If I could give this place 0 stars I would! This place is drug infested, nasty and overpriced! They won't accept credit cards, only debit or cash. $70 for the worst beds I've ever slept on, just downright dirty. Once you pay for your room, there are no refunds, and I wasn't going to eat $70 so we were stuck here. First room we got, we actually found drugs in so they moved us to another and it wasn't much better. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

I wish I could give this 0 stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OYO @ I-12 and Airline stole my money! I made a reservation, when I arrived at the front desk to check-in (after 11pm), I was told there were no rooms available because the rooms were not clean. I was told I needed to call hotels.com to request a refund. When I called, hotels.com stated the property had me listed as a no-show so they could not issue me a refund!! What kind of BS is this??? Ya'll just stealing people's money?? How desperate! Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to stay. I wish I would have read the reviews before I made the reservation!

The whole stay was bad from the start. The staff was very short and unwilling to help at all except when it came to accepting payment. I understand that early check-in costs a little extra. But $60 is 2/3 the cost of the room. Speaking of the room, it was awful. Not clean, burn holes in bedding, I asked for extra towels and was told "No, the laundry is not open. Come back at 10 am." Then when I'm at the window to check out, I hear that the rooms are $60. Why was I charged $95 for a room with a bathroom door that is broken in half and missing the door knob, no remote, burnt bedding, and floors that haven't been mopped in a LONG time? I will not be staying here ever again. I would like to say that I was only charged $25 for early check-in. Not $60 like I was originally told. That doesn't make up for my issues with this establishment.

The property is fully renovated and converted to Motel 6. Rooms are excellent. Staff is attentive and professional. All in all a good package and a location close to downtown Fort Worth.

I wish I could give it no star!! This hotel was absolutely horrible. The room looked nothing like the pictures. It was nasty and cringy looking. I reserved a room online while on my way to Texas. Once I arrived I took one look and left. Went to another hotel. A waste of $160. Never go here!!!

Over priced and just dirty floor was filthy we needed handicapp room and they brought us a luggage stool. The place was full of bugs and smelled like bug spray. I will never go back

It has all you need. For the price you get this hotel is a deal. You get a small studio furnished. Only downfall I came across this hotel is the staff. Some of the staff are rude. They don’t know how to talk to their customers in a nice way. Some training would help their business improve. They accept pets and they do charge daily for your pet as well.

the rooms are gross. they charge by the day but you'll want to leave early. bring your own blanket. good luck getting a remote that works. it's a dicey place proceed with caution ,and rubber gloves.

I was excited to stay at an Indian owned hotel. Also, was happy to have a place to stay last minute. I don't know if it's just because it was going through a transition. The rooms were not clean but bearable, it had round burn marks in the top bedsheet and chair, the headboard was on the floor. I know you all can do better than this.

kind of a dump, you can see that when you pull in, but I've stayed at worse, office guy ok, room didn't stink, didn't see any bugs, and didn't get stabbed, like a dream come true

The rooms stink. They are not clean. I requested a non smoking room and the room reeked like Cigarettes. The bed looked like someone had just slept in it. Bathrooms were gross and hair and dirt were everywhere! I will not recommend this place unless this is a very last resort. I don’t even know how they got 2 star out this rating. The staff were respectful but they are the reason for the poor hygiene of the rooms.

Office refused to allow the use of the handicap parking space and stated that is the manager parking space eventhough he is not handicapped nor has a handicap plac card. Office also asks for the debit card pin and insisted payment must be done using card as debit versus credit. Office staff is rude. Do not recommend.

I considered sleeping in the truck and just going in the room for the bathroom and shower. All the sheets had stains, and the "comforter" had burn holes as well. Bedding is all very old and despite having a non smoking room, smelled lightly of smoke. Likely due to being "washed" together with smoking room bedding. It's highly likely they are washed in water with no detergent. Area is very sketchy. You have to yell at checkin as there are no talking holes and I assume it's bullet proof glass. Deposit has to be paid at checkin which is the first time I have ever had to do that. Bathroom door didn't latch. Additional security latch on the main door was broken off. I guess the only 2 decent things I'd say were I didn't SEE in bugs the pillow was decently comfy.

