This was the worst experience I have ever had! My truck was STOLEN ! I spoke to 5 other people this has happen to in the last year! The employees were so rude about the situation they must be involved! They lied and said the cameras did not record outside, and I had to pay for another day because I found out at check out time that my truck was STOLEN. THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME A LATE CHECK OUT!

I came today to rent a room here and while I was online in the parking lot booking my room the extremely rude hotel staff came out two different times waving their hands as if telling me to go away and I continue to try to make my own online reservation and the obscenely rude woman came out again a third time and said you need to leave you are trash you need go now you can't be here it's not as if I was there for more than even 8 minutes during this period of time that she came out three different times but the fact that I'm not doing anything wrong I was simply trying to spend my money there I was sitting in a nice vehicle minding my business on my phone and being treated as though I am not worthy of their awful place I had stayed here once before with a friend and the rooms were disgusting and when we complained about the cleanliness they moved us to a slightly cleaner room but since it had been a good amount of time since I had stayed there like over a year at least and was willing to give this awful establishment another try only to be treated in such a manner is absolutely ridiculous this is not how you treat customers the woman's attitude was absolutely repulsive at best. The people that work there should not have gone into the hospitality field if this is how they intended to run their establishment the staff is just awful they are extremely rude not helpful in any way they don't seem to care about their guests their business or even making money seeing as how they run off good paying customers

Big clean rooms was quite and the staff where wonderful. Plenty of place to shop and eat within a mile to mile ½ of the hotel

No fridge, microwave,coffee maker,shampoo. Sign says Free coffee....nope they don't make coffee because of COVID are you kidding me. Room was filthy,not sure last time mirror was cleaned and floor was swept. Paid over 100 dollars never again.

They refused to call for an ambulance for my brother in law. He was attempting suicide and the person on the phone refused to call 911. They stated that they paid for the room, and I guess that means he could not be attempting suicide. Thankfully, family were able to talk my BIL into calling 911 himself. If he had not, he could have died. All our family is over 3 hours away and we were trying to get ahold of him. This motel 6 nearly cost my BIL his life.

The nastiest place I've ever stayed. The place stunk to high heaven. The rooms are filthy covered in dust and smell of dirty feet. The water pressure was so weak even with i swollen prostate i could pi$$ a stronger stream. The bedspread was nasty with stains and was from the 70's. No not just the style i mean it had to be over 40 years old. The pillows was the same were so old the pillow case was thicker than the actual pillows. ...and i can tell you why. in the 3 days i stayed there not once was my room serviced no fresh towel nothing. I never saw any employees except at check in. Stay at your own risk! After staying there I have a doctors appts. tomorrow wish me luck. Why can't we rate a zero or below?

THEY OFFER SEMI PARKING, FREE IF YOU STAY AND 30 IF NOT. Front desk lady was very nice and helpful. Rooms were presented very well and comfortable. The maid couple were very nice and made sure my room was clean. Most hotels don't offer room cleaning after 1 night if you're staying for 2 days. I'm very pleased

The staff was very nice. Great customer service. Room was clean and comfortable. Will be staying the motel 6 on i-35 & garden acers on my next motel stay when in the area. The owner was super nice. I enjoyed my stay here. Cleanliness I give 4 stars due to ONE discrepancy. No ghosts or monsters🕵 just mostly quiet nights AND a very kind staff✨ I woke up late and they were patient with my late checking out.

Room was very small. Blankets on bed were dirty & stained. All you can hear All night is traffic noise from the highway. Office staff is nice.

Comforter was nasty had burn holes in it. Room key only worked every other time. Pillows were completely flat, also had no refrigerator or microwave.

Its good place near loves truck stop but you can’t get breakfast only some coffee early morning.

*alrite cool thieves took the night off. Nice hotel recently remodeled & hopefully no one gets their property stolen after this 🥰 Omg should of drove 1 hour north or south or East or west from here. Reviews said +5 guys had their truck stolen & it's a bad part of town Considering getting up out of bed & canceling reservation at 11pm 😅 So this is for insurance purposes if I wake up tmrrw & things look good or bad idk i just don't know. Will update tmrrw morning.

For a quick night stay it was affordable and nice enough. I only wish they’d offer coffee in the morning. Even if you have to pay for a cup.

Came in as last minute stay for one night and all the reviews posted price was under $80 I called to check to see if they had open availability they said they did and that the price was going to be $98 after tax. Stayed by myself and a single bed suite and was charged over $100 when I walked in the door do not go here.

The rooms aren't to bad.. they DONT have a refrigerator or microwave in the room.. VERY DISAPPOINTING 😡.. I WORK OUT IN THE HEAT ALL DAY, would be nice to be able to have cold water I the room to drink....

