The gym equipment and bathrooms are very out dated and not maintained. Machines are always broke, I found bite marks on the lying leg curl machine, and the hack squat machine is grinding on metal and locking up from lack of lubrication. The staff cleans the gym very well. I don't think its their fault. I believe the lack of quality falls on the owner/ management. The bathrooms are horrible, disgusting, and always smell like an open sewer. This gym was very nice a few years ago. With the amount of money this gym costs a month there is absolutely no reason to have better equipment and nicer bathrooms...

Not clean, machines are always broken, and it’s minimal effort from everyone. I’ve been going here for about 6 months and I live across the street, so it’s pretty convenient. I honestly feel that they do the minim because everything’s dirty, even when they clean. Not to mention a ton of the cardio equipment is constantly broken if not hanging on by a thread. If my schedule allowed me more time to go to another gym I would, even if it cost me more money. Update - the photo I just took shows what appears to be a j*zz stain in the locker rooms that’s been here since November of last year. Second update 6/17/23 - not any better and more equipment is broken… and there was a dog on the locker room…

Seems like a good value until you get to the locker rooms or the pool/sauna area. There are assessable places that seem like they haven’t been cleaned in months or even years!! It is actually shocking

Just ready for them to be actually 24hrs! That was the hole point of signing up was for the connivence and time durations. Especially working a later shift then going after work……. Other then that, a gym is a gym it’s not spotless but it’s clean enough. Sauna needs some attention woods breaking off on edges and yah….. pay me to fix it! I enjoy my time there but y’all definitely have done better in the past. (Employees)stop spending so much time at the front desk chatting it up with each other and fine the common issues the customer sees, getting your rating back up.

Had been going to 24 Hour Fitness for 2+ years but recently had to cancel my membership. The customer service is awful, no one greets at the door, they are not usually helpful, and every time I would call they would not bother to pick up the phone. The employees were never really friendly and always appeared stand off ish. The facility is dirty especially the bathrooms. There are ants and bugs in the shower drains. Imagine going to the gym working out and wanting to rinse off and there are bugs in the drains when you are trying to shower. There are also many creeps who make you uncomfortable during your workout. They only have three squat racks for the size of the gym. There is not many equipment and everything is always taken. One time I also brought a friend so they could try out the gym because on the 24 Hour Fitness official website is says they have a free pass. She then filled it out and when we went in the employee at the desk said no we can’t honor that. I showed him that it was on the official website and he stated “That’s corporate not us that’s California.” When the right thing to do would have been just honor it as they are representing 24 Hour Fitness.

The thing about working in customer service/sales/management your whole life is that you learn to very easily recognize when it’s good and when it’s bad. And at this place here- it is horrendous. It’s not even worth my time to describe what happened because I will never be back, however, just know I received the worst customer service both of the two times I stepped foot in here. The funny thing is the second time the person I spoke to was a manager lol. Do yourself a favor and join *any* other gym in the area besides this one.☺️

Not clear about membership terms! I walked in for membership signup. The offer sounds very good now I give the okay and wanted the terms be printed out or emailed the assistant pleaded that is not available. I believe This can only be unavailable if you intended to cheat. Cause I don’t trust subscribing to membership that I am not a holder of it’s terms in a written notice.

this gym is actually so nasty and outdated. the bathrooms are so unsanitary, half of the machines are constantly broken, and the variety of machines could be better. you'd think corporate would try to improve this location after so many bad reviews, but they don't care.

Been going to this gym for over 3 years. It’s consistently gotten worse and worse. Almost every treadmill is broken, stair-master’s are even worse. Even if they say they work, they jolt and drop (I’ve seen people almost get injured). Cable machines constantly break and take months to get fixed. Bathrooms are adequate. I don’t use the pool but it generally seems to be out of service a majority of the time. 24 clearly doesn’t seem to care about this club anymore, hopefully they turn it around soon.

FIX THE MACHINES. Take the old torn up seat benches and pads and get them reupholstered It doesn't cost that much. Many machines are broken there's only a few stair steppers that are working I haven't even checked the treadmills I'm sure there are many that are broken as well.... there needs to be some things fixed in here ..... everybody's paying for a membership..... care about your customers..... get these things fixed .... it's getting ridiculous.

