    I swear this is the worst McDonald's. I deliver for door dash and the last 4 times I've been sent to this location (each time was around 11 pm) they've been closed but their staff is either hanging in the parking lot or been long gone. Now tonight I'm told that the system is down but yet I overheard one of the guys telling another employee what he told me cause he doesn't want to deal with it. Now my question is have your hours changed and you not changed them publicly or is it just lazy employees not wanting to do their jobs? Yall gotta do better!

    This location deserves ZERO stars…the absolute idiots who work there can’t follow simple instructions but they have plenty of time to play around and laugh. They printed the tag that said no lettuce but put lettuce on my sandwich anyway…this after I had to go through the backed up drive through again because they “forgot” my sandwich that they charged me for.

    I wish I could give a -6 my family and I came to this trash of a place and got served raw food my child consumed raw a MCchicken like raw now I'm at the emergency room with my kid because she's sick please I beg of you don't come eat here please for your safety and the kids that work here are rude and very disrespectful. The manager on duty was very kind and apologetic I will not spend anymore money here.

    This is beyond disgusting. I took my little cousin to get a milkshake from there. And there's something pink and a chocolate milk. Shake at the bottom of the cup when I called to talk to the store. They try to tell me I didn't get it from their address or their location right now. Because the their milkshake machine has been down. So how did you sell me a milkshake? And how is it that the receipt Even gives the location, time, date and my order. But I didn't buy it from your store.

    Food was not piping H-O-T, but it was edible. We prefer to go to the cash register and had to wait a few minutes since there was nobody up front, which is not smart. The restaurant was set up very nice and I loved that part.

    This location is hardly ever open for breakfast around 6 am and even this site says 5am to open. They have lights on and employees inside but they have cones in the drive through but when those aren't there when you drive up the speaker tells you "this location is closed." What is going on? Come on millennials you get the pay you want but you can't show up for the easiest job ever. Plus, The quality of your employees that I have had experience with at this location sucks. They are rude and treat you like you are bothering them to do their job. There are so many people needing jobs that you don't have to settle for attitude.

    Cheeseurger was not fresh. Tasted like it had been sitting in warmer foe AWHILE. This was 3pm....not busy....they could have cooked a fresh patty. Lady that took money was not pleasant, nor friendly at all. ( usually person taking money is very pleasant and helpful and friendly).

    Ordered from the app b/c I was in a hurry. Wasn't ready when I arrived AND they couldn't find my order. The lady 'in charge' just kept yelling back at 3different cashiers who couldn't figure it out (She was busy with a drive thru line around the building) Another customer standing up front commented to me that this is why she never uses the app anymore.

    This location has the worst drive through service. I was told to pull up in a parking space and they will bring out my order. I waited 25 minutes and the girl kept coming out to my vehicle asking me what did I ordered. After waiting so long I drove around to ask for a refund, here comes that same girl walking up to my car with my order. I told her I wanted a refund. She said they short of help but I watch people come and go after me. She then said, we had to cook it, really. A gray biscuit doesn’t take that long to prepare.

    The people are rude we had to wait forever for our food and I'm not kidding it took 15 minutes for them to make a fish sandwich and then they through it at us I have to drive through window. Never said thank you or did we need any sauce or anything like that. All around a very bad experience because of the people that we had to deal with if they don't like their jobs they should find another one that they don't have to deal with customers. While we were waiting for the fish fillet the rest of our food got cold it was an all-around bad experience and I wouldn't suggest this McDonald's for anybody else!!

    Literally the worst McDonald’s ever. Every single time I go here and used the app they have thrown my food away because they were too lazy to bring it to me curbside and I’ve sat there for literally ever or we sit in the drive through and they just forget about you. Just do yourself a favor and skip this one. They are always understaffed and whoever they can get to come in is too overwhelmed to do a proper job

    if i could leave a 0 i truthfully would. sat in the drive thru for 45 minutes for a mobile order in which they claimed they didnt have, (which they clearly had due to the fact of the lady knowing the name on the order without being told), and was told to pull forward (assuming they found the order we did) and had a worker rudely come at me when asking if we had to go back through the drive thru to reorder. two workers im assuming mangers sitting down doing nothing. worst mcdonalds ive ever been to do not waste your time or money. will be disappointed

    I ordered a very simple meal of a cheeseburger and fries along with a sprite. Let's just say the food was very mediocre. I went to the drive through and they had my order out quickly, this was also during what would be considered a busy time considering families are picking their children up from school so I expected much better food quality. Instead I received a very dry Meat patty with a mix of fresh and stale fries. And the soda I received tastes like the machine has not been either cleaned or had the syrup packs changed out in quite a while. I suggest traveling further to a different location or going to an entirely different restaurant. The service was quick and the employees were nice but I know it's not really their fault especially being drive through employees. As far as the people making the food they need to do so much better.
