Very famous Vietnamese/ French style restaurant in Westminster (Little Saigon). Always very busy and you should expect some wait time. The spring rolls are very good; we tried all different flavors and liked the soft shell crab and the BBQ pork one the most. All other plates were also very good. Lots of people also choose to order to go, especially the spring rolls (sort of cold plate so they still taste pretty much the same even if they get cold after 10-20 minutes).

We dropped by to pick up some snacks for the road. Brodard offers a variety of pastries, desserts, and Vietnamese food if you eat in. We picked up so many snacks, and everyone was happy with what we got. The pastries were fresh and tasty. The Vietnamese sweets were authentic and filled our belly for the road trip. Be aware that this is the original and correct Brodard.

I mainly come here for their huge selection of rolls. I usually order the Grilled Pork Spring Rolls, Rib Eye Spring Rolls, Eggplant Tempura Rolls, and the regular Egg Rolls. The dipping sauces are delicious. The rolls alone should fill you up. Everything comes out hot and fresh. The drinks are great. The restaurant is huge so even if it looks packed, you usually don't have to wait very long. Plenty of parking.

Brodards has a separate entrance on the side for quick take out orders. We had called ahead to place a dozen spring rolls. We walked in to pick up the items but then I was amazed at all the pastries, desserts and Che. We got a few macarons which are $2.50 each. They cost the same as the spring rolls. We got durian, coffee, earl gray, pistachio, mango, and strawberry macaron flavors. Not all had the same shell texture. Some were dry, some were soft and flaky. It’s hit or miss. The rolls are always consistent especially the sauce. They have a nice bar in the center if you don’t want to dine in the main dining room.

Update: I’m updating my review after our lunch on 12/21/23. Lord behold, Brodard removed all phos from its latest menu. No problem as we like other dishes here. The spring rolls were very good as usual. We all tried different rice noodle soups today and they were all pretty good. So, just to be clear, our favorite pho restaurant now no longer serves phos. So try something new on your next visit. Although the food was pretty good, we had a drink that was mostly ice. So, a message to the management, please either loose some of the ice or just raise the price instead of serving customers with a 20-40% diluted drink. See my picture of the glass with so much ice left after an hour. This is our favorite Vietnamese restaurant for the past 25 years (even before it moved to its current location). The quality and service have always been good and today was no different. It has so many choices that you don’t find at your local Pho Shops. The noodles were well made each time that I was here. Today, I tired the clear noodles and they were really good. There is a bakery/drink counter at the entrance and you can pick up a few sweets for home on your way out.

This is a super popular restaurant in the area. It's basically always crowded. The good thing is it's in a big business plaza so plenty of parking spaces. The wait is normally around 15-30 mins. The most popular dish is the grilled pork spring roll but everything else is also good as well. It's a family and handicap friendly facility.

Really enjoy coming here when we’re in the area. The rolls, dishes and desserts are excellent. Check out my pics for our favorites. I still need to try some of their other popular dishes and rolls. Great variety and taste.

Highly recommend their grilled pork spring roll. It was so delicious. Chicken curry could have given more gravy. The taste was alright but not fantastic. Expect to wait for at least 30 mins even if you had join the waitlist earlier.

We were about an hour away and decided to go ahead and call in a reservation. By the time we got there, our table was ready. Still dreaming about the barbecue pork spring rolls. The crunch combined with the savoriness of the sauce is unmatched. Decided on the Bahn Xeo and was pleasantly surprised with the subtle taste of coconut. I will say, we didn’t go for impeccable service, but the spring rolls alone was worth it for us to go back.

This is a cozy place to go with your friends and families. It has everything you want to eat and the price is affordable. This location is better than the previous location which is behind the 99 Cent store, make this restaurant to be seen from the street. This restaurant can easily be seen from the street, has great parking, and looks clean and modern. It is very spacious and high class looking. It have the best Nam Nuong it have the perfect ratio of meat and vegetables added with the sauce making it the tastiest Vietnamese food ever. Great service from their employee. Although the price have increased but the quality remains excellent.

Love the spring rolls here. The pork and crispy bits along with the sauce are a great combo. The place was busy. We got some spring rolls and the vermicelli. Everything tasted great, but I ordered the 3 color drink and I had to ask a couple times before I got it.

Brodard is a bustling Vietnamese restaurant in the Fountain Valley area. The restaurant totally blew away what I was expecting. The space is huge, and the number of patrons that came to eat there seemed endless. Definitely try to get a reservation in advance, or sit at the bar if there is open seating available. The food tastes familiar, but it's cleaner and brighter in flavor to what I am used to. The broken rice dish was phenomenal. Spring rolls were on point. The flavors were a perfect mix of sweet but vibrant. Make a stop if you are in the area, try everything. Especially the Chè Thái before you go, you won't leave disappointed.

We had a fantastic time at Brodards — we enjoyed it so much that we returned for a second day in a row. The grilled pork nem nuong rolls stood out, perfectly complemented by a truly unique dipping sauce. The restaurant upheld high standards of cleanliness, and we were pleased with the quick service and the freshness of the food. An all-around excellent dining experience!