Was promised by mario that I’ll be charged only for 1 month. But i noticed i was charged for 6 months. When reached out, i still haven’t heard back. Most of the equipment don’t work. They are selling massage by a massage gun for 1$ per minute. That’s how broke this establishment is. Literally 90% of the equipments are out of order

I actually love this gym and would give it a 3-star to 4-star. If you want a good workout, you have to come early in the AM. During rush hours you'll be lucky to use three to four machines. People spend 2-3 hours on the squats rack and nothing get done about it. All the legs machines and the cable machine, don't even try it. You'll be waiting at the gym for 4 hours. Most gyms have an hour's time frame for each use. I know they don't want to police their members, but no way some should be spending 3 hours on those machine. You won't get your money worth or get the value of your membership because of that. Plenty of time I left because I of waiting on the machines to open. All I was told was to wait it out and that it will fade away soon. The staff is great and the gym is clean. One of the best staff and management I ever seen at a fitness center. I wish they would get the members more involved with record holders, today's workout, completion and etc as they do at most 24-hour fitness. Overall could be better, but you'll get a better value at another a gym that keeps the flow of the gym going. Versus sitting getting cold waiting on a machine for hours.

Unfortunately, this facility is rapidly falling into serious disrepair. The following pieces of primary equipment are broken and have been unrepaired for many months: 7 of 9 stairsteppers 6 of 15 ellipticals 8 of 20 treadmills Pool, hot tub, and steam room are broken and/or unavailable more often than not. The changing rooms, bathrooms, and shower facilities are rough and seldom cleaned. Even when the urinals are operational, the bathroom reeks of sewage. The showers are mildew and trash-ridden. Because these obvious issues have lingered for so long unaddressed, management gives the impression that they take their customers for granted and even view them with some level of contempt. Update: Staff monitoring the reviews gives canned replies to complaints without actually addressing the issues or committing to correct the problems.

Today is day 4 of the Dallas ice storms and the roads were just clearing up. My husband is shopping around for a new gym and decided to check out 24 hour fitness. He went on their website and signed up for the 3 day pass that is offered for this location. When he got there, the man at the front desk stated "we are not honoring this pass today due to the weather". Of note, the gym was empty so I don't think they had a staffing issue or overpopulation issue. My husband was confused as to why they would not honor this pass due to the weather (that makes no sense and no mention if this of their website). When my husband asked if he can speak to the manager, the man said "there is no manager here today". The man then proceeded to say "the only way you are getting in is if you sign up today". My husband found him extremely rude, aggressive and unprofessional. Needless to say, he left and ended up going to LA fitness instead where he enjoyed a good workout with good service. He will complete his 2 day pass with LA fitness and likely sign up with them. Treat your customers or potential customers better if you want business. Offering a 3 day pass and then not honoring it is false advertising.

Wanted to join for my work schedule. But why say 24 hr fitness when you're closed at certain times. Going to join cheap planet fitness. They are at least open 24hrs

On Monday I went to one of your Fort Worth branches after having signed up for a three day pass to try it out. The man at the front said that it was not possible as they were having sales, made us pay $20 for a one day pass, kept our id for “liability purposes” to make sure we came back and then harassed us trying to force us to pay for a membership. What is this!!!! Very bad service.

Dirty pool. I swim about a mile and a quarter several times a week to stay healthy. The pool here is too hot and feels slimy on my body. There is an annoying greasy texture that feels disgusting. There is also some sort of debris on the pool floor. They better change this soon. Lap swimming should feel clean. The pool should be clear and crisp. If that is impossible to maintain then consider shutting down your pool. To make it worse, I paid for an annual membership in full! Guess I gotta go elsewhere right?

I only go to this location because it is Convenient. Outside of that, I would never recommend this gym to any of my friends or relatives. The gym is filthy, several machines are broken, the spa is almost always in need of maintenance, the dry sauna is filthy, the men's locker room is filthy. Over sold on memberships so it is very crowded unless you go very early in the morning or very late in the evening. This location is the only 24 hour that is open 24 hours.

