was good and that we couldn't have a refund because we had been in it already. We were not in the room for more than 3 hours. We were polite and tried to be understanding but the bed bug was the last straw. All I wanted was another room or a refund and she refused. She practically called us liars without actually saying it. Want to note that The GM contacted me and said that everything was fine, he also informed me that the front desk clerk lied to him and wrote down in their checkout book that we stayed there for a full 8 hours. Which was a lie, we checked in at 2:45pm and left by 7:30pm. Also informed me that are TV worked perfectly which it did not. They are scammers. Contacted health department and my bank for investigation. They take advantage of the poor and people who pay in cash, knowing they won't give refunds. So glad I paid with a card and my bank got my my money back I uploaded a video of the front desk clerk disrespecting us to TikTok Check it out @brittanymargot

    DO NOT STAY HERE! Had to switch rooms at 10 at night because it was disgusting. The room we changed to was slightly better meaning it was barely cleaner. Front desk had the nerve to write on my paperwork I was happy with the stay. That was lie as I had small kids and after a 12 hour drive we had nowhere else to go. I wish I could add pics. They need to close it down and rebuild it.

    I booked a room with the motel for 2 days and called prior to make sure that there was no deposit required and was told that there wasn't all we needed was ID upon checking in. when we arrived we were charged a $20 deposit and when I get to my room we sit there for a while on the bed not even using anything there I get up and start inspecting the room and find that the towels and wash rags have blood on them the bedding is dirty and sheets aren't even on the bed under the blanket the fridge was dirty ,microwave was dirty with food in it and the floors weren't vacuumed. I found a drug needle open near the head of the bed on the floor in between the night stand and bed when I asked to be moved to another room I was denied so I asked for a refund and was told that I would only receive a refund for one of the days not both days and so I had no choice but to have them just give me clean bedding and towels and keep the room because I am recently homeless due to my house burning down so I was in a bad situation on finding another place to stay. I was not pleased with my stay and will not be staying there again I pray that they get there business under control and keep a cleaner environment for there guest in the future.

    They charged me $88.00 and then a deposited of $20. Then made me sign saying it would only be me in the room not once but 3 times. Then took 20 Mims to even give me the room. Went in the room and it was awful. Went back to the front the gave me another one. It has roaches and holes in the wall. Wen back to the office to get a refund they didn't believe it was nasty so they made me wait for them to go look at the room to refund me. It was a pure mess.

    This is absolutely one of the nastiest hotels I’ve stayed in I checked for bedbugs as soon as I got in the room there was nothing I woke up rolled over to the sight of bedbugs there’s no refund he talked to me like I was stupid told me he could call pest control or if we had found it within the hour of being there they would have moved us to a different room or gave us a discount…???! How dose that make up for me sleeping with BUGSSSS??!? I will never stay here again they are supposed to be night bugs but it’s out in the day? There has to be a bad infestation for them to be out in the day. Don’t waste your time or money with this place.🤢🤮

    ZERO STARS My best friend and her daughter stayed here. They were a little late from the checkout time and according to my friend, the manager pounded on the door and the window until a cop came, to kick them out. And coincidently their cat is missing and any time they call to ask, the hotel hangs up on them. DO NOT STAY HERE.

    Has to be the 2nd worst hotel in Texas. I watch the manager, I think, pocket money, charge his customers a full days rent for being 45 min late. Lie to another customer, said they were full, and kicked out a couple for having food delivered.

    STAY AWAY!! Room had BLACK MOLD EVERYWHERE. From the bathroom, to the headboards, AC unit, and windowsill. If we could have gone somewhere else we would have, but due to the stock show and weather this was a last resort. I have never in my life stayed at such a disgusting hotel. If I could add pictures I would.

    If I could give this a no-star rating, I would. I booked a non-smoking king room prior to my arrival. The app clearly said they had two rooms left. When I arrived at the hotel I was put into a smoking room. The gentleman at the front desk never bothered to tell me they were out of non-smoking rooms. I get to the room and the heat was blasting. You might thought we were in Chicago during the polar vortex instead of Fort Worth where the temperature was 55 degrees. The smell of smoke was so bad one would have thought that there was a gang of smokers in the room. It reminded me of the old smoking room in the Atlanta airport. I could barely breathe and my eyes were burning. I got up to grab a tissue and noticed there was a pond on the bathroom floor and a sticky yellow substance on the bathroom sink. I went to the front desk and told there were no non-smoking rooms available. He was kind enough to find me a different room but that room was no better than the first. There was still a lingering stale smoke smell in the room and now we’ve got roaches crawling on the bed, the walls, the sink and the armoire. It was a disaster.

    I would give no stars if that was an option. Horrible customer service. Already paid for our room and we had our kiddos with us. The guy wouldn't even check us in because we had kids. We told him we rented the suite to accommodate everyone. No refund. DON'T GET A ROOM HERE!!!!!