I was told I didn’t have to pay a deposit even though I was ready to and asked about it. Then I got to the hotel and I did have to pay a deposit which was more than double the deposit they asked for the next day which made me think the receptionist just wanted to get extra money from me. That thought was then backed up by the fact that he asked for the pin to my debit card instead of allowing me to put it in myself. Then he got mad when I told him I would not give him my pin and I would only enter it myself on the keypad. So he angrily allowed me to enter it myself while he tried to watch me put the pin in myself. So pretty much the receptionist was trying to scam me in order to steal my information(After I checked out 2 days later I got 2 charges on my card that I did not make) and also the price of the room itself changed to be lower the next day when I spoke to a different employee. I’m pretty sure the receptionist that I spoke to first stole my information and the company l(Oyo) instead of disciplining him ignored my complaints and continues to allow him to work allowing him to steal more peoples information. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL IF YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR INFORMATION STOLEN!!

Worst experience in my entire life! We were locking in our rooms nobody answered the phone I had to jam the door open! There was bugs everywhere 😐 sheets had lots of cigarettes stains. I was going to make a complaint in the morning but I had to go I only had 3 hours of sleep so I was in a rush didn't have time to argue with anyone.

MY first and last OYO experience. I had to stay here because my other OYO hotel overbooked and gave my room to another person and my back up OYO choice had plumbing issues so no one could stay there. OYO would not honor the price of my first hotel, despite the fact that they were the ones who overbooked. The one star is literally because at least this place was available. When this place was booked, I was told I would not need to put down a deposit. That was a lie. This place essentially get away with charging for the bare necessities because it operates as a studio apartment for those struggling financially. There is no respect for anyone who has to stay here. The room wasn't well lit or clean, especially the bathroom. Someone took the remote from my room. I went down to get another remote. Front desk gave me another one that didn't work and then left. I can't change any channels so I just unplugged the tv because that was the only way to turn it on and off. The phone number listed will never direct you to anyone actually on site so any issues I had could never be addressed. I tried out the brand because they sent me an email that I would get a $25 amazon gift card for my stay. That turned out to be another lie. I did get the gift card, but it was only for $5 dollars. That truly was a bad deal when I was charged more to stay here, plus a deposit. If you can stay somewhere else, even if it costs double. If you cannot, I pray things turn around for you so you can leave this place.

I wouldn't recommend staying here at all,the rooms are absolutely disgusting they smell of cigarettes very badly,the service is absolutely awful as well,the doors on the rooms don't lock,my husband almost got into a fight with the owner,plus you can't trust the cleaning staff,we stepped outside and the cops were already being called due to the fact that the housekeeping stole property. We paid for a room but we are not staying here at all DONT COME HERE. I'm sure they have bed bugs as well the bedding was not clean either

The room was okay. But the staff was unpleasant. My boyfriend and I checked in for just one night. We are an interracial couple. I’m 6 months pregnant and we booked a non smoking room. That very first night we checked in, the maintenance man knocked on our door and assumed we were smoking in the room. To our dismay, we let it go because of the fact we are paying customers and we follow the rules. If we were going to smoke in the room, don’t you think we would’ve gotten a smoking room? Common sense. When it came to check out the next morning, the same maintenance man who accused us the night before knocked on our door again and this time, he came inside to look in the room to see if we were “smoking.” At this point it’s ridiculous. What other reason is he harassing us for? He can see that I’m pregnant. The only reason I can think of is because of racial profiling. It’s 2022, get real. Never staying here again.

This room was so disgusting, the bed had bed bugs, the box spring was different size of mattress, furniture, floors, and walls were filthy. I did not get my deposit back, i did not stay. If i could leave NO stars i would!

