Racist, dishonest, and discriminatory location. Front desk representative was very nice and accommodating, nonetheless that’s where it ended. The “supervisor,” a heavy set woman, inserted herself in the situation and here I am explaining the discrepancy to her and how I am showing an active reservation in addition to getting notifications about “checking in” thinking she would have the decency to understand the situation before even dismissing it, she began talking about what she can’t do, won’t do, followed by an “oh well” attitude. She was quite nonchalant and condescending about the entire issue. I booked a suite here for several thousands of dollars and upon even arriving, I made sure to confirm the reservation via reservations and was told everything was good to go and was directed to go “check in.” Arrived at the location and this same reservation that was easily found and confirmed two minutes before arriving was now miraculously “canceled” but there was no record about the cancellation ever given to or received by me. She argued the entire time that I was the one that canceled it when I found out via the customer service representative that the hotel was the one that canceled it and that they lied to my face. Never again. If you don’t have the complexion for protection don’t bother coming here. Assumptions will be made and you will be standing there dumbfounded despite having receipts and confirmation numbers. Also, very sketchy neighborhood. The parking lot has urine and feces all about. Update: The response the company provided is false. They were not the least bit helpful and I would never consider this location in the future, EVER and will not be reaching out to them after the way they handled the situation and lied to my face. Miraculously they were the only one with record of a cancellation, because they were the ones to cancel it. They continued to claim that the reservation was booked through a third party and it was not and even if you claimed that to be the reason, you were unconcerned with assisting in the matter. The fact that you disregarded the actual proof in your face is why you will never get my business and hopefully the following reviews that shows how they cancel reservations on their own accord deters interested guests. Despite showing them my CONFIRMED and active reservation, the supervisor couldn’t care less and kept shoving something she printed in my face. I was mocked by the supervisor, she had zero patience or concern for the issue, and continued to have sidebar conversations with the front desk representative about what she planned to eat and her bathroom breaks while also discussing other guests in front of me while I stood there confused about this and hoping for further assistance. I paid out of pocket for a room just to figure the issue out and when I did, the hotel was contacted and the representative on my behalf gathered that the HOTEL canceled the reservation. Why would I arrive if I canceled the reservation? Not only that, I showed this same supervisor and her supporting staff that it was not canceled. She still didn’t care. I was refunded everything after further investigation into their dishonesty. Foolish location and very dishonest. Never again.

This place is great in so many ways, it is a shame one thing over rides it all. The saline pool is awesome, with grills if you wanted to grill out, the rooms are great and spacious. Housekeeping is nice - the front desk is nice.... breakfast is clean and plentiful. But, I stayed for a week and could hardly sleep because of the noise! I could hear a neighboring bar music all night every night - and couple of nights, I could hear feet running in the room above. It was a long week and I couldn't bring myself to complain in person. If you are not a light sleeper, this place is wonderful and a bargain, a steal!

Super walkable location. Rooms were just fine. Despite being relatively new, it kinda felt like an older hotel that was renovated to look modern with bright colors and geometric shapes. I wish they had more warm-yellow lights in the room instead of the bluish-white lights.

We went to this hotel on Sunday for a concert. Everything in the nearby area was sold out. When we arrived, my friend and I tried to check in to our separately booked rooms. When I mention my friends name, the lady with the glasses stated “she’s on the relocation list”. I asked who was relocated where? And all she could say was “Expedia should have relocated her.” We push a little more, and she tells us that on Thursday (3 days prior) they had to cancel about 10 reservations due to a plumbing issue. 3 days.. the entire general vicinity is sold out and she gave a 3rd party vendor 3 days to get another hotel. She wasn’t in the least bit helpful. Said we could go to the Hilton 12 miles away, or call Expedia. We called Expedia, and they told us that Hilton HAD NOT cancelled the reservation, that on their end it was still valid, and that this is typical when a hotel overbooks. Expedia then called the front desk and within 2 minutes of getting off the phone with Expedia, Hilton calls us and says “we found a room.” After telling us downstairs that there was nothing they could do for us, and there was absolutely no availability – suddenly, there’s a room because we pushed back and called them out on shady sales tactics. They cancelled multiple Expedia reservations that day. My friend’s reservation was ~$180 with taxes and fees. Booking now would be over $300. They realized it was a sold out weekend, attempted to cancel reservations that weren’t making them enough money, and overbooked the hotel. The lady at the front desk was seriously no help at all. Hope it was worth it, Hilton.

The rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable, with plenty of pillows. The room had a hairdryer and Iron so that was a plus. The hotel was quiet and not alot of loud noises. Parking garage on main floor area was well lit and felt safe walking to and from hotel and was comfortable leaving truck. Would stay again if i was in the area.

Very kind and helpful staff. Everything was very clean. We constantly saw staff cleaning common areas. Breakfast was good. The location is so convenient and walking distance to so many attractions and venues. Underground parking was perfect. We did have a corner room above a busy intersection, and the traffic noise on a Saturday night did bother me a bit, but not anyone else in our room. They provide a white noise machine, but I was glad I had earplugs to sleep in! Nice areas to relax in. Pool and workout rooms seemed nice also.

