I have a beautiful antique watch that I inherited from my mother in law. Grissoms have repaired it twice. The staff are always so professional and a pleasure to deal with. This last time the winder had fallen off. They fixed my watch and returned it via Fed Ex. When I called to ask how much they said "no charge"! I couldn't believe it! They said Happy New Year and Happy Valentine's Day. How sweet was that! They don't make businesses look like that anymore! I highly recommend this great family jewelry store in Ft Worth, Texas!

Amazing quality, value, and people! I dropped off my wife's wedding ring to have some adjustments to the design made. The staff was very professional and kind. The work was quick and affordable compared to other jewelers and the result was perfect! Cant wait to show my wife for Christmas! They did such a great job and even offered to gift wrap it. Amazing jeweler! My wife and I moved to TX from out of state and were in need of a good jeweler that we trust. We had an amazing jeweler where we moved from and were nervous about finding one in Fort Worth. We really wanted a place that does all repairs in house, no pressure sales and privately owned, Grissom's checks all those boxes. I worked with Grissom's to upgrade my wife's solitaire diamond in her wedding ring and had her old diamond placed in a pendant. Rhonda was exceptional and so was all of the staff, they were very patent with me, zero pressure whatsoever and really wanted my wife and I to be happy with our purchase. I surprised my wife for Christmas and she loves her new jewelry. Can't thank the staff enough for their amazing service and selection. So happy we found this place. We are customers for life!

Even though they were very busy, Rhonda was very welcoming when I walked in. You can tell she manages things very well in the midst of chaos. I was very open with her about the lack of knowledge I had about diamonds and she took the next two hours to give me every piece of information I need, and more. Went to Grissoms in 1985 and bought the most beautiful unique wedding ring that they designed there for my wife. Went back and had them make my wedding ring set with a beautiful sapphire stone set in nugget base. After 34 years of marriage, we both still receive compliments on our rings. We always tell people where we had them made and how special they made us feel. Never regretted time spent with these folks and love our rings. By the way the man we dealt with was John Paul. It us a favorite memory. I highly recommend all the people there!

Took my Mother’s ring in to be repaired and resized. It was her wedding band that she made into a Mother’s ring several years ago. She hasn’t been able to wear it for a few years as it was too small, plus one of the stones had fallen out. Grissom’s replaced the stone and enlarged it from a 7 to an 8.5 flawlessly. Seriously, I can’t even tell where they added to the band, and it’s not a smooth band. It’s fairly intricate, yet it looks like it was purchased this size. I can not wait to see my Mom’s face when I give it back to her. Most surprising was how reasonable the price was. Super friendly staff, great customer service and beyond reasonable prices. This is my new go to jewelry store. Not to mention they saved me over $375 by repairing two loose stones (for free) in my channel ring, cleaning it, and giving me a second opinion regarding how bad the channels really were. Let’s just say I won’t be going back to Jared’s....ever again.

My boyfriend purchased a "David Yurman" From this establishment, as an estate piece for $ 1,100.. at Christmas for me. Started wearing it on our vacation... the 14k gold was "wearing off " the banding, in addition to the "sterling silver" wearing off the cuff end pieces of the bracelet...my boyfriend paid $1,100 for a FAKE!!!!! Always get a certified confirmation of product from this business!!!!

We are extremely pleased and happy with the fabulous service that we received at Grissom's Jewelry. They were very nice, very honest and very professional. We had gone to another high profile jeweler in Fort Worth where we had purchased the ring and were given 4 different estimates for a diamond ring repair. All of the estimates were several times more than what Grissom's performed the work for. We then went to Grissom's Jewelry and they repaired the ring for an extremely reasonable price in just a few minutes. We are very happy with Grissom's and will do all of our jewelry business there in the future. They well deserve 5 Stars!

I'm so happy I found this little Gem!! I've been looking for a 25th anniversary ring for quite awhile and they had the perfect ring! I love that it's family owned and has been in the same location since 1967. I walked in and was welcomed by Rhonda who was so kind and very patient.
