This place is ONLY good if you NEED a cheap place to stay the night... other than that.. avoid this place.. other guest are ALWAYS WATCHING YOU.... "ladies of the evening" are plentiful here.... DONT expect the 4 seasons or Even Hilton accommodation.... think more of going to your local corner store at 5 in the evening

I paid $166 for this!! DO NOT COME HERE OR STAY HERE WITHOUT A GUN!! People randomly knock on your door asking for things. A LOT of people on foot walking around. Scared to get out and go anywhere. I booked online through Booking.com. Photos on there are a lie!!! DON'T BOOK HERE!

The rooms are okay. Pretty much what you'd expect for the area and this is probably the nicest motel in this price range in this area. The Days Inn next door is a wild place. Probably the best place to score in the area but you might not want to stay there. At this Motel 6 the daytime clerk is pretty grumpy. The evening guy is a very nice fellow from Kerala India and you might even talk him into knocking off 5 bucks if your short on funds. The rate for anroom with 2 beds was 75 weekdays and 85 Friday and Saturday. There was no bugs of any kind which is an important thing to know in this area because the other places I've stayed around here had either roaches or bed bugs.

Location was as close as I could get for under $250 a night. Honestly didn't think it'd be this bad. Roaches and can tell no one has actually cleaned much of anything. Doors covered in grime and walls covered in spills. Can tell by progressive dinge on towel in photos to see no one has mopped in some time. Not worth $158 for 2 nights. Considering a neighborhood away I stayed for less and considerable better quality. This in next to budget host inn level with the roaches. I am grateful for a place to crash for a weekend stay cay with family, but dang.

This place is an absolute dump. The only plus it's not to far from the hospital. Worst customer service ever. Parking was horrible, when we finally found parking in close proximity to our room, a man exited his room to rudely yell to my husband that it was management's parking only. This hotel is in a prime location and has so much potential. New management is need fast. Roaches, explicit writing all over the walls, huge slashes in curtains. I wish there was a way to upload photos of the room.

Wow. Ok I'll admit if you are going for a 65 dollar room what should our expectations be? I to have stayed at motel 6's in several states with out incidents This location is horrible to say the least!!! Expedia gave this location a 4 star . That is the reference I went with. The pictures say it all!! I was told I could not have a refund do to making a reservation my card would be charged regardless. Please notice the cockroach 🪳 the size of the card holder I was given. ALSO PLEASE NOTICE HOW THE SMOKE ALARM HAS BEEN COVERED AND LEFT THIS WAY BY STAFF!!

I generally enjoy my Motel 6 stays, but this location did not meet my expectations. Between constant parking lot roaming of obviously shady individuals, lack of lighting along walkways, and odd room features, at least room 285 was, I wouldn't recommend this location.

It's not to good was woke up 5am, someone looking for someone to rob, they found out they got the wrong person. Cockroaches all over you can tell they don't spray for them. If you stay there make sure you can handle what's there. Would not bring my family there. Door to the room wasn't to good, it had been broken before.

I would not recommend this place unless it's your only option. Holes in the bed sheets, holes in the walls, door doesn't seal, the bathroom was the worst. There was urine around the toilet, the toilet only works sometimes, the bathroom door doesn't close and just needs to be thrown away, it's peeling apart and completely disgusting. I don't think these rooms are cleaned at all.

We had the best time of our life it was our oh and the anniversary we were married on January 19th years ago and they gave us room 119 just coincidental and then they gave me a bigger room and the whole experience was positive from the cleaning lady to the desk clerks it was just great service!

The room was absolutely horrible. I would not let my dog stay in there overnight. The room had no phone, the smoke detector had no battery, the TV did not work, and the place had no swimming pool. I was too afraid to take a shower out of fear of catching something. I could say more bad things but I don't think I am allowed to write a dissertation. The place needs to be torn down. The guy on duty at the time of check-in was rude as heck.

Check-In was a breeze and super easy. Room was clean and simple. Give it a 3⭐️out of 5⭐️ for the room set up... 2 problems I had was the shower pressure was absolutely horrible!! There was none!! And then I could only find one really accessible plug for charging things and that was in the bathroom... other than that it was good.the

Motel had a price that allowed my brother and I to come to Fort Worth to give honor and respect to a great lady in our lives who is gone home to glory.

