They have drug/warrant raids at least once a week. They only have about 8 "nice" rooms, which, if you don't drive a Maserati look rich, and classy. You're not getting in one of those rooms. God forbid you walk to a food place or store and get seen by someone you don't know from the office. A bunch of crazy Indian American people with sticks chase you off.

This was absolutely the most disgusting hotel I have ever seen. All the fixtures had been ripped off the walls. The wall had graffiti all over them. There was no deadbolt or safety chain on the door. I did not feel safe. It was so nasty, I couldn't get out of there fast enough.

No hand towels to use, no microwave. No actual controls to use to air or heating unit while it was freezing outside and the bathtub was very dirty. For $60 plus a night if you want a run down hotel room you can certainly find one here. Do not recommend this location

There was not even a full roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, for two people? The place is conveniently located but, on small bar of soap for two. And the TV in my bedroom is bigger than what they had. At least it had cable.

$95 for a dirty room, no towels, bring batteries for the TV remote if ur lucky enough to have one, some odd people roaming around the parking lot and standing at ur door, I won't be coming back here ever again. A pool that u can't get in is crazy.

This place in unsafe, there are homeless, druggists circulating the building all night, I am a man not scare about that but if you are a woman please don't stay there. Room are extremely dirty and smell so bad even it is a non-smoking room. I just stay for a few hours and left.

This is a place you go to get anything you want from weed to fentanyl I would never recommend to a family or anyone best bet stay FAR AWAY as possible most definitely will never stay here again and no security team or anything you have people knocking on your door at all hours of the night very displeased photos are not taken of what it looks like now it looks like you just entered the little ghetto

BEDBUGS. I woke up the next morning and I hate bite marks all over me. Had me itching for days. The sinks and countertops has non removable stains, the showers were very dirty. Mat stains inside the showers and they don’t wash the sheets. I do not recommend these hotels for any one. And the hotels does not supply food. Don’t fall for the foolery. NEVER AGAIN!

Lousiest, dirtiest, shadiest, etc. motel I have ever stayed in even though I left after 15 minutes. They refused to refund my money. Office has bullet proof glass, redddd flag !!!

Nobody helped me with my problem. Hotel changed management and is not accepting online bookings anymore. They wanted to charge me almost 4 times the price of what I made the reservation for. Then “Kumar” asks me to pay cash and still get me a room but still for a high price. Poor customer service and Expedia is no better, they canceled my booking and did nothing to get me a hotel for a similar price. Never using Expedia or these people ever again. Wasted half the day on the phone with them, Mr. Kumar is a liar and cares nothing for customers, but that is to be expected of such a unprofessional, careless and down right bad person. Hopefully they do terrible with this hotel and shut down.

So I really feel bad about needing to do this review because the owners of this facility were very nice and attempted to be helpful. However, there were multiple problems at the establishment. The first problems started when I booked my room and called their hotel to verify my reservation and to ask to be put on the first floor due to a knee injury that makes it difficult to walk. I was told by the clerk he would leave a sticky note for the next employee who worked on that day But he told me he could not verify my reservation, because their computers do not populate until the day of the reservation. This didn’t make any sense. When I arrived. I was greeted by a very rude and disrespectful clerk, who acted like I didn’t have a reservation at all, and spoke to me very demeaning and disrespectful. Once he located my reservation, he tried to put me on the second floor. I explained to him about my previous phone call. After a bunch of back-and-forth, he finally located a first floor room he could give me. Then, when I asked for a second card, since I was staying in a room with two beds and occupancy for four people, he told me I would need to pay an extra five dollars per card. When we got to the room we found that the sheets were stained with black and brown stuff, and there were no blankets in the room whatsoever. The bathroom was filthy and covered with residue and slime on the bottom of the tub. I contacted the front desk and asked for new sheets and they brought them. The next morning we attempted to use the tub so we could clean it and The handle fell off. There was no way to get the handle back on as it was rusted. I once again contacted the front desk and they came and changed our room. However, when we got in the second room, it was marked with graffiti. There were however, blankets. One thing that concerned me was when I spoke with the owner. He stated “if this was any other hotel, they would have kicked you out for breaking the tub.” I replied to him we did not break the tub. The tub was rusted and dirty, and not taken care of. He replied oh, I know you didn’t break it, but other hotels wouldn’t care. I don’t know what the point of that statement was. As soon as we woke up the next morning, we left. It was a total mess.

They need to bring the coffee ☕😔 back. They advertised coffee,but no coffee. Hotel have been started back up with.drinks & breakfast. No small face towels,no cups, no tissues. They can do better!!!

The lovely woman at the checkin who managed to snag me a room was a godsend. My previous hotel canceled my reservation so at 3am when I arrived in town. Discovering that was awful. The staff here definitely went above and beyond

*CAUTION* DANGER!!! As soon as we got there we noticed illegal activity going on. There's suspicious men and women lingering around the whole place. There's no type of security what so ever. We reserved this place online and the pictures advertised on their website looked completely different than reality. BE MINDFUL of these scams! The website is called "Priceline". The customer service there is NONE! When my husband complained about the lock being loose management called my husband a liar by saying that wasn't true. Our overall experience was horrible, we left after minutes of being there. The atmosphere felt detrimental.

An atrocity. They didn't honor my friend's Expedia booking they made months ago, and forced my friend to SLEEP IN THEIR RENTAL CAR. Absolutely unacceptable. Will never recommend this establishment because people shouldn't treat eachother that way

I booked through a web site and upon arrival the staff was rude and said my reservation was cancelled. They didn't even cared. They have no customer service whatsoever. Thumbs 👎. Don't stay here

room was disgusting ,had to do cleaning myself shower was filthy there was blood all over the toilet and walls holes in the door the bed was semi fixed like someone layed in it pulled back , the room was nasty period eithier they need new housekeepers who are actually going to do thier job correctly or rooms need to be remodeled !!!

I have stayed in awful places, but motel is a true hole. Chain on the door has been pried off, everything inside is gross. Lights don't work, surfaces are all filthy. Don't stay here unless you have a drug problem, so you fit in with the neighbors. They charged me 14 dollars more than advertised because I didn't register online.

Horrible service/rooms would not recommend to anyone as soon as I walked in I was hit with the smell of dampness and the disgusting smell of the room. There was holes in the bedsheets & they weren’t even put on just throw on the bathroom door was basically hanging on for life we paid 180 got the key of the room and walked in and right out because of the condition of the room we couldn’t get no refund and also there’s sketchy people knocking on doors and homeless

This is the most ghetto of all get out the new owner there is very rude he calls his customers very insulting names that are very vulger and disrespectful he is very childish and very unprofessional . His name is Nitin Madas he hangs up on professional people calling him to discuss business matters with him before he hears them out he makes up the prices for the rooms as he goes for it depends on who you are to get a reasonable price and their rooms are very low grade for it to be considered a hotel tell like it is they are way to expensive to be the way that it is ran . I would not suggest anyone to go there from our experience that we had there a while ago it's just very like very unprofessional like . I don't know how they keep their license to keep operating like they do

This place is terrible. Poor customer service, that me and my family in the cold knowing we have reservations did not try to change the reservations, even though we had reservations, and they told us to sit in the car. Police was called because we were sleeping in I got a ticket on the property. People in the office did not come to assist. I’m at the mall we were paying customers. Did not try to help in the situation with authorities. I am a palled. I am a paying customer and was all most put in jail. For no reason the guy working night his no respect I will never rent from them ever again the place terrible . Trash people trash service