The experience at this hotel was just what I needed. I paid a fair and reasonable price and was met with great customer service. Ac was cold room was clean and smelled great and the hotel staff was very pleasant.

nasty didnt even have a phone to call the front office, no clock to even to tell the time, pillows stained, holes all over the table covered up by fake paper that immitates wood grain. i rented a room for a former employee of mine, who was just passing through Fort Worth and needed to rest to continue driving in the morning. for 1night stay thry charged me $60 plus a deposit $20,needing a place somewhere where i could pick her up quickly and drop her off at airport in the morning i thought ok it shouldnt matter but i was wrong!! if i would have known how the room would be that nasty , i would have never let her stay. but again we were in a rush and i handed her the room key and left. found out the quality of this nasty hotel the next day yuck. for the price i could have gotten her a decent room at la quinta inn plus breakfast . this place is gross if i could give negative starts i would say a negative5

It was completely disgusting bugs in room ,bed ,and bathroom. The sheets was dirty I couldn’t sleep on them cus that was completely dirty like they just making up the bed instead of changing.ppl outside all night DO NOT COME HERE u will be disappointed fr not worth the pay AT ALL the pictures on the website is false advertisement No where near as clean as the pictures plz don’t waste your time and money here

What can I say man oil always a great place to go to great prices great rooms very professional staff is very professional and dealing with your needs management is outstanding they went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with my room gave me a great discount it's all your budget makers out there hey check out the Oyo,,,

the service is lousy. Rooms are very very dirty, they gave us a room with brown and purple bed sheets, they changed our room and the bed sheets were full of blood, too dirty, the manager was super rude and did not return our money. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK, HE KEPT THE MONEY BUT I LEFT THAT PLACE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL, DIRTY AND THE PEOPLE RUDE AND THIEF.

We booked a room to stay the night. Took one look inside after finally getting the door to open, and said no. Bed looked like it had been slept in recently, holes in door, trash all over the place, cigarette burns in the bedding. The room next to us was marked as uninhabitable by the city, makes me wonder if the rest of the rooms are as well. They took $20 for a deposit on top of my room fee, only gave back $18 of that. Thanks for nothing.

We didn’t even get checked in. We booked a room through Priceline, drove 8 hours. Got here and the man stated they couldn’t give us the room for that price and he wanted 80$ a night when it’s stated ONLINE to be a 49$ a night hotel. Very glad we didn’t stay considering the other reviews are just as bad! You don’t even deserve one star.

Called to make a reservation and received a quote, when I went to check in he gave me a different quote with a higher price and when I showed him my reservation he gave me that price but with a $50 deposit, then proceeded to ask me for my pin number instead of letting me put it in, I'm surprised they actually returned my deposit, other than that, that was the worst hotel I have ever been to in my entire life, I'm sure they make the beds after previous guest, they do not wash or change bedding, the walls were like a horror movie, I am guessing they do not have a cleaning service or maids, there was empty beverage bottles and wrappers un the bed, toilet kept clogging and of course not clean and there was no tv for remote. Ill stop there. I recommend to pay the extra few bucks and go somewhere else!!!!

This was worse than anything I have ever seen. We booked for one night because we had a wedding near by. We got there to check in before the wedding, walked in and walked right back out. We DID NOT end up staying here. Worst place I have ever booked!!! There was trash in the room still, the bed unmade like someone just left from sleeping in it. There were cigarette holes in the bedding, baseboards were falling off the wall, a hole in the door of the bathroom. 0 out of 10 - do not recommend.

My Stay was unpleasant, and the service was even worst than that. You would think that at least this Motel would at least be afraid of some one letting the company know of this kinda service, but the guy behind the desk on the Morning shift said that his Uncle own the Motel so he doesn't give a da*#.

MONEY THIEVE HOTEL!! I arrived 10 minutes after booking, cancelled, was assured a refund and then left, THEY TOOK MY MONEY!!! A pot head stood outside smoking weed, while others hung out like they were at home in their driveway. Dangerous area, scary at night and the check in does not help that it's covered by bushes!! I cancelled my reservation immediately afterwards and was still charged for 2 rooms that I never stayed in! They lie about the refund policy. Worst hotel I have ever chosen. I HOPE THEY USE THE MONEY THEY TOOK TO FIX AND CLEAN THAT HOTEL OUT!! BE AWARE OF YOUR SURROUNDING!!! THIEVES- THIEVES - THIEVES! They DO NOT HONOR their word! This is the worst hotel I have been at I took a lost and left to get another one the rooms smell like smoke when I asked for a non smoking the beds are filthy the wals are all patched up the pictures they have up for there site looks nothing like they do in person don't waste your money on this place unless ur a Crack head who does gave a choose ..UPDATE THEY DIDNT GIVE ME MY $50 DEPOSIT BACK AND I DIDNT EVEN STAY IN THE ROOM
