Work booked this for because my truck broke down and they listed as pet friendly. Finally get the truck towed in and get there at 1am when I finally get somebody to the desk they inform me they don't allow pets. Me"It says you do on the website" Her "we don't allow pets" Me" That's why they booked this for me, you allow pets" Her"we don't allow pets" Obviously they didn't care that they lied about being pet friendly what else are they lying about. Actually glad I didn't stay. If had to guess all the 5 star reviews they have are by them or friends and family. Pretty much all the rest are 1 star Edit Found out they called ahead and asked about pets before making the reservation. They said they ALLOW pets

If i could leave a review of 0 I would. This place was filthy! Blood on the door and floor, rooms not clean, staff rude, roaches, trying to charge us extra for handicap accommodation, ppl lived there and their kids played paintball in the parking lot next to cars, a guy was stripping paint off the hood of his car all hours of the night right outside my window and then there were truckers bringing lot lizards there to screw. We couldn't afford to leave and try to find another hotel in the area, as we were in town unexpected for a funeral. To top it off, they charged our credit card multiple times for the room and only tried to "fix it" when we threatened the police. I have contacted the BBB.

No blankets. No breakfast. No pool. No microwave. No access to the lobby at night. Not safe either. Place reeks of smoke. Oh, and it's crawling with bugs. The only good thing is easy access to a highway 'cause you're gonna wanna leave too.

I stayed 2 nights in a Red Roof Inn My stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The double room was spacious and had everything I needed. the room was fresh and pleasantly decorated. Everything was clean in all the areas I was in. Staff was kind and attentive whenever I needed something.

1 star for the location because it's not easily visble to find, you have to drive downhill, and it is near a very busy railroad track. The hotel itself gets 2 stars due to the cleanliness of the rooms upon arrival, the size, and the housekeeping service, BUT when it comes to the front desk staff and how they chooose to speak and act towards their customers, this is where your problems lie. I had an extended stay at this hotel and from my experiences with them and watching how they interact with other guests, they are an family from India who are unkind, uncaring, rude, and are unwilling to help right away without brushing ppl away with an attitude. Besides this, they will even lie to their advantage in an unfair manner to the guests; whatever serves in their best interest. I witnessed this personally from other guests and then unfortunately it happened to me. I dealt with their unkind treatment at the front desk for as long as I did due to affordability but one day I was using my electric pan which got real smokey and the hotel staff came to my room and asked me to leave because of the smoke. After I explained and showed that is was my pan that caught smoke and showed them, I was asked to open the windows which I did. Then a few minutes later I was told that they no longer wanted me there and that they were calling the police. I was shocked because I had been a guest for over a month but that's when the staffer revealed to me that I wasn't helping them out and was making them lose money because of the way I was booking. Instead of me booking directly with them and paying a weekly flat rate, I was exercising my power as a Redroof member and getting discounted rates that varied and were cheaper, and I was gaining points, giving me free nights and I could use points for discounted rates. They did not like this and said I was making them lose money this was and I wasn't doing them any favors. The truth is they just want to live off of as many people's money that they can upstairs, ignorant to the fact that they can pay cheaper rates. They barely want to do their jobs. My smokey pan put the icing on the cake to have me put out. I called Redroof to file a complaint of this unfair treatment and the front desk staff LIED and said that I was smoking in a non-smoking room. Overeall, you will get your money's worth for the room but beware of the attitudes and their unfriendly & unprofessional mannerism when doing business with them. They are lazy and dont want to work too hard, they just want your money. They also have no pool. Last month they filled it with dirt and plants, and no landline for you to make phone calls if your phone loses service. You can only call downstairs.

This place DOESN'T deserve a star at all..My sister reserved 2 (handicap accessible) rooms for 2 days, a week in advance. When we arrived both rooms were UP Stairs, (No elevator). My husband has a cane for now and her friend is on a walker due to back surgery. Rita ask for to speak to the manager. They called one and they said that they were sorry and gave changed one room to the floor; we kept our room 211 because the rooms were on the opposite side of the building if we had changed.. I love coffee, I drink it all the time, so the 1st thing I notice was no coffee pot; I called the office and the lady said someone will bring one up. 2nd thing my husband notice was the smoke detector is covered with a plastic bag in this nonsmoking room and ashes on the window sill. To put the icing on the cake @ 6:30AM, someone was trying to get into our room. Lucky we had it latched and deadbolt before we we went to bed. I ask the person trying to get in, thinking it was My Coffee pot delivery, what they wanted. She said that they just rented the room..they had a card key for it. I called the front desk again. The young lady apologized for making the mistake this was her 1st time working there and said that I can come to the office around 10AM to pickup a coffee pot..WHAT!! I know, right?

Also, no breakfast, all of the good reviews are from the staff here. I can see their pictures. I I'm going to wipe it down myself with lysol and spray for bed bugs. They will not refund the money for the room and over charged us at that, so 450.00 later for a 59.00 room with no toilet, no phone, the TV is messed up and has blood all over. They should be ashamed. Seriously.

WORST HOTEL EVER! After booking TWO rooms here on a third party site, we called the hotel to BE SURE that our stay was confirmed. We went about our business after confirming and went out on the town. We arrived at our hotel to check in just before midnight only to find a note TAPED to the window that read, "All rooms sold out at this time". We weren't too worried about it at this time because we KNEW we had our reservations and assumed we were one of the sold out rooms. A young girl came to the window and continued to tell us that we DIDNT have our rooms anymore because they sold them all, even though we had already paid AND confirmed the rooms. At this point, it was after midnight. No room, no place to stay, no vacancies anywhere. We had to drive 45 minutes back home. Thankful that we didn't have to stay once we realized where this place was located. Even the crabs were jumping out of the windows because they couldn't stand the filth or the smell. 100% WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. It may be inexpensive, but there is a reason! I cant imagine what the rooms looked like after seeing the nastiness of the lobby. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra cash on a nicer room! Also, this hotel claims they are near the stockyards, but is in fact, at least, a 15 minute uber ride. I didnt even want to give it 1 star, but was unable to give it a ZERO!

I would recommend this place to stay because of the friendly environment. The surroundings were peaceful and the rooms are good enough but there is no breakfast that needed to be there.

What can I say! The service here is once again phenomenal. Rooms are extremely clean and the staff is friendly. Wifi was the fastest I’ve experienced in all of Fort Worth hotels. Will be staying here again!

Worst service ever! The lady who drives the BLACK SUV LEXUS she is very very rude always with a stank face! The room are ok! But the showers always clog up! O and If the front desk people especially the manager lady don't like you they will check you out and make an excuse to say there is no more rooms available. I never experienced such rude customer service like I've had with this place!

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Guy at front desk was RUDE! I have young kids they gave us a room that the screen was missing, burn holes in bed, no microwave, the mirror was cracked and glued back together o and the outlet covers were missing. When I brought this to the front desks attention he shrugged it off and said I'd been checked in more than 10mins so no refund could be issued! I have never left a hotel after checking in but it wasn't worth my 3yr olds safety! If you love your family I wouldn't stay here. ALSO there was a couple just inside the door with camp chairs drinking liquor! RUN WHILE YOU CAN!!!!
