Lizzie is the best ever. She knows how to get NY daughter to focus. And use different activities to engage my daughter to respond to therapy. We have noticed a great improvement in my daughter's speech and left me with excellent tools to continue helping her improve.

Both of our boys have been with Ms. Joanie for OT and I can’t imagine them ever having another therapist. She has become a part of our family and has helped both of our boys make huge strides in accomplishing their goals and overcoming the issues they have struggled with. We are so grateful for she has been a blessing to our entire family! Thank you Ms. Joanie!!!

My son has been without nursing since February. No one at AOC seems to think it’s a big deal. I had to put them on blast when Medicaid denied all of his PDN due to their lack of staffing. They finally produced a nurse- for a week. Never told me it was temporary. I scheduled a surgery for my son thinking he would have nursing. Nope! We need a nurse now more than ever. No one responds to txts or emails either. Will have to make a point to call them again to tell them they are fired. The lack of staffing and communication equals negligence. Update: Google has informed me that my review has been viewed 100 times! awesome! the response from AOC was laughable. "Our client advisory team will contact you ASAP"? HAHAHAHAHA. No one from "Client Advisory has ever contacted me. Cannot wait to find a new agency.

I highly recommend AOC!! My child went from being non verbal to knowing her abc,s numbers, colors, food, and clothing garments. Mrs.Lizzie is super nice and always works around my schedule which is a plus for a busy mom. Anyways 10/10 recommend!

Awful communication along with their therapists!!!!! Almost 3 months of going back and forth and the the reception always promises that heather will call and never does

AOC, what a name it depicts the wings that this paediatric home health care agency dones, stepping foot at the Fort Worth office was what the name depicts "Angels of Care" from Wesley to jessica ,to the ambience of the atmosphere of the office was so calming that i wanted to stay and converse with Jessica and Wesley even after our orientation and onboarding I'm glad that Brandy from the Dallas office called to interview me I intend to fly my wings as well with the Mission of Angels of Care Paediatrics Home Health agency

I love working for this company! AOC has given me the flexibility to make my own work schedule. My supervisor Stephanie is the best. She is always supportive and available if I need anything! The case managers are always working hard and on top of things in the office. I also get to serve the best families in the metroplex. I love seeing my patients improve through therapy. 🥰 I am so grateful for the work experience AOC has given me as an SLPA. I have grown so much as a clinician in the time I have been apart of the company. I highly encourage therapists to apply if they are interested in working in home health. 🤗

My daughter has been doing speech therapy for a few months now and is improving greatly. Lizzie is so amazing. Checks what dates and times work and if I have to cancel its no hassle. She is really understanding. Would highly recommend.

I applied for AOC Home Health and they responded very promptly. I went into the Fort Worth office for an interview and every one in the office were very friendly. I can tell that the staff really care about the worker and clients. Jessica was amazing and made me feel at home and relaxed. She was easy to talk to and I had a ball conversing with her.. Nancy and Maria were also very welcoming and nice. The interview was relaxing and I felt like I knew Maria for a while. Overall the atmosphere was wonderful and you will feel welcomed the moment you enter the office.

My son has been receiving speech therapy for almost a yr. I have not had any bad experience with them at all. Ms. Lizzie is the best. She’s always on time if I have to cancel for any reason she’s understanding and always gives us a make up section. My son gets excited when he see’s her. I can see improvement in him since she has been teaching him. I would recommend AOC

We love mrs. Alisa my kids really love her. She's really good at communicating with us. Always on time for our sessions. Really focuses each child.

My daughter was discharged yesterday. Not only did they not have the nurse that they said they would, they then stated they couldn't provide nursing because the Dr never signed the orders. They sent it to the wrong Dr! They also secretly tried to get approved for 24 nursing with medicaid but were only planning on sstaffing for the 84 hours the doctor asked for. Now my daughter (who only got to come home for an hour) is now ba ck in the hospital and I have to find a new agency and new nurses which could take months. It was the 1st time my daughter got to come home. The calendar of care they made for her never even mentioned her trach care!

I am truly so happy and Thankful to work for such a great company. Great people and even better opportunities! Highly recommend 10/10

My son has been with Angel's now for 3 years. Up to now we've been happy with them. My son had coverage except for he's weekend day shift. He had nurses he loved and cared for. But, Angel's decided to cut their pay. The nurses stayed. So, a month later they cut their pay again. It's as if they wanted the nurses to leave my son's care. All this in the middle of the Covid-19. Now, leaving my son without care as if it's not big deal. It seems heartless, unethical. Why would a company treat a patient that's been with them so long this away? We've called asking to speak with Jessica Riggs but that call never comes. We've been told a director will give us a call, but that call never comes. They don't seem to even really be talking to us anymore. Something is really wrong when a company so easily willing to leave patients without the care they, and care they were promised.