As soon as we sat down, a waiter rushed to take our order, insisting on the spring rolls and Luna rice cakes. We hadn’t even looked at the menu yet, and it made us feel rushed. When we finally had a chance to check the menu, we noticed a significant omission: no prices were listed on the physical menu. It left us wondering if we were supposed to order without considering pricing. The person next to us suggested looking online, and indeed, the prices were available there. It does make you question why they bother with a physical menu. We ordered what the waiter recommended. First, the grilled pork spring rolls – they weren't bad, but something felt missing. If I hadn't made some incredible spring rolls next door at Quan Mii, it might have been more acceptable. The crepe was excessively doughy, which was distracting and unappetizing. The restaurant looks great inside and it’s bustling with customers and staff members. The service was decent, but given the restaurant's size, I often had to flag down staff when I needed something. There’s a lot of parking in the plaza Brodard is located in, but there’s also a lot of popular restaurants here, so it can be very crowded.

hello Viewers, Brodard Restaurant is definitely one of my college memory where you used to come in here for affordable Vietnamese style foods. I definitely see Brodard restaurant offers more of non-transitional pho style of Vietnamese restaurant, they all taste very delicious does not matter if you choose soup, rice dish. of course, the must order signature plate is Nem Nuong Cuon, I believe it's a house made sweet/savory sausage that goes along with everything. the mistake I made is to order signature combination and not realized the restaurant put on the sausage on other rice dish plate. it's a bit overwhelm for me, like I have been eating the same sweet pork sausage on every dishes. 😆 if you happen to visit Irving city, and looking for a rice plate, I highly recommend Brodard restaurant for your first stop, you won't regret. Came here for dinner right before they closed and they were able to seat us. Haven't been here in over 10 years. We ordered two spring rolls and a Bun Bo Hue. The spring rolls were delicious especially with their unique dipping sauce. The Bun Bo Hue was full of flavor, however, it wasn't really spicy. It was also nice to have the warm noodle soup since it was a cold night. I definitely recommend this restaurant for their spring rolls and dipping sauce. They also have a Brodard Express that recently opened at the John Wayne Airport.

It was our first trip to California together. This restaurant was a recommendation by a good friend. We each tried a duck bun, shared a fresh spring roll appetizer, tried their sausage fried spring rolls, and dinner was their Deluxe Brodard Broken Rice | Com Tam Bi, Cha, Tau Hu Ky, Suon Nuong Or Thit Nuong Or Ga Nuong. Everything was delicious and cannot wait to go back again soon!

Solid Vietnamese spot in the little Saigon area. The restaurant is huge! Despite that, there’s still generally a wait here, so I recommend getting there early and putting your name down! Service was relatively fast but a bit tough to flag down your waiter at times because it’s so hustle bustle inside. The food was solid, the spring rolls in particular were pretty unique as they include a fried spring roll inside! That was something new and special that I hadn’t tried before. We also ordered a plate of noodles and Vietnamese wings which really hit the spot for our cravings!

Hello everyone. Welcome to Brodard. This Is a great place for Vietnamese food. There are many of great menu items to choose from, none that have disappointed. I recommend the shrimp and pork rolls and the Barbecue chicken with noodles. This is a popular place and will fill up quickly. There's plenty of parking outside, but get here early for a parking spot. Thank you for reading my review. Please follow me on Google maps and check out the places I visit. 🙏

Duck fresh roll is good! The beef steak roll also good! (The sauce for the beef one is tangy so it's balanced the flavor well). Garlic noodle is ok. I ❤️ their vermicelli noodle dishes. I had grilled pork especially their fish sauce is so flavorful, sweet sour and enough salt... just good to dip everything in.

The best spring roll 👍🏻 Grilled pork spring roll is must-try. 4 massive spring roll is only $10. Even the sauce is super delicious. The grilled pork inside is very tasty, and other toppings give some nice crunch texture. It’s just a beautiful combination. The texture and flavor are just amazing. We also tried saigong style spring roll, it was okay but not comparable with grilled pork one. It was slightly fishy (probably because of fish sauce) and meaty. I liked crunch texture from grilled pork spring roll a lot more. They do also have bakery area which has huge varieties.

Absolutely amazing brunch!!!! The spring rolls are to die for! I would eat 50 plates of those if I could. We tried a bunch of different plates and all were very well seasoned and well proportioned. Be sure to get here before 11am on weekends because there’s a long line after that.

Great Vietnamese food. Spring rolls are a must. Lots of tables and good parking outside. Good selection of Vietnamese food. No bad things to say about this place for someone coming from out of town. Different food from what we're accustomed to eating. A+++

Bussin! So great. My party has 11 people and we were seated quickly. Food was awesome, I ordered the wonton soup, it came with a good amount of noodles and wontons. Quick to be seated, a fair job when served.

Delicious Vietnamese summer rolls for order. Ordered freshly made pork summer rolls, shrimp summer rolls, ahi summer roll (definitely a must try), and the Brodard crepe with all different meats and lettuce wraps. Summer rolls are $2.50 per roll and can get full from 3-5 rolls depending on your appetite. They also have specialty smoothies (try the durian smoothie) and macarons.

Give a shout-out to the management team! Brodard has been improving their food qualities and also on the service side. We were very impressed, and we will definitely come back and visit often. They also served pastries and lots of dessert to choose from.

There was a wait to come in, so try to book in advance if you can. I came here to try the spring rolls and it exceed my expectations! Wrapped perfectly and full. Great for sharing among a group of friends and comes with the peanut sauce but I’m allergic so I was able to substitute for the fish sauce. They were only able to separate 3 bills for a party of 12.

I always hop right off the plane and straight to Brodard every time I visit Socal. The spring rolls were good, just felt like the amount of protein was lacking. Same for the banh xeo, we felt like the banh and the sauce was lacking in protein and flavor (it was crispy tho). Seems like the quality has declined over the years but I’ll still return.