This gym has been great so far. They have what I need and more. They are clean and the staff is always willing to help. For the price you cannot beat what you get. Come get them gains here. You won't be disappointed. 💪🏾

1/4 if the machines were out of service. Almost all of the weights and machines are heavily worn to the point that I couldn’t read the weight. I’m not sure if the a/c doesn’t work or what but it was so hot I saw someone pass out. I almost passed out myself. In summary, the gym seems poorly maintained and unclean. Only good thing I can say is the gentleman at the front desk was very friendly.

I'm a Custodial Assistant at the 24 hour fitness on Old Denton Road and has been for a month now. I utilize my skills to make sure every member work out in a very safe and cleanliness environment. As long as I'm a employee, I will continue to do so and insure everyone no worries or anymore bad reviews. I give this club, managers, and co-workers, five stars for being great team members and a collaborative team.

Super chill environment and the pool and hot was amazing. The only thing that you might want to before going here is bring your own towels. The showers have soap dispensers and there are plenty of lockers for all of your stuff. The people were super nice and everything was really smooth and easy to use.

24 hr fitness, this location and the one on Quebec, are disgusting!!! My husband has a membership and we bounce between the 2 depending on the day. I quit coming with him bc the machines are gross! I stare at the grime trying to figure out how long it's been there and how many layers deep it goes. I told him no more this is the last month here. We have talked to management several times as have others. It does no good. They give you an excuse in the moment.. the cleaner didn't come in yesterday. We are working on it. We only have 1 cleaner. Management is aware. Blah blah blah. Both locations reviews are going down the dumps... exactly where this business is headed. I have been lied to multiple times about the fees that come with the 4 memberships I have paid for. Customer service is bad, management is bad. Personal Training is bad and not well trained. This is a very money hungry business with a nice facility but not worth all the hidden fees. Goto a local instead

I have been going to this Gym for seven years. It is at it's low point when it comes to conditions. So much equipment is broken. I have seen equipment set for months needing repair. Pretty sad. Number of clients is as high as I've seen it. Only thing that keeps me there is location.

If I could rate it 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service. Same blonde man employee kicked my brothers guest out because they changed his membership and altered it without any approval. Blatantly disrespected over the phone asking the same employee if he could check the woman’s locker room when the gym closed, and his response was I might forget. Proceeded to tell me the next day, I told you I was going to forget. When I clearly told him to write it down if he thought he was going to forget. They need to teach they’re employees to have better customer service.

The staff and facility are good. The staff do care. The reason that I give this gym only 3 Stars is due to the members. They don't put their weights away. They lounge on the machines for extended periods of time, staring at their phones. There are very few members who are here to be serious. The macro are here to be jokers, wasting their time, taking up space, not putting their weights away, being a complete disrespect to those who actually possess gym etiquette. Posers...

Staffs are nice, mostly enough workout resources. Some repairs in shower recently were good improvement, provided more working shower stalls. On equipment, I wish the large treadmills are all working properly all the time as those are ones that have higher incline for ones who would like to have that in the workout. Added: The fact that this club opens 24 hours is enough to make me royal member. That provides a very much flexibility to people work/life schedule.

I miss going to my gym at night when I couldn’t sleep. I’d help me so much. I miss it a lot. The front desk clerks were of great help. The guy that would regularly go helped me a lot getting used to the equipment. I loved the support in general I recommend the app it helps a lot with regiment’s and what to focus on

Hot tub & steam room were operating. However, there was a strong chemical in the air. An employee checked the chlorine in the pool & hot tub & said it was a little high. I told him it seemed like more than chlorine. He told me, that the room with all their chemicals (right next to the lap lanes was open. My nose & mouth were irritated. I've been flushing my eyes all day & last night.

Went in the other day with a friend for a tour of the facility and we were taken great care of by Jacob! He was very patient and great at answering all our questions, he also helped us figure out which plan would be the best for our budget! Overall I had a great experience. Thank you, Jacob!

Very disappointed that 24 Hour Fitness is this bad. Hot tub and swimming pool has been closed for maintenance for 2 to 3 weeks. Went to use the wet suana and it smelled like dirty mop water. Sad to see. Try to go too 2 other locations and they were much worse. Traveled extra 15 minutes to get to last one with pool opened. And could not even get in the pool when I seen a guy get out of pool with crocs on. I left fast quick and in a hurry sad and disappointed.

