When the central opal in my engagement ring (purchased from a boutique in NYC) turned irreversibly a disgusting yellow just 3 months after purchase, I turned to Reads Jewelers to see what could be done. Tasha immediately got on board to help me find an icy opaque diamond as a replacement stone. Over the course of 3 weeks, she found multiple raw/opaque diamonds from multiple vendors. She was quick to text/email me pictures of new shipments, and incredibly polite as I analyzed them. Thank you all for being so patient with my pickiness, and so fair with pricing negotiations! The result is a beautiful, one-of-a-kind piece that I am obsessed with!

The entire staff at Read’s is amazing! I live in NM and couldn’t travel to see and design the ring I wanted due to COVID-19. They sent me pictures back and forth and talked to me on the phone to help me design the perfect ring. I had no idea what I was doing or how to pick out a diamond. I was browsing for a Christmas gift a couple weeks ago for jewelry and I can across Reeds site. I thought after seeing such good Reviews from customers I would have the same or similar experience. I placed an order 12/13 signed up for 2 - day shipping. My expected delivery date was 12-15. However, the day of the 15th. I received no confirmation or proof of shipping. I reached out to several people to discover the vendor canceled my order for an unknown reason. Didn’t try to reach out to me about cancellation but still would have took my money with no merchandise. I was extremely hurt. The only good thing out of this Frances from customer service helped me figure this out and was able to provide me with a refund.

My fiancé and I just got our wedding bands from Read’s. My fiancé got a custom wedding band. There wasn’t a photo, just a vision in his head and they made it happen. I was struggling to find a wedding band that fit well with my Art Deco engagement ring. Tasha was SO helpful in finding one for me. We actually customized a current band they had but with bigger diamonds. Couldn’t ask for better quality or service!!!

Great staff! They resized my ring and lowered it and it looks even more beautiful. They didn’t charge a whole lot at all. I called other places to see where I could have this done, since my ring came from another state. This was the best price by a long shot!

I had 2 knots in a gold chain. Two employees worked on it and spent about 15 minutes trying to gently tease the knots out which they were able to do. Then, they insisted on cleaning my necklace while I browsed the beautiful jewelry. What a lovely store! What capable and competent and nice employees! I’ll definitely go back.

My wife and I had been admiring jewelry from Reads for a couple of years. We first saw them in Cowboys and Indians magazine and later saw some of their items on display in a store in Las Vegas. So, knowing how much my wife loves their jewelry, I decided to surprise her with a new wedding ring for our anniversary. I had searched for a few years to find someone who could catch my vision of a ring I wanted to create. My mom died from Alzheimers in 2019 and left me a diamond ring. I wanted to have the ring re-set but local jewelry stores were unable to think outside the box to design what I envisioned. Upon the recommendation of a friend, I went to see Tasha at Reads Jewelers. She immediately understood what I wanted and was as excited about the creation as I was (maybe even more). She micro- managed the design to make sure it was perfect.
