Bad customer service…. Went there to take our daughter to try it out, but some guy that looks like a parrot, I think his name is Oscar, told me land my wife that she cannot go In. So I told my wife to take her as a guest but then Oscar said that my wife couldn’t because she ls not the account holder. I don’t understand because my wife is the one with the account… he had an attitude like if he didn’t want to be there or like if he had a bad day. We will cancel our membership for that reason. We’ve never had a problem anywhere else… Oscar needs to have a better attitude… Will be contacting corporate office first thing in the morning.

I normally do not go to this extent with bad customer service but Last night (09/12/2022) upon entering the gym the girl who was at the front had a nasty attitude. My cousin who was with me did not have the app downloaded on her phone asked her to look up her number and the girl rolled her eyes and rudely asked for my cousins information. She made both of us feel uncomfortable and ignored us once we were leaving and we overheard her bad mouthing about a guest to another guest.. However we did notice she was friendly with the male guests who came in after us.

Nice and clean. Area is alittle suspect. Friendly staff as well.

Clean, and a friendly, helpful staff! Great machines, always working! Everyone does their part and cleans the machines after use, makes for a very safe environment !

Black card members steer away!! This is the most unclean gym I have ever visited. There is a foul stench in the Womens locker room. Curtains hanging from a few rings. No air moving to help ventilate the locker room. Clump of hairs in the shower. Stall out of order. Workout areas are cramped. Keep in mind they are under construction, but where is the cleaning crew?!

Enjoyed it while it lasted until the GM thought it was okay to allow a male janitor in the ladies locker room regardless of them showering or not. Nothing against the male janitor, he was only doing what he was told to do. I applaud Sacora (sorry if I mispelled your name) but she did her best handling mine and my daughters concern when voiced and the RM along with the PF Corporate office however I just do not feel comfortable going to a gym where GMs think its okay to allow a male janitor to tend to the ladies locker room when ladies are present. Planet Fitness Corporate office overall handled everything very well and am so thankful for the Corporate team. 🩷

Unclean consistently, lack of membership appreciation. It is definitely a Judgment Zone! Judgement mostly by the management team and a couple employees.

Just joined this gym a month ago and it is awesome! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. They have taken all necessary precautions to ensure there are cleaning supplies in multiple locations to clean equipment.

I love the s place I feel very comfortable working out here and enjoy the red light therapy and hydro massage.

In all seriousness, I am giving a 5 star review because the family/co-ed bathroom was amazing, me and my personal trainer/my girl had made intensely rough love in it, after a vigorous workout. We turned on the shower to disbrust noise, the walls were thick, so when I held her against the wall pounding her, most no one could hear from the outside. We did make a bit of noise, luckily only one lady was paying attention on the nearest treadmill, she shook her head and smiled as we walked out, what a good sport and such a amazing community! True story..

Such a great gym! Plenty of equipment and zero judgement, friendly staff.

I'm a older person and I feel comfortable going in and enjoying working out. The employees are very helpful. The equipment is clean and in working condition.

Not to crazy busy yet. Still enjoying everything and everyone.

New to town and couldn't feel more comfortable in this gym. Kyle was a huge help!!!!!! and very friendly. Can't wait to get more advice and workouts in.

The place is friendly and welcoming. Lots of good equipment. All of the staff is great and friendly. Shout out To Kyle who works overnight on the weekends. He has helped me on my journey to get back into shape. He is always giving people good advice and joking with everyone, making the work out experience great.

Great hard working staff from 1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts. Keeping the areas clean and answers questions when needs. Overall a great beginner gym I loved my experience so muchl! I have too much to type, but I don't want to type lmao, but I would recommend it. Bye :)

The manager Daniel is the best he really made my day today! Thank you Daniel for your kindness.😊 All the staff at this location have been pleasant, I noticed they have a training class around 1pm daily during the week it looks fun! They work hard at keeping it Clean here. If you need a gym no matter what size, race, age and gender you are this is Great location to join with lots of diversity and the support you need.💖

They asked for feedback and gave them honest feedback,GM for this location called me but i had no need to explain myself as it was on the feedback. No change has come from it,gym is messy,machines are always broken,lockers are filthy and never checked. employees tend to just walk around and pretend to do work. There a few that make the place seem worth while,but the majority just stand behind the counter on their phones,which is fine because the check in process is simple now,but atleast try to keep the gym clean.

One of the things I love most about Planet Fitness is the variety of equipment they have. There are cardio machines, strength machines, and free weights for everyone to use. I also appreciate that they have a dedicated area for stretching and yoga. I recently took a year off from working out due to a personal issue. When I came back to Planet Fitness, I was a little nervous about how I would feel. However, I was immediately welcomed back by the staff and other members. I have been able to get back into my workout routine thanks to the supportive environment at Planet Fitness. If you're looking for a gym that is affordable, welcoming, and has a variety of equipment, I highly recommend Planet Fitness. I've always felt comfortable and supported at Planet Fitness, and I know you will too.

