    Giving it 2 stars instead of 1 because the staff was accommodating. The first room we were given had vomit on one of the bed skirts, and holes in some of the sheets. The second room we were given had what I hope was a grape and not a booger smashed into one sheet, and stains on the sheets. The walls are also extremely thin, and since they allow dogs, we were woken up twice by loud barking.

    I would give this hotel 0 stars if I could. This is by far the WORST hotel I've ever stayed at. Ignoring there's nothing but a truck stop near it, literally everything about it was horrible. Walking down the hall was like something out of the shining. Tiles were missing from the ceiling with wires hanging out. We got to the room, which we booked as it was the only hot tub suite we could find in the springs. The pillowcases were visibly dirty, the paint was done but clearly never redone after changing out fixtures. The fire detector was missing with wires dangling from the ceiling where it was supposed to be. The TV was against the wall with nothing facing it and it was very far from the bed so watching it from there wasn't a realistic option. There was NO soundproofing in the ceiling, we could easily hear people just walking around in the room above us. Lights were burned out, and the list goes on. We booked it for 2 days, and couldn't stay more than 20 minutes. The staff was absolutely not professional in any measure of the word. I'm fairly certain the positive reviews posted on here are just flat out lies, having actually been there, nothing about this hotel is nice, or even adequate.

    My husband and I have been here for a good long while and I have to say that we absolutely love this place. They really truly are kid and pet friendly. I have never met a more respectable group. The people who run this place day and night all deserve a raise. From managing all the way to housekeeping, everyone here has our greatest respect. I only know Troy, Kayla, Elizabeth, Marty, Jaden, and Jason. Truly everyone here goes out of there way to be kind, attentive, and respectful. Truly meeting everyone's needs. We 100% recommend booking here!

    Could use some remodeling. Very dated. However, clean,good prices, nice people. Vending, and ice machines out of order. Not many options for food, could be better. But what they had was good.

    Started to stay at this hotel and was given the advice to not stay there due to drugs and bed bugs. When we were still standing at the checkin we told them we were going to continue to drive on and they refused to refund our card when we never made it to a room.

    Amazing. Hotel was very clean. Jaden was absolutely over and beyond to making our stay seamless. We will definitely stay here again because of Jaden. Majorly inpressed

    Beg bugs! I woke up this morning to a beg bug crawling towards my face. Do not stay here if you have any other option. We took the bug to the front desk and they did give us a full refund. But it’s not worth it. The room was dirty, there were stains on the sheets and on the shower curtain. Avoid at all costs.

    From the moment I arrived, I was treated like I was the only person that mattered, I am in the Springs area almost every year working the hail storms, first time staying in Fountain. This will be my place of choice from here on. I stayed a total of 90 days, and from day 1, everything was very smooth, from friendly staff to very friendly guest, to large room at a VERY fair price. From my experience with this hotel, I would recommend for sure!! 5 stars for me!

    Always have a room ready, I've stayed here several times. The rooms are always ready even when I arrive earlier than check in. Customer service is great. Only thing that could be improved is maybe the breakfast. There are very little options and bigger cups for morning coffee ☕️

    Katie the manager is so awesome! She is extremely awesome. She was able to help out me and the wife and we appreciate her the most! Katie you are awesome! You deserve a raise! Best customer service I've had in my life.

    Would give it a 0 star. Terrible front desk person, had no clue what planet he was even on. Looked high as a kite and had a terrible attitude. Made reservations 4 days prior to arrive after a long day of driving to no rooms available. Not sure how that works unless they sold my room out from under me. Had to call all over the place at midnight to find a new room for the night. Will never stay at a super 8 ever again.

    I figure multiple times and it's always very quiet it's clean the rooms are nice and the people are great. Definitely would recommend this place.

    Cheapest hotel in the area, was skeptical reading the comments, but took a chance. I was pleasantly surprised, all new wood floors throughout, clean and quiet. Better than some of the more expensive places. Ill stay there again

    Young man at counter was helpful. Having made a reservation, with the hotel, an hour before arrival, we arrived to the owner saying there were "no rooms, sorry." Sorry doesn't give me a place to sleep and this was 9pm! Owner finally tried calling other hotels to no avail. Then saw they had a room, urgh, this was 20 min later. The room was a smaller room than the suite I had booked and I had to argue with the owner that I was NOT paying the suite price for a standard room. All the while the young man was trying to help, but the owner would shoo him away and then take forever.

    Miserable trip to Colorado Spring was lightened by your motel. Super-clean room, wonderful staff, quiet, free breakfast--both of us were grateful for your performance--especially after reading some of the motel reviews from up in the Springs. Highly recommend!

    I read the split reviews and we decided to try it. We weren’t disappointed, the room was clean and quiet, the parking lot was well lite so we didn’t worry about our truck. At first some of the people coming out to smoke looked shady but they were friendly to my husband while I was checking in and were there for work.

    Dirty walls, flat pillows, old towels. Stayed three nights and after the first night we Specifically asked for housekeepers to clean our room and bring clean towels but the never did. Actually only had a total of 3 small pillows for two queen beds when we got there tillee asked for more and got two more pancake pillows. Never dreaded going back to my hotel room like I did this weekend.

    So, to start of this tirade, it took the front desk staff 13 minutes to even show up at my check in. I called the location while standing at the front desk and nothing. The lady at the front was nice but her and another staff member barely spoke English ( not a big deal but definitely a language barrier)! The location is very sketchy for sure. Went down to ask for a second pillow because there was only one full size in the room and the lady gave me another little half sized pillow. The room was very humid and just overall very uncomfortable. I would highly recommend staying somewhere else. Do your research people, this hotel is definitely one that shouldn’t even be open.
