It's awful. Didn't feel safe enough to fall asleep, shocked this place is open for business.. go buy a tent and find a quiet spot under a bridge, you'd be better off..

no housekeeping until last day of stay, , room was dirty, bed linens never changed in 9 day stay except for last day there, every other day had to ask for towels and rags, room must have been repaired at some point, fresh paint and sheetrock dust all over the room, 2inches of dust and dirt on windowsill and A/c unit. turned it on dust blew all over the place. finally found how to turn on cooktop stove using a timer on the wall even though i turned on stove did not work till timer turned on. microwave was janky and someone left all their dishes in the cabinets dirty, the sink worked fine and fridge was ok at best water constantly leaked out of it. but was cool inside. bathtub water handle leaked and someone entered and used the shower while I was gone tub was dry first day leave and go back someone had used the shower. scared me so kept door locked at all times inside with door latch hook. do not recommend staying here its a dump.

Hall ways and path ways not so clean. Vacuuming everyday might help. Roaches in room, the little ones. Front desk was quick to respond for roaches and sprayed something. Roaches were not gone even after spraying. We don't have so much problem living with little roaches, so we were fine. We didn't stay much in the room as we went out most of the time. Front desk said the roaches problem persisted because of record breaking heat, this summer. Will think twice before coming here again.

Great location for coming and going the freeway to work. Close to a lot of things and adequate rooms. Very clean, no bugs and pet friendly.

The price was nice. The room that I saw was not. It had mold and roaches. The woman at the front desk was nice.

It's not the best up to date place but the price was pretty decent. The onsite washer was ok but the dryer was in need of some major deep cleaning and repair. The lent filter was missing half of the screen and it was FULL OF DOG (PET) HAIR. The people using it had ran their clothes twice and they still weren't dry but after seeing how nasty the dryer was i just took my clothes back to our room and hung them up to dry.

A bit dirty but not really tbh I had a cabinet full of random trash but that didn't bother me none and my fridge is broken but works lol the trim/seal on freezer is barely sticking on by a hair so I glued it back on, not sure what to do about the door tho it's bent so it doesn't shut very well at all but I figured out a way to get it closed and it does its job pretty ok one thing I don't like however is the phone is broken all it does is ring. I can't answer it or maybe I can but I can't hear anything at all just the ringer when someone calls I also can't make calls since I can't hear nothing and there is no guide and most the buttons are gone and I'm assuming the volume buttons don't work either kuz I tried them too. Other than that tho it's great here love the kitties especially hahaha I'll add photos of my troubles...

When it was decided that my wife wanted to visit Burger's Lake, we booked Studio 6. We found it to be the most convenient stay ever. We played Golf together in the premises and it was a wonderful experience. When we got to know know pets are also allowed, we thought of planning our next trip with our lovely pet.

Far from the worst of places. Had to clean this place up when we first arrived, wash the walls and appliances. But I do thàt every time I check into a new place regardless. Ima germa phobe .....put out combat gel and clean my own room because of the covid-19. Staying healthy is priority and the staff here have been decent to me and mine. We are happy here

I definitely DO NOT recommend this place. The rooms are dirty. The showers & sinks don’t work properly. The bedsheets are stained & the windows are broken. There were crackheads roaming around the parking lot. I checked out a day early & am glad i did. a cop car pulled in after i checked out & there was a girl crying & she looked scared. It’s cheap price but unsafe🤷🏻‍♀️

For budget hotel and for price it's better than most other long term hotels I've stayed in across the country. Feel safe. Clean room. Friendly staff.

Literally THE WORSE place I've ever stayed in my entire life. Anyone could have easily kicked down our room door, and I can't say I wasn't terrified that would happen. There was no deadlock to bar entry. The staff was rude, and patrons were heard screaming and wandering the halls all night and day, which smelled of days old fried fish and grease. There were stains all over every piece of linen in the room including the bedsheets and bath towels. I was worried we would leave with bedbugs. The room was filthy, the window had been left open, and the back way entry to the hotel was not secure. Anyone could gain entry if they wanted. The smoke detector had been ripped from the ceiling with dangerous wiring exposed. Broken glass all over the parking lot, and we witnessed multiple drug deals being made. This place should be condemned and demolished. It's basically a drug house, as far as I could tell.

This stay was the most disgusting and disappointing stay I've ever endured with the Motel 6/ Studio 6 family of hotels. My room was hot, the stench of mold and mildew was overwhelming. The wall cabinet was anchored on sideways, there were 🪳 everywhere. The wall next to the window looked like someone set fire to it. The refrigerator was unplugged, and very smelly. Next was the bathroom and that was something to give me nightmares for the rest of my life. There was black mold all over the shower rung. The shower curtain was attached to the wall on one side only. The vent was rusted all over, and had tape covering it, and there were cobwebs all over the ceiling.

This is the place to be if you find yourself and your family pets in need of a quick place to rent. The rooms are good size and very clean with No bugs, and the service is good and fast. I am always comfortable dealing with the staff and comfortable that my precious animals are going to be ok and undisturbed while I am at work. Nice , calm atmosphere.

We to be honest they have a few problems that they have staff is very nice but everyone is very nice and like family here.

It is a horrible place to stay! The furniture is falling off the wall, the appliances do not work! The lighting is faulty and blinks off, the water randomly changes temp while showering! The appliances did not work and there is no coffee pot, or coffee available! It’s definitely not what was in the ad!

This place is horrible..The microwave was broken, dead roaches in the refrigerator, cabinets, camera in the bathroom, dirty towels, do not stay here!

Customer service was horrible. Acted as if I was bothering them when I needed towels or TP. Lots of homeless people and felt very unsafe.

Don't trust the price they advertise. When you get there they will tell you they don't have those rooms open only rooms that have been remodeled, and mind you these are not posted on the website! They are liars! Scammers. The price went from 50 online to 100 a night at the trap house motel.

The room was ok besides a bit of mold on the shower curtain and huge dust collection on the side of the cabinets. I was told by one employee when I checked in that I could have a late check out at 12 o'clock, no problem. So 11:20 or so comes around, some other guy comes banging on my door rudely and repetitively telling me I need to "Leave right now!" And, "Nobody told you that! Leave right now or I am calling the cops!" And he repeatedly said he will call the cops in a belligerent yell as he continued to bang on the door, when I was being respectful yet sternly informative that I was told 12 o'clock was ok, and that I will get my stuff together and leave. Horrible experience. The guy needs to find another profession.

I booked this place for Business for 2 weeks, didn't face any issues, the front desk was very friendly and very helpful. Room was newly equipped with appliances. Good prices.
