Update: They have completed a remodel within the past month and I was excited to see the updates. They remodeled both locker room but it doesn't appear to be much of an upgrade like the staff was hinting at. If anything I think it's a downgrade. They have fewer lockers, and still have curtains on both the showers and dressing areas. Other locations upgraded to actual doors. They remodeled the massage area but still don't have all the machines functioning yet. Also compared to other locations Ive visited, this one still has cleanliness issues like weights out of place and trash on the floor. When their is more than one staff member they stand behind the counter instead of cleaning. Same as always. Must be a management issue. The only complaint I have if I was going to be picky is, that when I workout first thing in the morning and there are always dumbbells out of place as well as weights left of the smith machines. Seems like the overnight crew should be addressing this. Also there is always homeless people outside the gym asking for money. I've mentioned to the team members and they either don't care, or can't do anything about it.

I go early in the mornings, @ 5/6am, The location is kind of crappie, sometimes homeless people will walk up to you and ask for money while it's still dark in the morning. The crowd can get really thick as the day goes on as opposed to the mornings. The staff is super nice at the front desk. They are Always cleaning the front. I wish they had more staff to keep the locker/ restrooms clean. It seems as though the same pieces of towet paper on the floor in each stall have been there for over 3/4 days. The trash in each stall is always full 🤢. This is one of the down sides of exercising at a low cost facility---- cleanliness. Other than that, the machines are always functioning and they don't have a lot of visible wear and tear on them. They offer a variety of machines and apparatuses to achieve your goals. I enjoy all of the large screen TV, and hour of operation. Also... this is the best gym for all you introverts and those that don't want to be bothered. No one talks, we are all exercising zombies 😉

Just joined and already the workers seem to have an issue with me. The guy with the locks the guy with the afro and the tall guy with the glasses who gives me the energyless greeting and acts as he doesn't see me when i leave. Its a bit passive and rude

It's a small gym - but very neat and clean.

The gym is nice on the inside. However the location is on the ghetto side of town and the new operation hours suck. I got sucked into upgrading to the black card because of this so I can workout at a different gym when this one is closed.

I really like this place. The staff is nice and there are always free lockers open for use. There are a huge selection of drinks and when you use the black card membership you get some great perks. The machine selection is fantastic and it's well cooled inside so you get comfort as well as a good workout. As long as I live in the area I'll be coming back to this place.

Scam don’t sign up will tell you there is no cancel fee, and no contract but are 100 percent liars, however once you cancel they will charge you with a 60 dollar cancellation fee and hidden fees, so ridiculous!!! I feel suing them for this but I’ll pay the stupid fee. Planet fitness is not a good business and is a scam

Would not recommend. They charge you for extra things every chance they get. To cancel, there is also a fee. Was told I’d have to keep paying because I’m in college and won’t be able to come back just to cancel a membership in person.

The worst service in 40 years of living!!! I went to see why was I double charged. When I got poor service from Fernando, then asked for a manager so Rafhael the store manager at that when I tried to complain he told me he not trying to hear all that, then ask me wasn't I worry about my account. No at this point I'm worried about this sorry customer service. I advise don't ever come here

Been coming here since 2013 love the staff they all welcoming 🙏 and the trainer is awesome 👌🏽 but the new girls restroom is missing something we all girls love... big mirrors 🪞 like hello we need our full body pics # respectfully

Renovations started in December, supposed to be done by January 1st no big deal. Well it’s March and they’ve just barely got the massage chairs up and running. Tanning still unavailable, and no time frame as to when it’ll be ready. Why pay for the Black Card?

Really dislike that this planet fitness closes early on weekends being the only times I have most available after work is the weekends. While most other planet fitness are 24/7 the whole week

How to cancel when the system is "down"? After TWO attempts, what's next? My initial agreement was for ONE year, however, I didn't read the fine print so it AUTO-RENEWED. I have visited the club TWICE & each time the system was "down". Any advice? Who can I contact? Is the system only "up" to get new members and "down" when someone wants to cancel?

Great place to workout with friendly people working there.

My only complaint is the showers don't have a hook so my shower bag doesn't get wet. Massage chairs are pretty good. But the leg airbags on the one on the far left don't seem to work, which sucks since supposedly they're new. Employees are nice too.

Unfortunately I had my samsung galaxy buds stolen from the women's locker room so buy a lock when you come here :(

Staff was friendly, great place to work out, great music over the intercom. Also enjoyed the clean machines and the clean locker room which is hard to come by anymore.

They wouldn't let me sign up without a bank account. But before I knew this information the girl with the braces in the front seemed confused and just started to sare off like she was daydreaming while explaining the membership. She was pretty useless. I suggest signing up online. Update-- I actually liked this gym. I was told you can skip giving a bank account info by just putting 00000's in as account number.

This gym location is amazing. The people and the staff are very friendly and nice. I go at 4am so different time might be different but at 4am this place is amazing to go workout

My friend lost her inhaler in the stairmaster and they were quick to help her retrieve it. The employees there are really nice and knowledgeable.

Staff is very nice, price is great, wish they provided towels for a premium membership, No "real" stationary bikes but tons of other cardio.

It is a great place to work out, but in the last months the cleaning is really bad, the floors doesn't look good, so many used napkins around and I don't know why the people is training with no shoes stepping on the benches, is this ok?

This location isn’t my home PF….but i was blown away with how spacious and just….nice it was!!! The staff was super helpful explaining the lay out to me for my first work out there! Good job y’all!

So there's nothing wrong with the gym it self it's ok But the cancellation process sucks not as bad at fitness connection but I remember when I joined I asked how is the cancellation process the lady told me just come up here and cancel (of course not gonna mention the cancellation fee🙄🙄🙄) so I thought oh wow great seems so easy so I go in last night to cancel and they tell me since it has not been a year that I've had the membership I have to pay a buy out or something and that will be $50 🙄 and plus for the month if I didn't wanna be charged for this month I would of had to come in Oct 10 I'm like .....wow of course there is always a F@$+ING catch ! 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean facilities. Planet Fitness has all the equipment I need to build a regular and solid workout routine.

THE LOCATION Needs to be bigger , needs better fans!!! It's terribly HOT. Lots of machines but everything is so TIGHT.

I love PF. Best gym membership I’ve ever had. Black card member and able to use all of the many PF locations in the DFW. Very happy that the pandemic is officially behind us and normal business hours have resumed.

New positive environment to not only gain physical health, but also clear my mind and gain mental clarity also. They say you shouldn’t work out every day especially being new but I’ve gone every day this month according to my app. I not only lift weights or use one of the cardio machines.. I also sometimes just relax, unwind, listen to music, or use one of my member club features. Manager has friendly staff on desk also. The location isn’t in the best of areas but when you walk in it’s like you’ve gone from the ghetto to another planet… ha!
