It’s hard to find parking on the weekends, but at least it’s free. For a while they were going to make it paid! Great shops and restaurants in this area. It’s close to TCU but definitely too far to walk.

Did you know that Simon does not provide any type of public restrooms for the customers that visit? They let their tenants shoulder that burden. They could have restrooms but chose not to. Unfriendly to guests. Any reply from Simon would be appreciated but definitely not expected.

Parking will always be crazy around the holidays. Several great shopping options. I was a little disappointed with the Nike store but they catered to the area.

Nice upscale shopping center with lots of unique shops. Park your car and you can easily walk to all the stores in the village. There are several restaurants here as well in case you get hungry and want to stop for lunch or dinner. Located just off Interstate 30, this place is easy to get to. Finding a parking spot is probably the hardest thing. Lots of parking available but this place stays really busy.

Went to University Park Village to have brunch/lunch with my sister and my niece at the restaurant Pacific Table. The restaurant has a very easy going feel to it. The atmosphere and ambiance are very nice. My niece and I both love Oysters Rockefeller so we ordered that as an entree. Every restaurant has their own take on this appetizer. Pacific Table has their version and it's quite good. For my main entree I ordered roasted chicken with grilled brussel sprouts. My sister and niece ordered from the brunch menu; Crab Benedict with roasted potatoes and the Breakfast Burger. The consensus from everyone was that the food was quite good and satisfying. Definitely would return to Pacific Table and the next time I'll order from the brunch menu.

Love the area but really don't like the weird apple feaky geeks. Strange they treat you like you know nothing. Strange days in Applewood! Try it it is like a 3rd dimension.

We did some Christmas shopping here. We couldn't find a place to park, which is to be expected. The store was packed which again was to be expected. The girls who helped us were great. They didn't rush us even though they were busy.

Deven is an absolute doll. She's full of knowledge and excitement. I came back to the store a day later and she remembered my name. Everyone is very helpful but Deven is my favorite.

Great gathering of excellent retailers and restaurants. Plenty of parking, lots to browse through. Our stops this evening were Victoria's Secret, the Levi's store, and Bath and Body Works.

I just visited this store in University Park Village and had a really negative experience. We were not greeted, not even a “hello, welcome in”. The first young lady never even looked up or in our direction and it’s a tiny store so it was obvious I was in there. We looked around for a few minutes, and still nothing. A second young lady came out from the back, and also completely ignored us. We ended up walking out, without the $500 gift card that we intended to purchase for my niece’s graduation gift. I guess we didn’t look the part. Big mistake for the store’s revenue.

I like the shops in this area, very classy and can always get a good deal in one of the stores. Used to have an amazing Mackinney's coffee, that since been out of business sadly. Can get a little crowded on a weekend or at the end of a work day. Parking is ok.

We went to the Apple store. And we didn't have any reservations but walk-in is now allowed but there may be a little wait. Employees were very nice and helpful. There was a commotion, I was told an older man slip or fell outside and a few of the employees immediately went out to help and called for emergency to check on him. The employee helping us was nice, patient and very helpful with all our questions.

love it 1 issue would be the traffic getting out of the area but besides that it beautiful, and the always convenient victoria secret and bath and body works. that one can go shopping to without the hassel of having to drive to a mall and find parking walk in find the store etc. an extra plus would be all the food places you can choose from .

I can only say it's okay because I didn't have a chance to walk the entire Village. I saw that there were a lot of stores to visit but it was getting to warm to walk around and really enjoy it. Next time I go, when it's cooler, I will make sure to visit every store

Gotta love this mini malls or complexes built lately. They are clean, accessible and clean. Most visit location at this spot is Bath&Body Works. They have aggressive discount at this location and the staff are super friendly. Makes you want to keep visiting.

Great shops and restaurants. There is always parking available even if sometime you have to walk a bit to get to it. The Apple store often has a long line, so plan ahead or go at an odd time if you need apple assistance.

I like the convenience of being able to order online and pick up from the Apple Store. I rarely have to wait very long and the employees are knowledgeable and helpful.

I like the stores here but the parking lot is always way too busy. It takes forever just to turn from a row.

  • 3/5 Meghan S. 1 year ago on Google
People are fighting for their lives trying to park. Not nearly enough parking to accommodate all of these shoppers. They need a parking garage on this side of University Dr. like yesterday.

I've gone here for Eatzi's a couple of times with no issues. I recently visited the Apple Store on the other side of the lot and the parking is horrendous! This occurred on a Sunday and also a Monday. It's a very busy shopping area
