    We bought wedding bands to add to my engagement ring and sent them off to be soldered together. The first time I got it back there was a tiny dot of solder and it looked TERRIBLE. I sent it back and when it returned the soldering still looks atrocious. The engagement ring is not sized correctly to line up with the bands so it is crooked. They created a pit in one of the band that they claim cannot be fixed. And on top of all that my center diamond was filthy. They kept telling me that is just how it is supposed to look but when I got home and looked through a loupe you could clearly see it was covered with something brown and it was full of fibers from the polish wheel. I was able to get the fibers out with tweezers but it took A LOT of scrubbing and several rounds of ultrasonic cleaning to get the diamonds clean. Incredibly disappointed with their quality of work. They should be ashamed to send out something so terrible.

    They lost my engagement ring!!! And their response is, oh well just come pick out another one, like it doesn't even matter that that ring was the one he proposed with, he spent a long time picking it out, and now they say they can't replace it with the same ring because it's not in the system. My suggestion is don't ever buy a ring from them, and if you did make that mistake, don't let them send it off. You'll probably never see it again!

    Went there with my boyfriend of 2 years and 4 month old daughter in tow. The lady in her 50s with blonde hair acted less than thrilled to help us. I felt like she was turning up her nose at us. My SO and I make over $210k per year combined, don't treat us like second hand citizens just because we dress very casually (think leggings and shorts) instead of like trendy rich people. Lady acted like we couldn't afford to be there looking at rings when we could literally have picked out any ring in the store and paid cash. She didn't even want to show us any of the higher end rings that I was asking about. I told her I liked simple and she kept pulling out rings that were the opposite of simple and that I didn't care to look at. When we left the store and I was talking to my boyfriend about one of the rings I liked he was like well, I don't remember because that sales lady completely lost my interest with how she was acting. I don't blame him, I felt the same way. If you want to make a sale, you need to be friendly and act like you are actually happy to see a customer instead of looking like you didn't want us there.

    Got my inspection and cleaning done quickly, was informed about a bent prong (which I had mentioned before to a different jeweler). Hubby mentioned he lost his wedding ring and Ms. Bevedly helped us out and what I love best, didn't point us in the direction of most expensive but what we were looking for AND cost efficient (aka in our budget). Despite getting busy she never made us feel rushed. Thank you so mic5h Ms. Beverly!!!

    Don’t shop at this Hulen Mall Zales….. I worked to plan my engagement surprise and found the Disney Enchantment ring for my girlfriend. I was told by the associate (Charisma) that I would receive an email and I advised please do not text or call that the ring is ready for pickup. She said okay!!! I received an email, like I asked. Then the next day, I receive a call from someone at Zales ( Not Charisma) and a voice mail and the voicemail was heard by my girlfriend. SURPRISE RUINED!!!!! Thanks Zales!!!! and whoever made the phone call. When I went to pick the ring up, I speak with the manager I played the voicemail and she would tell me the associates first name ( I understand not getting full name Duh!!) and she says she will speak with Charisma because of no notes, Hey!!! I have an idea let Charisma handle her on sales. The manager apologizes, my response is “Thanks A lot, It is what it is” I asked the manager what is your slogan when you answer the phone? She says “ Thanks for calling Zales where we would like to help you create love” Let that sink in!!!! I guess I will have to find another store to get the Disney Enchantment wedding Band!!!

    Why is Barb not fired yet? When someone goes in to make a huge purchase & your sales person finds it irritating to be of service (which is her job) I'd say you're in the wrong business. Clearly with the numerous complaints on these google reviews about her alone not too sure why action has not been taken on this. We will not be returning to this location! #HorribleExperience

    On 7/3/21 I sent my wedding rings off to be re-plated and sized due to having hand surgery and now needing a bit bigger size. Estimated finish date came and went with no call. I called the first time and was told they were being worked on and the repair guy is behind. A week later still no call. I called back and was told they lost my wedding rings!!!

    I will start with saying we have purchased several items from this location. I purchased a mothers ring online since they do not offer any display in store. I called the online store on a Thursday when I received it because it wasn’t what we expected. They told me no problem I could return it to any of my local locations or I cold ship it back to them. But when I went into this location the manger “Julia” informed me that they couldn’t exchange or refund any custom orders. It was store policy but I took it to the Zales outlet location in chapel Hill and Shannon had it swapped out and had it refund into my account before I left the store. Skip the Hulen location go see Shannon at Chapel Hill location!!!!

    Over all the customer service is usually great however, that system they use is awful. They literally cannot find a piece of my jewelry in their system. Very strange.

    The worst customer service ever!!! I needed my daughter to pick up my order for me. I contacted customer care to let them know my issue. They called the store and they people still refused to allow me to change the pickup person. I will NOT EVER Oder anything from them again.

    Julia went above and beyond to help my husband and I find the perfect wedding bands. We looked at so many places and couldn’t find what we wanted. We were also so grateful that she wasn’t overly pushy about selling us on anything we didn’t want. We’re so glad we came here!

    I don't want to even give yall a 1 star I'm highly upset about how the service has been my ring sat in the store for a while before they asked for us to sign papers to be resized but when we called to ask about the ring they said it wasnt there even thou it was then when we got the ring today it was not the right size it's just annoying that they don't have good service at all

    Charisma is the rep who helped us. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and informative. She told us all about the ring we were interested in, financing options and routine maintenance on it. Made the whole process easy and stress free.

    Horrible customer service. Diamond continues to fall out of ring (which is under warranty). Have had it sent off six different occasions to have it replaced. Ring is less than 4 years old. This last time, they refuse to repair the diamond since I am three weeks past the six month inspection mark. I have not once had a painless experience or received good customer service in this store. This has been an ongoing issue and will not purchase jewelry from Zales in the future.

    Stopped in after misplacing my paperwork for my diamond bond hoping I wasn’t out of luck. The ladies at the Hulen location were SO kind and helpful! Not only did they get my 10 year old rings shining like they were brand new, but they were able to print my diamond bond paperwork with zero issue! Highly recommend!
