I recently had my floors redone and chose The Floor Barn based on their reviews as well as a friend's recommendation. They did not disappoint! From the initial visit to measuring to installing, it was nothing but a very pleasant experience. Al and Jose rocked on installing my new flooring and paying attention to detail. The new flooring looks spectacular! Sue and Don in the office were awesome as well. I also have to mention that the pricing was so much better than a previous quote that I received from one of the big box stores. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!

Let me first share that the upfront process with the Heltzel family was professional and pleasant. The floor installation and final results were not. The installers left our home before the job was completed. They left us with tape and glue on the floors, floor moulding that was haphazardly removed and put back on with the wrong supplies (which required us to repair and paint ourselves) and just an overall unacceptable experience. Upon immediately letting the Heltzels know (including over 20 photos), I was told they would send the installers back to clean up. As you can imagine, I no longer wanted those individuals back in my home. Never was I contacted by the Heltzels for a quality inspection during or after my experience. I was very surprised to receive a final invoice for the full amount (without consideration for the unsatisfatory job performed). We spent hours in clean up, repair and painting before being able to move our furniture back into the rooms. Upon suggesting a credit be given for the amount of labor we had to perform, the Heltzels granted a nominal amount. My advice to anyone that utilizes Floor Barn is to ask questions upfront so that you are aware of what the final product will look like. Hopefully, my experience was just an unusual mishap with poor installers. When I was looking for a flooring company, I obtained two bids. I selected Floor Barn strictly based on the good reviews I had read. They have clearly provided good work to many customers, just not us.

We were highly impressed with the Floor Barn of Burleson from the beginning to the end of our project. We floored with another company recently and can say Floor Barn stands higher in quality, honesty, and integrity. They are experienced. The installers (Oscar and Brian) were very professional, polite, and skilled. Reasonably priced. We will only use Floor Barn for future flooring and bathroom improvement needs. We will be sending our friends to these guys!

We had carpet & vinyl done. We shopped around. They were the best price & we got a much better product for that price compared to the competitors. Plus I love using a family owned local business over a big box store or big name company seen on TV commercials (we got quotes from both). I cannot say enough how happy we are with this company & their customer service is amazing. We love our floors.

The Floor Barn has an amazing selection of flooring and great discount prices!! The entire staff (Sue, Don, and Brian) are very nice, respectful, professional, and honest people, who go above and beyond to help their customers select the best flooring for their home. My wife and I are extremely happy with the flooring for our home! The installation crew did an awesome job! We will definitely be doing business with the Floor Barn again, to update the flooring in other rooms of our home!!

I had an awesome experience working with the Family Team at The Floor Barn. They were very kind, understanding and professional. The price was very reasonable also. Their crew did an amazing job. The floors look and feel awesome!!! I would highly recommend this team for your flooring needs. They put down laminate wood floors in my bedroom, office, two closets and dining room. We had a great experience with Floor Barn! They were nice, helpful, and knowledgable. The floors were installed quickly and their communication was great the entire way. I cannot recommend them highly enough. We worked with Sue and she is fantastic!

We had the best experience at the Floor Barn from the flooring selection process to wrapping up with choosing the right cleaner for our new floor. Brian was super informative when I went in to the store for the first time to select our flooring. I asked a million questions and if he didn't know the answer he contacted the rep and got an answer for me quickly. Communication was great and Brian made the entire process easy which I appreciated.

Super family business. We retiled our entire kitchen, breakfast nook, laundry room, Master bath and guest bath. The installer and his son were great. Some anxiety as we had no idea what were were in for, but when it was all done it was perfect. We will use them going forward with no reservations. Did I mention the price was super competitive and fair?

Floor barn is a business I would definitely be using again in the near future. They are very professional and also personable. I needed about 1200sq ft of carpet in our house and they were so accommodating. I had a very short timeline and they came through to install within 2 days. I wanted LVC but learned that process takes at least 48 hours. So we looked at what carpet they had available and it was perfect for what we needed and in the time we needed it. Don was quick with the estimate and the carpet installers did everything to perfection. They also hauled off the old carpet so it wasn't sitting in the front yard. I can't remember her name but the lady helping was so sweet, very knowledgeable, and understanding of my 3 boys all over their showroom. We definitely go the value for our price. I love supporting local businesses and so glad My husband and I went to them for help.

The Floor Barn was so fast about getting us scheduled. They are not all backed up for installs like Home Depot and Lowes are. It is refreshing to work with a family owned business instead of a big box retailer.

Good customer service overall. I was greeted warmly upon my arrival. Easy in and out access with a tidy showroom. They did not have what I needed in Burleson storefront but had it for pickup in Irving facility. Had to pay upfront to get them to bring what I needed over on a truck from their Irving facility. We remodeled our master bedroom and bathroom. We chose The Floor Barn as they are a Crowley-Burleson family owned business, very easy to work with, very competitive and met our schedule needs. The entire Heltzel family was a joy to work with. Don measured the rooms and hand delivered the product. A last minute change was made and he fixed it immediately. The floor installation crew was professional and efficient and worked with our schedule need between other contractors. We also purchased our bathroom cabinets from The Floor Barn and they turned out great. We are very pleased with the final result and recommend The Floor Barn team to anyone who needs new flooring or cabinets.