Everything about this hotel is 5 stars! Super clean rooms. The amenities in the room are all you’ll ever need for a wonderful stay! Very comfortable bed for an excellent nights sleep. The hot breakfast has a large variety of foods to choose from. Great location! Restaurants and shopping no more than a 10 minute drive. I will definitely stay at Hilton Home2 Suites again! Thank you!

Stayed for 8 nights during the NCHA World Finals. Not sure what other people are talking about, location is great and both levels of the parking lot were safe and never saw homeless or waste. Sarah the supervisor was very helpful and made sure our stay was going well, each time she saw us. Front desk and housekeeping were available to assist us anytime we requested. Will definitely stay again next year!

Perfect location to enjoy all of the amazing things to do in Ft. Worth, botanical gardens, art museums, Dickie's Arena, and close to downtown Ft. Worth. The room was perfectly comfortable and the staff were wonderful!

Room was fine. Housekeeping stole medicine out of my bag and when I reported it the front desk clerk thought it was funny. Parking garage does not have cameras. When I asked why they said the Hilton would be responsible if they had cameras and cars are stolen all the time. What!!! She said it like it was no big deal.

The room was clean and the people were nice and friendly. It stayed on a Wednesday night so it wasn't loud. The bedroom area was oddly small, but the living room is big. The queen size bed was definitely intended for 1 person only since the blanket was really small, so it was uncomfortable sharing it with someone else.

The run was good! Nice and sizeable. I would've given 5 stars but upon entry of our room, the drapes of window had fallen from the electrical tape that was holding it up. But that wasn't a deal breaker.

Good location, easy parking, nice front desk employees. Good pool, gym, and breakfast. Big comfy rooms. Only issue was bed pillows were way too soft.

It is a new hotel conveniently located to UNTHSC. The room is spacious with kitchen facilities and close to restaurants too. The staff is friendly and amazing. Complimentary breakfast and computer facilities are available. I strongly recommend.

This place looks amazing. It's walking distance to a lot of restaurants and bars. You can also walk to the botanical gardens or to events at the university. The location feels safe. I will be staying here again.

As a person that reads reviews first before book, I should’ve stuck to that habit because I ignored it this time and seriously regret it. Not only was the staff unprofessional, but the location is unsafe and in the heart of Lancaster surrounded by homeless encampments, stray animals and human excrement and bodily fluids. If you have ever been in this area, you know it’s not the best despite it being near TCU and other major attractions and establishments. The entire parking structure smelled of urine. The parking is abundant though because it’s not the safe. Most people may opt of parking there. Nonetheless when I came it was quite empty so I could park anywhere but you’re limited to one space and one parking pass despite me having two vehicles one for work and the other for leisure. The staff wasn’t that welcoming and often had conversations with other staff members instead of getting you checked in or out quickly. Phones calls take priority over in person guests. Would I recommend it, probably not.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean, bed was comfy, enjoyed free parking and complimentary coffee and beverages 24/7 downstairs. The breakfast was delicious, the hotel was quiet and close to our event at Dickies Arena. We will be staying again!

New hotel, really clean and nice. We had a suite with a door, 2 AC units, sink, refrigerator and dishwasher. It can sleep 4 comfortably. The breakfast buffet was as good as you find in a hotel of this level.

There would be many benefits that I could mention about this place but I will only say that the cleaning service has an angel and her name is Yaneisy if I remember correctly...so gentle and kind. Thank you Yaneisy for being such a nice person.

Sarah at the front desk is just amazing. I stayed here for almost a month and by day 2 she was already cracking jokes and making me feel super welcomed. I enjoyed every morning when I would leave for work so I can stop by and say hello!! I also left a very special engagement ring and a week after I checked out, I realized I lost it. Sarah found it an reached out to mail it back home to me. She made my entire stay!

I started staying here monthly a few months ago with the last stay being 12 nights. I reached out for a special rate for my next stay and said they couldn't do anything that I should go stay somewhere else for that rate. That's fine, I'll continue to stay somewhere else. The also have a pretty big problem fulfilling room service requests. The last two stays I've ran out of something, either soap or shampoo. I requested them to refill the next day and they fail to do so. The last stay for the 12 nights I was told they would give me 10x points since I had to ask twice to get more soap. Well that never happened.

Very clean, and extremely kind staff who were very helpful in any way they could be. Great location, we felt safe walking around the area. The room was very spacious and clean as well, it was a quiet establishment. I LOVE LOVE LOVED, the full length mirror, every hotel needs them. Room was not stuffy or hot, the AC worked great, and bed were comfortable! Will definitely stay there again during the week of the Livestock Show next year.

This hotel was clean, rooms were nice, breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly upon arrival and departure. Also within walking distance to get food and venues. Check out was at noon. I would stay here again for sure. Fantastic stay oh and it smelled good in the hallways and such.

