    My sandwich was undercooked..was still flour on my chicken! Rice and beans tasted like lotion or perfume was in it. Sad to say the only good thing were the fries and sweet tea i ordered. Then they charged me .80 for some sauce. This is the worst popeyes I have ever visited. I do not recommend.

    The food was hot and fresh. The place was immaculate. But the typical plastic and cheap Formica tops on everything. They try to make it look up scale but I call it a fail. The food portions were a little small and the cups were only half full. But they charge full price. I'll come back, but I'll definitely say something if they pull that again. I'm not one for accusing, but two times makes a habit.

    Horrible uncooked chicken. The rest looked an tasted old like a leftover. No gravy for the mashed potatoes. They put a soda lid to cover them. No sauces at all. No straws for drinks. They were not even busy at all. They absolutely are one of the worst.

    Uggghhh, I thought the one on Altamesa was bad, but this one..I nearly cracked a tooth on a tender! Stale and old, fries were saturated and soggy. I officially give up on Popeye's, its a shame because the flavor and quality used to be great once upon a time, I mean like feigning for the flavor fantasic.

    Terrible!! Management this is a reflection on YOU! When a customers is placing a order you listen!!! Your not rude!!! When customer orders one thing you sure don’t say in a RUDE TONE IS THAT IT? NEXT, when they order Mac & Cheese you give them a fork or spoon to eat it with because this is the USA and we don’t eat with fingers. Next, when they ask for BBQ WITH CHICKEN you give them BBQ sauce! When they order extra Biscuit they customer does know that 1 comes with the meal they don’t need your rude opinion. Management you have failed in customer service and you need to attend a conference. The person working the drive thur needs to be capable to do it!!! Good Luck because this MISSISSIPPI woman will not be back to give you another shot!!!

    They took too much time on our order. And there were a lot of people wanting inside and a long line outside. After that, they gave us the order wrong. They may be short of help. But the food is good there we love poppeyes but not this location

    You're really gonna send my uber eats like this? Half a piece of chicken on a sandwich for $20? Will not ever order from here again. And y'all always forget my ranch!! Terrible!!

    It was a bit chaotic upon arrival. Previous orders were mixed up. I only waited 12 minutes to place my order. I gave a good review because our food was hot and was faster than expected.

    Ordered 5 tenders and fries. Asked for 3 sauces, the window person said “okay”. I open my bag and only see 2. I ask if I can get an extra sauce as 2 isn’t enough for me to go around 5 tenders and fries. He said he can’t give me more than 2. I then ask how much for sauce as I’ll just buy some them, he tells me I would need to go through the drive thru line again and can’t order them at the window. If you’re gonna charge me 20 dollars do tenders, you can’t give me a 3rd sauce? Not to mention the tenders were more like nuggets when I got home. This location is GARBAGE. Won’t be back again. Y’all go to golden chick across the freeway instead.

    This review is a mixed bag. On one hand, the food was hot, juicy and absolutely delicious so no complaints there but the drive thru staff were very rude and standoffish, even as I made attempts to be friendly during our brief interactions. Working in the customer service industry myself, I completely understand how dealing with ungrateful people daily can burn someone out but there is no reason to be rude to the ones who make an effort to be cordial and low maintenance. I may give them one more chance in the hopes that the guy was just having an off day.

    I would give this place negative Stars if I could. Every single time that I come here, the service is garbage, they employees have a hateful attitude and make everything as difficult as possible. Then on top of all of that, that freaking order is wrong, and it's ALWAYS a simple order. The only reason why I come here is because my kid likes their chicken sandwich. This place is just terrible. It's no wonder that there's not more of these around. With service and employees like that, I imagine that it would be hard to keep customers coming back.

    Went here for the first time and let me say that will be the last! Horrible service, out of kids meals and then gave us our meal without my popcorn chicken and my hubbys mashed potatoes. When I got my popcorn chicken the breading was not cooked all the way and it tasted gross! I had to eat my sons popcorn chicken and his was better but mine was supposed to be a fresh batch! And they didn’t have any honey mustard sauce! We won’t be coming back!

    Thanks Popeyes for sending chicken that is clearly not fresh and refried by how dark it is and forgetting our fries. Should’ve double checked orders for delivery as now we have old chicken and missing side.