    Not what appears on web site. Upon arrival we had pay a despoit which was not mentioned. We get up to our room trash is all down the walk way. We open the door a horrible smell hits you. There are cigarettes all over the floor, holes in wall, hole by above one bed that looked as if it was a camera or a bullet hole, blood on the pillows, blood in the tub, the wall plugs where balerly screwed in wall, smoke detectors were all dismantled laying on dresser and paper towels stuffed up in the wiring, no phone, icebox was disgusting, etc. Thank God we had gotten ready before we ever arrived to this hotel. We left to go eat friends and when we got back we asked our Uber driver to please wait while we collect our belongings and got safely in our own vehicle to drive 2 hours back home at 3 am. We were terrified to even sleep there. This hotel should be condemned. Horrible horrible place!! Even when we voiced our concerns to the front desk they said nothing did nothing non refundable is all they say.

    This place was absolutely disgusting. I arrived at this location and after renting a room, I jumped in the shower while my husband went to grab food. I was interrupted with my shower once my husband return by him telling me to get dry and let’s go! When he returned to the room and turned on the tv, roaches started scattering the remote. We then began to inspect the room to find that the electrical plugs were protruding out and have black duct tape around it. And another plug by the sink had no electrical face plate (which is a fire hazard). During a closer inspection of the room, we found that the comforters were stained, dirty and had holes burnt in them. We then immediately got our stuff and went to the desk to complain and check out! I requested a refund because I refuse to stay in unsanitary and unsafe accommodations. I was told by the clerk that he could come spray bug spray and I can continue to stay in the room. When I refused to stay in a room with poison for us to inhale through out the night, clerk became rude. Said he could not resent the room because I had already showered. This is unacceptable accommodations. DO NOT STAY HERE! I have now reported them to the health dept and to the city fire Marshall for the unsafe fire hazards! And will be calling corporate!

    Had a clogged sink as soon as we got to the room. We have an infant and it made it difficult to make and clean bottles l. We let management know and they never came to fix it until 30 minutes before check out. We called and tried to get the issue resolved and the guy at the front desk at first lied and said it was never reported and then said that there was nothing they could do. We also had to pay for a whole nother bed for our 6 month old even though she didn't need it.

    Oh November 17, 2022 around 8:30 9:00 PM I booked a room online she gave me the room key to 223 when I walked in the room it was a strange odor in the air, and when I looked on the bed, there have to be no more than 15 roaches crawling all on the top of the cover and on the walls I took a video of it went back to the front.Desk I showed her the video she then gave me another room which was 227 and when I walked in that room I immediately pull back the blanket the sheets and pillows was filthy. Walls was hideous. The bathroom door had a big hole in it. This place need to be condemn and tore down. I wish I can give this place a negative stars.

    It's an older place, not fancy but the decor, bedding, fridge, microwave were clean, worked and looked very decent. The staff were friendly and very nice. Location was perfect for us; places to eat, shop, etc were convenient. I'd stay there again.

    Horrible place.ROACHES EVERYWHERE!! Got a non-smoking room and still reeked of smoke. Was charged $20 as the room deposit and was told i would be reimbursed once I check out and it will show in my bank account in about 4-7 days. It’s been 1 month and never got my deposit back. Tried calling multiple times but there seems to never be someone that speaks English. Avoid this place in general.

    If you’re thinking about staying at this motel, DO NOT! If I could give 0 stars, I would. The customer service is horrible, they do not care about their customers. It’s non refundable for a reason: they know that their rooms are bed bug infested and ran down so of course they’re going to keep your money and mislead you. I woke up with huge bumps on my body from being bitten by bed bugs, the shower had mold in it, the toilet wasn’t clean, floors wasn’t clean, there wasn’t even any Kleenex in the Kleenex holder. I had to get new sheets because I wasn’t sure if they were even changed. I really don’t understand how this place is still up and running. Right when I got my key to my room, a customer came in right on time and told me to not stay there but of course I couldn’t get a refund. Also when I first arrived it was around midnight and I was hoping to finish everything in order to get my room. I had to work 5am so I was hoping the process wouldn’t be that long. Well, that wasn’t the case. Since I talked to the customer that warned me to not stay, I was trying to get another room or a refund (which never happened) while my time to sleep was running out. It was a very frustrating experience. This is a warning, do not stay there.

    IF I COULD GIVE 0 I WOULD don’t stay here. Expedia had fake reviews and I didn’t realize it right away because I only saw the low cost room on our budget road trip. BLOOD STAIN ON MY SHEETS THAT WERE DEFINITELY FRESH. Room had a nasty Odor definitely has roaches and barely was cleaned. When we asked another room hoping to not have to go through the hassle of leaving. Second room had stains all over the walls and brown stuff on the room. Couldn’t stay and we got another hotel about 5 minutes away for about $30 more which was sooo much better so it’s not about the area. Don’t stay here.
