called
this
store
the
day
before,
because
it
is
a
two
hour
drive
for
me.
I
told
them
I
had
purchased
some
Pandora
jewelry
from
another
store,
in
another
state,
and
I
asked
if
they
would
accept
a
return.
The
lady
on
the
phone
said
of
course.
I
mentioned
all
my
local
stores
wouldn't
or
couldn't
take
it
back.
I
arrived
today
and
waited
an
hour,
I
waited
patiently
and
chatted
with
the
employee
taking
names
at
the
door.
During
this
time,
Iwatched
two
employees,
one
come
in
for
a
couple
mins
and
help
one
customer
out,
then
they
both
left
while
others
were
still
in
the
store.
I
am
finally
called
and
told
the
young
lady
what
I
needed
to
do
she
told
me
she
had
to
ask
her
manager
if
she
could
take
it
back.
She
said
she
had
to
call
her.
I
told
her,
before
she
walked
away,
that
I
came
yesterday
and
was
told
they
would
accept
it,
but
I
understand
that
she
needed
to
talk
to
her
supervisor.
She
came
back
and
told
me
that
they
couldn't
take
it
back
because
they
were
not
a
stand
alone
Pandora
store,
but
a
franchise.
I
knew
it
was
useless
to
plead
my
case
because
she
was
not
high
in
the
food
chain.
Now
i
have
a
two
hour
ride
back.
The
only
reason
why
I
have
this
store
a
two
star
was
because
of
Jerome,
the
guy
by
the
door
taking
names
for
the
waiting
list.
They
did
give
me
the
number
to
corporate
and
I
called
on
my
way
out,
only
to
wait
for
twenty
minutes,
talk
to
someone
for
three
mins,
transfer
me,
only
to
get
a
voice
message
of
their
business
hours
which
were
8:30-7:30
eastern
time,
then
a
hang
up.
THEY
SHOULD
HAVE
STILL
BEEN
THERE!