    This restaurant is serving old chicken . I was ordered from drive through and ordered 3 chicken combo and 3 chicken tenders I didn’t check bag when I got home and opened the box there was only 2 chicken combo instead of 3 chicken combo and food is old , chicken tenders was to hard almost hurt my mouth.

    Don’t even come here. Lobby is close. How ridiculous is that. Maybe if you payed people a livable wage. They would be working for you. Then why not close the place. If you’re not going to close the lobby. I am a truck driver.

    This restaurant never wants to cook chicken. It is 8:45 pm and they close at 10pm. I wanted to order a 3piece chicken combo and they only have tenders. That is crazy. That is the second time they have done this to us. Why is this? 9/05

    I had a test for ghost pepper wings so I dropped by the closet Popeyes to me to be disappointed because I ask for fresh 12 wings fresh and I was told they could not make any, so I ask what time do you closed and she said in an hour. So I asked to speak with management and she came up there and said we couldn't make them and I asked why. Then I asked for a phone to report she said 1800popeyes and walked away. It's not what you say it's how you say it. I'm a Truck driver and I travel all over United States when I say the disappointment in food service and the level of treatment that you get when you spend your money is disappointing very disappointinge.     Being born and raised in N.O. I'm surprised by the return of seasonings. The flavor has returned to this location and that's a good thing. I'd sworn off Popeyes for years. However, whomever is managing this location has located the seasoning and uses them well enough for me to return to this location. Alta Mesa location turned my stomach so Everman it will be. The biscuits are hit or miss. I need them to understand that the choke em biscuits are to be heavily buttered right out the oven. Funny suggestion on the soda fountain. " You may want a drink with your biscuits" is posted. Well, if you add butter maybe you can take the sign down.

    I ordered a eight piece chicken only that was $22.17. I gave the guy the window $22.20 he gave me two pennies back with no receipt.Got home and open the box I had one thigh and six wings. A eight piece chicken comes with two thighs , two Brest two wings and two legs. when I took the chicken back to get a refund the first thing that comes out of the managers mouth is do I have a receipt do you see the chicken that you put in my box regardless if I got a receipt or not. customer service would have been to say I do apologize do you want us to cook you another eight piece. No one offered to redo my order and anything they just specifically gave me my money back which that’s what I ask for however for someone to come back to your establishment you want to present them with the best customer service and I didn’t receive that here I will not be returning.

    The food was good, not worth the hype. But the drive thru operator was the issue. Was told one total at the screen, then was given a different total at the window that was $5 different. I get it, they may have been new. But they acted like it didn't happen. Probably won't go back.

    Unlike other fast foods spots, I've never been to a bad Popeyes. This is no exception. Popeyes in general is my favorite, I just can't often afford it because it costs way more for way more delicious stuff. Like other locations, but not to devalue, staff is very fast and efficient but still incredibly kind. They will never get your order wrong. If they do, they will care more about fixing it than your surgeon or your HR department or your parents. These people really take their jobs as sacredly as is if they make a living wage and can feed their children. Kudos.

    Giving one star only because I can’t give negative stars. My husband, my toddler, and I Waited in line for 30 minutes (see receipt and clock for proof). We received chicken nuggets that were soggy and undercooked. We asked for sauces that we never received. We also paid for a coke that we had to circle back around for. We attempted to go inside to have this situation corrected, but all of the doors were locked and closed and no one answered the door. We then attempted to call with no answer. We waited for another 30 minutes and we were told to come up to the window and wait again- and we were asked to walk up to the window to get our drink and sauces because “they were to busy” to get it to us. We only received our coke and no sauces again- and worse of it all is everything was rung up! There is a HUGE lack of customer service. The servers were rude and threw attitude when we asked to speak to the manager. They blatantly avoided the situation. We asked to speak to the manager several times. Jasmine, the manager, never even came out to speak to us. Finally, we had a worker refund us. They took back the food just to throw it away (but probably will attempt to resell). This is the worst customer service I have EVER received. A whole hour wasted! Not only did I have my toddler in the car with us the whole time, but the sheer and utter lack of customer service is appalling! The manager, and entire team, need to be revamped for better food and better experience. I had better faith in you Popeyes!

    Went here for dinner tonight spicy strips were dry as all get out half of them couldn't even be eaten and the biscuits were crunchy and hard. I keep giving this location a shot despite this being my experience the last two times with chicken strips being dried out. I should have known when they had tons of chicken pre-made this would be the case.