The staff is not equipt to handle difficult situations when and older man is harassing a women.

Nice place I've been going to for 3yrs. Most of the treadmills are always down. Downstairs bathroom door top lock has been broken for MONTHS!!! It's not hard to replace a deadbolt lock! Overall it's an okay place that gets the job done with plenty of parking.

Juan was so extremely helpful and kind. I would highly recommend this gym especially for the service!

Please fix your machines. Half of the cardio equipment has been out of order since before new years. You’re missing at least 3 carrabeaners from the pulley section. A water fountain has been out of order for months.

Look at the ratings of the various 24 hr fitness in town. All mid 3's. So remember to compare apples to apples and grade on a curve. I have visited 3 locations in the past month and many other rivals such as crunch and la fitness in the past few years. This 24 hr location has no power meters on the bikes and the bikes share a studio with the open floor classes. No water bottle fill fountains, sauna dirtier than avg, steam room down, no proper pull up bars, no extra goodies like bar clips or weight belts. This gym is obviously better equipped for machine weight lifting than home or hotel gyms, but sub par compared to other commercial gyms or powerlifting gyms .

Old equipment, at least one urinal broken in the mens room. Maybe this is a requirement?? Hot a$$ water to wash hands with. Outdated lockers. This place needs a serious facelift. I’m looking for something better.

Sauna smells terrible and not on 24 hours. Gym is super dirty throughout the whole facility. Only gym that’s open 24 hours near me so I have no choice but if you could avoid this gym I would .

I had pretty measured expectations when I joined this gym nearly a year ago. The staff is friendly enough but the experience is less than impressive. Literally half of the cardio equipment doesn't work. This place gives off vibes like its about to close permanently. When it rains outside it leaks all over the top floor of this facility. The steam room and dry sauna neither work and the steam room has been out of commission for over 3 months. I'm surprised management doesn't do more to make this location better. Although it's a big inconvenience I prefer and travel to the Quebec location more often because it is that much better.

I love the layout here. The club is 2 stories and has an open view from the top. Mario, the General Manager is always so kind and respectful to my family and me. Juan, the manager is always respectful and kind as well. The music is always awesome too and the sauna is a great!

Since I got here in February. You will have people say positive stuff and negative stuff. As a member of the team I been hearing thank you I appreciate you doing this the last guy who was here wasn't doing his job. There will be other say negative stuff but I really don't listen we do what we can. I been a custodian for over twenty year I seen worse I work at fwisd Aisd HEB even Keller ISD . Clean a gym it not hard I just do what needed to be done. I go to work clock in do my job clock out and go home . I know I'm doing my part. Straight positive vibes.

Good gym not super crowded no waiting on machines

This place has high volume but this is how it looks inside. Not good enough. Bathrooms need to b remodeled. They need to fix most of the cardio machine bc they don't work and haven't for a year that I know of. Equipment, the cable machines are always down and takes months to fix them break again right away. DON'T NOT BUY MEMBERSHIP HERE, RUN! Just drive to a place further you'll thank me for it.

Although ALL the equipment is not working due to delay in getting the parts which is not in their control and having the maintenance personnel necessary for proper up keep I do however wish to shine some light on the thing’s management and the rest of the team have done a very good job at handling. First, the warm and friendly HELLO I always receive when I enter the building, I feel noticed and welcome. Second, the ladies restroom has a lot of good days, especially when a certain young lady is there (Miss Selena).. she goes as far as removing the hair that people leave on the shower stalls. This young lady goes above and beyond. Third, Juan and Mario (managers) are constantly doing walk throughs around the gym making sure there is no trash laying around and plenty of cleaning solution and napkins available for members to clean the machines. Fourth, any time one of the amenities are down and they have been bombarded with questions regarding when they will be fixed they never answer in a frustrating or annoyed tone. Fifth, the friendly “goodbye” you come across as you are exciting the doors feeling amazing after a great workout. I have been a loyal 24 hour fitness for over 10 years now and this location has my heart. Once they have all the machines working they will rule the #1 place in Texas! Keep up the great work Western Center Team!

Every day I come here there's less paper towel dispensers. Today there were only two doe the bottom floor and one of them was empty the entire hour I was here. Always crowded. Every week a new machine is broken. The staff is really nice though.
