No microwave no refrigerator in my particular room and I have to go to the office in order to change the volume on television, a couple roaches of course. But one of the cheapest prices you'll find and one of the nicest management that will work with you if you're honest with him. If you're struggling it can be a real blessing if you're slightly picky keep looking. And that's about as honest an answer as I could give.

I only gave it one star so I can write the review. this is a trashy roach-infested not well kept up nor sanitary place to stay. I lost out to stay in that room 4 less than an hour I dropped my bags off went to the store for shopping and eating came back and found out the room was not for me it was nasty and it was full of roaches. I only got $45 of my money. I paid 60. the shower was nasty I had one towel the AC smells like urine. It's not a good place. That Motel need to demolish that place needs remodeling reconstruction total renovation. Be careful of the landmark

All that I have to say is that you definitely get what you pay for when it comes to effeciency motel rooms in the city of Fort Worth, Texas. Definitely not a bad place for a night or three or for a week or two, possibly a months time maximum. Although some associates of mine just so happen to currently reside at this efficiency hospitality establishment and have proclaimed that the staff and overall experience at this establishment has been decent considering the cost......Give it a shot if you are in the area and you wish to get a room for the night..... Although, they do happen to sell out rather quickly from what I understand.....so, you might just want to get there early if you so wish to get a room at this location at this kind of pricing!!!!!!!

Pretty run down but if your passing through it's good enough to lay your head down

For such a historic motel, I am shocked that the owners don't do more to upkeep the area and to keep the vagrants away.

This place is decently priced, and has been cleaned up considerably. Front office is great, the washer and dryer work, wish the soda machine had Diet Coke but thats my only complaint other than roaches. Great for what it is.

They are the only place that allowed my pet for a few extra bucks a week. Never had a problem my entire stay. They don't allow a lot of drama or traffic. The entire staff was awesome! The landmark is an older motel but they do their maintenance guy is quick to fix problems. Compared to the other options in Fort Worth. They are best.

Roaches every freaking where toilets won't flush unless a five gallon bucket is dumped in it sinks won't drain absolutely rude management this is the worst and I mean worst possible place you could spend any amount of time my opinion if you value your health don't stay here

Priceline is not indicative of the room quality nor the service. Shop around if you don't want cigarette burns in your comforter or if you want sheet service.

This place is set up for long-term and short-term residencies. It's adequate. Nothing to brag about not much to complain about. Most tenants here may be long-termers. Seems like it caters more towards the week or more rentals around $280. Located next door to a restaurant with the convenience store a little ways down the street and a few feet away from a bus stop on camp Bowie one of the main streets of Fort Worth. Location is convenient. Wi-fi has been a bit difficult for my devices to access. There's a barbecue restaurant down the street just a block or so called Poppin Fresh Worth a visit. Within walking distance of a Whataburger, a Fiesta grocery store oh, and Golden Corral. A short eastbound bus ride away will get you to Church's Chicken, and a local joint and mainstay by the name of Riscky's Barbeque.