Great place to work out. I enjoy the young people and their ability to work out and get fit. The customer service is good and I enjoy their smiling faces.

I'm 63 and haven't worked out since basic training in the army. I just completed my 2nd week of going to Planet Fitness. I love the way it is set up and easy to navigate and figured out a simple workout plan. I feel amazing already as well as sleeping better and much more energy.

I love working out at this facility, the employees are friendly as well as the people, this gym always smells clean the janitor does a great job. I started working out about 2 years a go at this planet fitness and have lost a tone of weight :)

Just took advantage of the $1 down $10mo This gym is so nice and clean the front desk rep Daniel was very knowledgeable and welcoming. I have a good feeling about this gym I can't wait to use the black card spa services

I took my teenage and a guess to workout yesterday nite, I'm a black card member since 4yrs ago, well the front desk man treated us very rude and disrespectful.. probably because they had no membership, or because we r Latin, he told me to fill out a guess pass instead of a student pass for my son, and then he got mad about it and told me he didn't suppose to fill that one up, then he had an attitude with my invite too, and put his headphones not to hear us... it was a very sad situation even tho they charge me every month, and talk about no judgment... He was not help at all and ruined our motivation for the night 😪 I wish I can talk to a manager about it or report him some where else

When looking for a gym, I compared PF with other places and found PF offered the best value for my money.

The trainer Layton is super nice, and helpful!! No one judges, every time I go everyone is nice and helpful and greets me as I walk through the door. 10/10 recommend.

The work team is very cooperative, prepared, they are always ready to help or guide. They keep the place very clean too. Excellent in my opinion this place

This rating isn't based on the management or staff. You did remodeling during the holidays. Actually it was supposed to take a couple weeks it was much much longer. I went to workout at this location for the first time in months and the leg press machine in the 30 min workout section was just destroyed and that same machine was broke down throughout 2022. There ISN'T ANY NEW EQUIPMENT in the 30 minute workout section WHY? The owners of this location NEED TO REPLACE THE OLD BROKE DOWN EQUIPMENT!! DON'T REPAIR IT BECAUSE IT BREAKS DOWN AGAIN REPLACE IT!!! WE PAY FOR A SERVICE YOU NEED TO MAKE SURE THE MANAGEMENT& STAFF HAVE WHAT THEY NEED FOR THEIR CLIENTS & THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE TO CONTINUE ANSWERING QUESTIONS ABOUT RAGGEDY EQUIPMENT!!! This location is predominantly Mexican and it looks suspect having bad equipment in there when the Saginaw & Haltom City locations. As business owners we have keep things on point for our clients & staff.

Sucora or whatever her name is wouldn't let my daughter use the restroom so she p'ed on herself. If they won't let a 2 year old little girl use the restroom.. that's pretty sad.

Its a great workout environment and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I typically go in the evenings and its usually not very crowded which is nice not having to compete for machines or dumbells.

Monday threw Friday from 8 pm-10:30 pm it's busy you have to move around to try to use the machines you want. Saturday and Sunday nights are better ! I really wish the turned up the A/c , it gets hotter since it's packed .

This is more of a complaint of the patrons and not the workers but THE GYMGOERS HERE ARE SO INCONSIDERATE. THEY DONT WIPE THEY LEAVE TRASH EVERYWHERE AND ALL OF THE FREEWEIGHTS ARE EITHER MISSING ALL AROUND THE GYM OR PLACED IN THE WRONG SPOTS!!

Black membership holder. Tanning rooms are always dirty. Location is ghetto. Ppl peel out in the parking lots. BUT I feel comfortable using the machines. They’re wiped down regularly and sanitized. I see the employees cleaning the machines all the time.

Nastiest planet fitness ive ever gone to. Stinks. Hot n musty. They didnt even have paper in the dispensers people dont even clean up after themselves never again.

Overall great. Staff is great, but some equipment could use some updating. Still, this is my preferred PF when visiting TX on work.

Clean, friendly, and wide variety of equipment for everyone. For 10 a month you can enjoy it all, 24/7. Pay an extra 12 a month and get extra benifits and I loved the massage chairs and the water bed massage after a long workout.

It gets one less star because every time I leave I'm dying from the workout. No judgement and plenty of machines to work with. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Kept really clean and nice. Has exactly what I need for a beginner.

For less than what I paid to park in the parking garage at work for a month, I get a black card membership that allows me unlimited use of workout equipment, showers, red light therapy, Hydro massage beds, massage chairs, and tanning beds. This particular location always has the friendliest staff too!!