Pros: hotel is incredibly clean; very convenient and well-stocked market, staff was super friendly the entire time; right within safe walking distance of late night food options; within walking distance of excellent restaurants (Ampersand is a five minute walk away and EXCELLENT); hotel rooms were spacious and comfortable Cons: Only con was that it was far from the airport! I stay in a lot of hotels. This is one of my favorite hotels I've been to. Really just a well-rounded experience and if anyone I'm interested in goes back to Dickies Arena, I'd definitely stay at this location again.

The staff at the front desk are incredible! Kind, helpful, and always upbeat. The local bars behind the hotel can be loud at night… the music especially, I couldn’t sleep. I requested a room change and had zero issues getting a room on the other side of the building and the staff apologized even though it clearly wasn’t their fault. The pool is clean with lots of seating and the free breakfast had multiple options to choose from. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We stayed this past weekend for a dance competition, and I'll have to say it was a very nice place to stay. Our beds/pillows were top notch, and everything was very clean. The complimentary breakfast was great also. We will be staying in Home2 Suites again.

The hotel looks good, as if it was remodeled recently. The room was very comfortable, with a very useful kitchenette. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Only thing to improve is the breakfast food selection. Bottom line: excellent value!

One of the best stays I've had recently. Great breakfast selection & very friendly & helpful staff. Location of hotel though does have disadvantage of being near bar area & drag racing, so bring your earplugs, melatonin & turn on the sleep device, provided in room. Other than that, wonderful experience!

Loved our room! Super spacious, comfortable and clean. We especially liked the location and walking around. So many cute places to check out. The short walk to Rodeo Goat was great! Definitely would stay here again.

This property has an excellent location within walking distance of good restaurants and with ample, free parking. The gym and laundry are open 24/7 and both are well stocked in terms of equipment and machines. Upon checkin, we were provided with two bottles or water and a snack in a little paper bag as Gold members. The breakfast options were exceptional every day with a variety of hot and cold options from omelettes and egg sandwiches to the traditional cereal and fruit, etc. Most importantly, the room was spacious, clean, and well maintained as were the hallways. There were only three areas of opportunity. First, the gym did not seem to be as clean as the other common areas and never had wipes in the dispenser to clean the equipment after using it. Second, the rooms windows are VERY thin and you will hear ALL the noise from the outside - traffic, people, etc. The hotel does provide white noise machines which helps immensely, but it does take some getting used to. Third, while customer service is great and to Hilton standard, but they should advise you up front that housekeeping is upon request now only. Overall, this will be my new go to location when traveling to that area of Fort Worth.

EDIT:: Just finished my 2nd stay here. The hotel was just as amazing this time. The location to Dickies Arena is perfect. The hotel room is spacious and clean. The breakfast is delicious. And the staff are all super kind and helpful. Definitely recommend staying here if you have any event at Dickies Arena you are attending. This was an incredible hotel with a perfect location to Dickies Arena. The only issue I had was finding the parking garage originally. I called while parked a street over and Sara at the hotel walked me step by step how to get from where I was to the parking, staying on the phone the entire time and offering to go outside to wave me in. The room was perfect, staff helpful in giving walking directions to the arena, and the breakfast was delicious. Can’t wait for my next t concert in March!!

The rooms were just what we needed for our family of 6, the beds were comfortable, the front desk, kitchen and cleaning staff were all very friendly, the breakfast was great, the pool is located in a center courtyard which the kids loved. I'd say the only downside was there was a stench out on the patio by the pool but the staff seemed to be aware as they were washing the area and cushions.

Rooms are spacious. The staff (front desk, breakfast area, housekeeping) are all very nice and helpful. The parking lot could use some more lighting at night. Rooms are very spacious. Location is convenient to nearby museums. Breakfast was good. They have waffles, sandwiches, oatmeal, Ed’s scrambler bowls, fruit, and assorted breads.

Was attending a concert at Dickies Arena and this hotel is really close. It was in a good location and front desk did a good job getting me adjoining rooms for my family. This hotel is well kept and as for cleanliness it is in the top 5 for hotels I have stayed in.

Great hotel! Squeaky clean and friendly staff. Free freakfast was a nice surprise and it was fresh and had lots of options. LOVED the room layout 🤩 Wish I could stay longer.

Great rooms but giving 3 stars because of the laundry service. They have a few washer and dryers for guests to use which was perfect because I was staying for 11 days. The issue is that the washers/dryers run off quarters. I went to the front desk to ask if I could use a credit card or charge to my room to get quarters and they said no and I needed cash. They pointed me to the nearest atm (down the street) which charged me a $4 convenience fee and I know my bank will also charge me. I told the assistant manager this and she just laughed it off and said yeah this is a common problem. It’s almost 2023, most people don’t have cash, allow credit cards for services.

It met the criteria for the event I went to. Free breakfast and parking. You'll have to register for a parking pass though. No fee. Room was orderly. We didn't do much here but there are plenty of restaurants and attractions in the area to suit your need.