This place is not as it is in the pictures it is a run-down old motel there's mold on the walls holes in the bed sheets you're lucky if you get a room that the door locks most definitely would not bring kids or any family or friends to this dead awful place

Vivian made my whole stay memorable and enjoyable honestly the best daytime manager he doesn't make me feel like JUST a customer he makes me feel like a member of the motel 6 family

I stay here was great staff is excellent and the rooms are well priced Nikki is the manager owner operator he's going to excellent job when you go there tell them Miami sent you.

All good, nice staff, decent price but no wifi. Wifi never work but I needed break 😂.

This is the best motel in town...hands down...managers, etc..are friendly, very helpful, and respectful....helped me when I was in a tight spot...won't stay anywhere else when in the southside of fort Worth....I love Motel 6 seminary...and a BIG thanks for helping me when in need!

Got there. Paid for a room and shortly after that I got my money back and left. There was people outside doing some shady stuff. Did not feel safe for my family and I to be there. I strongly recommend not ever going to this place ever.

Roaches, huge gap under room door which kept the cold air from being able to keep room cool during 105 degree weather.

The bed was made up with soiled sheets to include the bedspread which was full of holes and should have long been discarded. We checked in late and asked the attendant if we could check. Out at noon instead he gave us to 1130 which was nice enough of him no charge but his housekeepers overrode him and rudely said he doesn't clean the rooms you have 4 minutes to be out of here . Quality customer service I just don't understand some owners mentality with the way they treat their guests who has spent hundreds even thousands with their establishment and it goes unnoticed. The room was flooding terribly from around the tub into the sleeping area. Being a disabled senior citizen on a cane is a very high risk to accidental falls and bone breaks. That visit was near 500 if not more yet we continue to patron for continue and lack of transportation it's a very unfortunate situation. We finally got a different room the day b4 checking. I don't understand the bitterness and meanness from management towards customers who are willing to continue patronizing you because they understand that the owners have to live and have families to provide. There's good and not so good people in every race.

Being that it was a Thursday night and I didn't check in until 9pm, the entire place was so packed that our parking place was nowhere near our room. Also, it was full of the kind of folks that I would not even open my door without my husband being there. Not in the best area, for sure. So the kind of people who spent the night loitering outside their rooms, was expected. This is absolutely not a quite place either. Tons of yelling and loud voices back and forth ALL NIGHT LONG!!! The person who checked me in was absolutely wonderful though. I received amazing service from the workers and my room was emaculate, and not to mention updated since I stayed there last time. The first room I was given wouldn't open and I took the key back and mentioned how someone had cover the sensor area of the four with some kind if white nail polish or permanent marker. He quickly apologized and gave me a better room anyways.

This place was absolutely filthy. I've stayed in Motel 6's before and this was the absolute worst hotel I've ever been to in my life. Cigarette butts on the headboard, trash under the bed, and piles of dirt swept in the corner. The whole room smelled like an ashtray and specifically asked for non-smoking. Pool was also completely empty. Got a refund. Did not stay.

Disgusting! They should not be allowed to charge what they charge!! There are literally cameras everywhere on site! It’s a trashy place. The pictures online are false! I have pictures and videos after minutes of checking in. The room was not cleaned at all! The bedding smells clean. Sad thing is I booked this to help someone out trying to help him bc his dad is in the hospital.

I stayed here one night and the room was disgusting like had never been cleaned.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OR STAY EVER AGAIN. The sheets where stained too

Honestly, idk why this place showed up on my visited places. I visited the T-Mobile store across the frwy. I must say, Motel 6 must provide their guest greatest Wi-Fi 📶 to have signal across frwy. 🛣️

I’ve stayed in some cheap motels and This place was by far the worst. The bathroom walls were falling apart, room was nasty. Don’t even think of staying here. I asked for a refund and they have denied my request after being there 5 min. They will screw you over in a heart beat.

Worst room ever. TV didn't work we had crackheads outside are door we didn't stay an hour. Wasted $80 never go there again
