August 11th my Husband brought me to this Clinic to be quickly evaluated for Stoke Symptoms. I have had one in the past and was told if I ever thought it was happening again to get somewhere fast. My Husband explained at the Desk what was happening, the Woman sitting there handed him a Clip Board full of Papers and told us to go sit and wait!! No one came out to Triage, She didn't Inform anyone there was a Potential Stroke Patient 15 MINUTE'S LATER OF WASTED TIME I DIDN'T HAVE WE LEFT AND SPED OFF TO THE HOSPITAL. Please teach your Staff Stroke Protocols and the HOUR WINDOW! And if you cannot treat this type of situation say that upfront and immediately call the Ambulance for someone. I was admitted for a Stroke and barely made my Window no thanks to being told to sit in your Lobby.

I rarely give places 5 stars, but after a long painful week, I decided to walk in on a Saturday of all days(middle of the afternoon). It was sooo quiet and I was one of only a few patients. I was seen within 15 min (including filling out my new patient paperwork). Front desk staff was very nice. I have to say, my biggest kudos goes to the nurse practitioner "Iris". She was very kind, sweet, caring, and actually looked me in my eyes when I was speaking to her about my symptoms. She took everything I told her into consideration and you can tell she absolutely cared about my well-being. I wish their were more nurses out there like her. You can tell she loves her job and cares about her patients. That to me, speaks measures. I hope I don't have to go into urgent care anytime soon, but God forbid I do, I'm definitely coming back. Thank you to the staff and especially Iris. You have my HIGHEST recommendation.

Wow what a Joke 🤣. The only reason I gave two star's is because the front staff/ receptionist were very nice, patient and answered all questions and concerns I had in a very nice manner. Now the practitioner/ Dr Tina on the other hand is why I gave such a low rating. First of all it is very unprofessional to talk to your staff in such a rude an inappropriate manner Infront of patience that are waiting to be seen for there medical needs. Second of all to complain about doing your job in the presence of Patience's is also unprofessional. Third of all maybe you shouldn't be in the medical field if you're so annoyed by doing your job and having to stay for 10 hrs as you told your staff in front of patience. Fourth when you are doing a COVID test on someone and maybe they have never had it done before. Instead being rude and snapping at them for moving during the test. Maybe you could have a little more sympathy for the fact that IT FREAKING HURTS!

I was seen today for an upper respiratory infection. All of the staff were caring and professional. I was in and out quickly and treated by Dr. Iris Flores, she was really sweet and knew exactly what I needed. I am already feeling better 😊 PrimeCare is the only urgent care I will go to, and I highly recommend them!

I went in to get a covid test as I was having flu like symptoms. The staff was very helpful and respectful. They didn't treat me any differently than anyone else being seen. I got both of the covid tests because when I had it last year the test came out negative even though my husband tested positive and I had the same symptoms. The doctor came in to give me the second, more invasive test. He explained everything to me and told me that I most likely don't have it as I have already had the virus. It was refreshing to have someone explain things clearly and not ask me if I were vaccinated or push me to get the experimental jab. He even cited research to me. I felt so relieved that I was not putting my friends and family in danger.

On May 16th, 2022, I went to urgent care due to pain in my lower abdomen area. Even though the wait time was good, the testing was not. After the xray, They be assumed the pain was from constipation. On May 21nd, 2022 though, I was admitted to the Yuma Regional hospital and was resulted with kidney stones. The staff was nice; however, I put in 2 stars because of the results that failed the true diagnosis. This happened last mid year but forgot to put in a review.

Arrived at 0941, actual visit with Nurse Practitioner began at 1058 and I was gone by 1115. NOTE, clearly posted, you will be seen by NP or PA, not an MD. The facility is sterile in appearance, clean with limited medical staff on duty. Two front desk staff I thought was a bit much. NP was polite, professional, and was prepared. (Read history b4 seeing me and we got right to the exam) My feeling this clinic is for very basic medical needs. If you need labs, orthopedic or more serious help, this may not be the right place. Don't judge wait time by people in waiting room, you will be very disappointed. I would come back for the right medical issues.

What an awesome Urgent Care. I actually wish this was my PCM. Branch Medical on Base is a joke and told me to ride out my illness and this was over the phone. They wouldn't even have me come in. Prime Care treated me with respect and care and I was in and out in 1 hour. Already feeling better than I have in a week. I will use them again for my whole family next time. The PA is kind and very knowledgeable. The vitals nurse was great as was the receptionist. Thank you ladies!❤️❤️

I had been feeling sick with a respiratory infection hoping it would go away on its own. My husband convinced me to go seek care. I’ve been to other urgent cares in town and haven’t had the best experience. Here the front staff, the nurse, and the MD were so nice! I was in and out in about an hour and am already feeling so much better!
