I have been going to Haltom's on Main for years. The first time in my wife fell in love with a necklace she spotted in a display case. I bought her the necklace. The service was top notch. Because that experience was so nice I have kept going back. Recently I searched all over Texas and Oklahoma for a particular watch. I could not find one anywhere within driving distance. I made a call to Haltom's and they told me they would search for one for me. One month later they called me and told me they weren't expecting that particular watch to arrive, but they got it in on a shipment that morning. I asked the sales associated, Liz, if she could hold it for me to see because I couldn't get there before they closed that day. She said she would. I arrived the next day during my lunch break. As she promised, the watch was not on display, and was in the safe. She went and got the watch to show it to me. She was very knowledgeable about the brand and the particular watch I was wanting. Also, I was very impressed with how courteous she was. I bought the watch on the spot. I have since gone back and bought from her. And I will continue to do the same. Every visit to Haltom's is a nice one. They make their customers feel special. That's hard to find in retail in this day and age. Because of this I am a customer for life.

Won't to Haltoms jewelry for service. The associate that assisted me was outstanding. I did not get her name but she is a tall lady with blonde hair. Extra nice getting me taken care of. Would recommend them for jewelry and expert service.

Worst Rolex experience ive ever had in my life (I own half a dozen rolex / pateks). Jack Miller harassed me at work after this review. Haltom's was more than willing to service my watch until I told them that it was worth 4x as much as they were willing to insure it for during shipping to RSC (6k vs 25k mkt value). Layde Miller also pointed to the markers on my 116610lv and called them aftermarket (they are factory Rolex Patinum inlays). I told her as such, but at that point, Layde told me to "service it myself". Layde who is wife of owner, was very rude and ignorant of Rolex watches to boot. Avoid these amateurs like the plague as their settings are sub-par and overpriced and repair services are atrocious (multiple coworkers have spent thousands to repair their screw-ups). The are ignorant of high end watches, rude, and vindictive to the point they will call your office out of the blue to harass you.

Always a pleasure to shop at this very nice store in downtown Fort Worth. Their inventory is beautiful, and the sales people are very nice, knowledgeable, and down to earth. I usually work with Blanca who is great. Watches or jewelry, recommend fully.

you must stop in this place is absolutely amazing. The jewelry is beautiful and their Crystal is gorgeous. The building that the jewelry store is in has a history behind it. It was originally knights of phythians castle dated back in the 1800s

I have visited Haltom's Fine Jewelers multiple times, and the customer service I received always exceeded my expectations. This is a family owned business that really cares about its customers. Blanca helped me get an old silver necklace repaired in a short amount of time and also assisted me when I purchased a timepiece at the store. Blanca is very knowledgeable and made me feel welcomed. I recently stopped into Haltom’s during a business trip to burn some down time and ask for local restaurant recommendations. The store is absolutely beautiful! More importantly, the staff was friendly and did not hesitate to let me try on a few Rolex watches in the exhibition case. Although I did not buy anything, I had a great experience. WOW- I recently visited the location in Sundance Square. Great experience! The service was unbelievable. I was greeted immediately and asked by a gentleman if he could help me; I responded I was looking and not sure what I really was looking for. What I liked was they allowed me to do this without hovering over me, but they were there to answer questions. When i was ready to talk and get serious they were right there for me. I was trying to decide on a gift for my wife and they were very knowledge about everything I asked them from watches and earrings to the the diamond I was considering. I NEVER felt any pressure about the purchase I was considering. I made my purchase and was very happy when I left.

I wanted to like Haltom’s but had such a negative experience here. I went to get my ring resized and the representative was completely dumbfounded by the concept of lab grown diamonds and kept referring to them as moissanite. She was adamant that they only worked on “real” diamonds. After much discussion, input from the jeweler, a diamond tester, and some rude comments, they finally accepted the job. When I picked it up, it was not the size I asked for at all and I can no longer wear it. Because of the initial experience and another comment when I picked it up, I decided just to pay and leave because I’d much rather pay someone else to fix it than go back here. We were excited to buy wedding bands at this location but this experience made us choose another company.

John and the staff are excellent!! I had a very pleasant visit there today. I brought my watch in and they provided prompt service with a personal experience in a professional way that makes me want to return. They had an exceptional selection of timepieces. Just called asking about a watch and person on phone was not helpful at all. Just said “We get them when we get them” they must be very busy to have such poor customer service.

I want to personally Thank Blanca over at Haltoms for helping me find my 7 month old baby girl some diamond earrings. Blanca was very helpful and was very knowledgeable about these particular stones. She was also very helpful with one of the repairs I had and was very quick to text me and let me know everything was taken care of. I personally recommend going and asking for Blanca she was an amazing help and also very personable. She has also been very helpful with me attempting to find a specific watch and has taught me alot about the history of Rolex and how particular Rolex is on their watches. 5/5 stars and I will continue being a buyer at Haltoms.

All three of the Haltoms locations is very professional and a joy to visit. All of the employees are very nice and make you feel at home without pressuring you to buy. They want you to love what you buy. Jack and Lady Anne are great people. The history of the business is amazing to read as well.

Had a wonderful visit with Haltom’s downtown today. John was very helpful with finding Christmas gifts for my loved ones, and a very special Rolex for myself 😁. He really helped me think through my options and determine the best watch to add to my collection. Ladye, the store manager, came out just to say hello and wish me Merry Christmas.