Everytime Ive been to motel 6 sam that works the front desk is a good guy and always gets me a room quick very good employee thanks Sam I'll keep coming back

One of the best experiences I've had. One of the employees there Kelly Patel she was the one who helped me book my reservation is a wonderful asset to the Motel 6 family. I'm greatly appreciative of her kindness I had just lost my youngest brother and was there for the memorial. Thank you Motel 6 I will be back there again hopefully on a vacation next time around.

My sister helped our friend staying here to have to pay a pet deposit of $50. So that her dog could stay inside in the warmth on a cold night. Was the dog worth the price yes, but was the room worth the cost....... I doubt it was. I didn't go inside building but last time I stayed at this place without animals i thought high price for boring bed and no breakfast.

Less than one star ⭐️ should be an option. Called the 800 for a reservation and was told they accepted 3rd party payments to find out upon arrival they did not. Talked to several people and the solution was to just send money to my party. Well if they were tech savvy that would’ve been done without a call so thank you for the headache. The manager wouldn’t even take my information as I was over 6 hrs away to be there in person.

Terrible hotel , rooms don’t even have a mini fridge, closets door are broken, the worse cheap hotel l have been to !

We like the front desk service given by Sam at your motel. Because whenever we come he always wish and welcome prideful. Your front desk Sam is doing absolutely fine as a front desk. We prefer this motel6 for good stay and good service.

Needed a 34 hr. reset and this motel was close to the Love's it was perfect will stay here again even has truck parking ....

We are here bc we bought a house and the lights were transferred over to our new place and it's right across the street from our home. Well it's a motel 6 and we all know what they are like never again.

Worst place to be, the room is small no fridge in the room, no macroe in the room and is unsafe place peoples come at night and cut the cathalic convertor on my truck and they don't care about you. If you u want to stay here, be careful removed all vallue things on ur car the area is not good

My visit.......which one? I've had multiple stays with this particular motel, and they have indeed proven themselves to me to be 5⭐ worthy time and time again. If your gonna be in the area, I highly recommend staying a night or two.

My experience at a previous motel was traumatic and terrifying. The owner would walk in and scream at us to wake up for housekeeping at 9 am. He kicked my family and I out onto the curb for hours and wouldn’t let us in to use the bathroom. This motel and their staff have completely taken a bad experience during a rough time and turned it around for us. The front desk employees are very courteous. If you need anything for any reason they get it for you. And the housekeeping ladies are an absolute dream. They are so polite whenever you walk down the hall. Everyone made me feel welcome and at peace. I could finally relax here. I will always come back and stay at this hotel before I would any other one. If you need a place to stay for any reason whatsoever this is your place to stay.

Had a 3 night stay here and first thing each morning we could hear a woman, which I assume is the lead maid, yelling orders to the other women while walking up and down the hallway and each morning she entered our room without knocking or giving any kind of warning. On one occasion I was standing near the door in nothing but a towel. When we asked why she didn’t knock she first blamed the other maids, then said she did knock, then blamed us. It was so rude and invasive.

This was the most disgusting place I have ever payed for at for a motel 6. There was some roches, the room looked like it had not been cleaned in along time and there was people slaming doors and making loud noise. My service dogs where on high alert when the did not have to be. He where only in the room long enough to take shower then went decided to just sweat it out in are trailer until morning. I'm very disappointed and no one was at the office we would like are money back it was not worth it at all!!!

Feels like a seedy 10.00 motel room. The outside is deceptive. Nice exterior with cheap and low class rooms. My room had missing closet doors and very old and well worn bedding. The mattress was thin and hard. Please don't waste your money. The front desk clerk smiles because he knows that this motel is trash!!

VERY RUDE ALL the way around. I'm employeed at a different motel 6 in the area and I would never treat our guest the way they treated me. The room was dirty and smelt really bad. Was told my own mother could not visit us after 11. Was harassed every time I took my dogs down to p. Was told we weren't getting our deposit back but wasn't given a reason why. I even clean the room my self and had all the linens in the corner. I will never stay here again or will I ever refer anyone. Thanks anna

We stay at a lot of hotels and make sure we always write a review good or bad. We had to stay there as a last minute resort. Front desk service was awful the clerk asked me if we wanted single or double beds. I asked him which was cheaper and he asked me several times if there were more than 2 guest and I said just 2 and he said well if there are more than 2 guest there will be a fine. Also asked for late checkout and they don't offer such. We get to our room and there is no carpet so I could immediately see that the floor was dirty and looked like it had not been swept in a while. There was hair and random dust/dirt everywhere including inside the shower! Asked for extra blankets clerk said he did not have they key to the storage to accommodate us. The bed was ok the pillows we terrible. Overall our stay was not a good stay and we were very uncomfortable. Never will stay here again!

This is the best motel 6 I've stayed in and tbh the front desk guy Terrance loves his job. Most people play like and fake their duties for that job but he has NEVER had a fake smile (like most of em do) but he held it down and made me feel at home💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿 keep up the good work bro and I'm recommending this location too ALL my folks frfr💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿
