please

before
taking
your
bracelet
to
add
charms!
I
took
my
bracelet
to
get
a
charm
added.
They
told
me
it
would
be
ready
the
next
following
day
after
5pm.
My
bracelet
had
9
different
charms
before
the
one
I
was
bringing
to
put
on.
When
I
go
in
to
pick
up
my
bracelet
they
bring
out
a
whole
different
bracelet
that
only
has
2
charms.
I
right
away
make
it
clear
to
them
that
this
is
not
my
bracelet.
They
then
proceeded
to
tell
me
they
gave
it
to
the
wrong
person
with
the
same
name
as
me.
Then
told
me
they
were
going
to
try
to
get
it
back.
I
gave
them
time
to
get
it
back
and
they
told
me
that
they
person
that
took
it
was
going
to
mail
it
back.
Well
I’ve
yet
to
get
my
bracelet
back.
And
when
I
asked
if
I
was
going
to
receive
any
form
of
compensation
they
told
me
no,
since
that
was
a
District
manager
decision
only.
So
not
only
did
they
hand
my
bracelet
out
to
a
complete
stranger,
they
yet
to
give
me
another
bracelet
or
get
my
original
bracelet
back.
They
have
also
not
called
me
to
give
me
updates
on
the
bracelet
I’ve
had
to
call
them.
I
don’t
understand
how
you
can
give
a
whole
bracelet
out
to
a
random
stranger
when
we
are
supposed
to
be
asked
for
a
receipt
when
coming
to
pick
up
our
bracelet.
What
is
the
point
of
bringing
in
a
receipt
and
an
ID
if
you
are
just
going
to
hand
out
bracelets
to
random
people.
