    Stopped in here as my daughter is visiting and we decided on a seafood place, I was looking for a salad and my daughter decided on their Maple Bacon Chicken, we had the Calamari appetizer for also. We went early so we would beat the Saturday evening crowd, our server was friendly but the atmosphere was extremely lacking and the restaurant itself was extremely outdated and in some disrepair, the carpets are dingy dirty and just felt like very blah. The calamari was fine, typical chain restaurant style with basic tarter sauces to dip them in, the cheddar biscuits were decent and plentiful. Our entrees on the other hand not so appetizing, my salad had more croutons then anything and the dressing was overpowering and drowning the salad, I got 4 pieces of chicken that was cooked a little too much and my daughters dish was same way, she had difficulty cutting the chicken, fries and rice were ok. Our server did check back on us one time 2 minutes after dropping off our food and checked if we needed refills also, when we were done we asked for a togo box for my daughters leftovers, our server showed us how to pay on the table kiosk, cleared our table of everything and left. This place could use a good serious updating and would be nice to not hear the staff complain about quitting because they are not paid well. I am guessing the reason that they are not paid well is because it’s hard to be happy in a place you work when it’s in the condition it is. Will be writing their corporate office, staff did good for what they have.

    Very good seafood. Food is consistently good. Curbside service was convenient but people eating in were using the Curbside spots so had to park in Fite Lane. Still was good service and food was hot.

    Went for a special early dinner. We were one of the few couples seated, and the service was great. Food is always excellent. Ultimate Feast is what I recommend. July 10, 2022 Update. Went for another great dinner. The Admiral's Feast is another one of my favorites. Never disappoints.

    Great variety of delicious food. There's not a red lobster where we live, so my husband and I were excited to take our two small children there for the first time. The waitress was friendly, attentive and helpful. The place was clean, quiet and had a family friendly atmosphere. So pleased with the over all experience

    Our server Steven was excellent, he was fast and efficient but patient with my elderly parents. He would bring refills and anything we needed very quickly. He had a great attitude. I haven't been to Red Lobster in many years. The last time I was there the food was marginal and the prices were too high for what was being served. I was surprised this time because all of our food was served hot and tasted great. The Lobster soup was okay, I've had better. ** The Manager at this location needs to go. He has zero customer service and was rude to my parents. While I was parking the car, they put our names in. They were both wearing their masks and following the rules, he told them to go wait outside. It was raining outside so my parent were told to go stand in the corner. When I came in they were at least 10 feet from anyone and the manager was still having an attitude. Covid has given some people the right to be bullies and in control over other people. I stood there as he bossed each customer and employee around. As he talked his mask would constantly fall below his nose, he was sweaty from wearing the mask and running around. He must have touched his mask 10 times with his hands to adjust it. He didn't wash his hands after the adjustments. It is crazy how we think that wearing a mask is safe but we touch the disease ridden cloth with our hands over and over. I wanted to leave before we sat down, I saw back in the kitchen that one of the employees was not wearing a mask while around our food. The bartender was also taking down their mask to speak to customers. Overall our service and food quality was great. They lost one star because the manager was a jerk.

    The server was great. She did a great job. The food was good at best. Got the lobster tail, shrimp, and salmon. The lobster was ok. Could of been cooked a little less. The shrimp had 2 burnt and the salmon was fair. Considering the meal cost $75. I would of expected more. We got the mozzarella sticks that tasted like they were cooked in the same oil as the seafood. Any cook knows you don't mix it all. Normally there is a deep fryer for seafood and 1 for mozzarella, fries and things like that. But they were fresh/hot. The biscuit were also very good. I could live with all the food and give 4 stars, but the restaurants building was another story. The dining area is in bad shape. It is dying for a makeover. The floors are tacky. The ceiling filthy. The lighting needs replacing and the speakers are missing the covers. The place just looked dark and dingy like a dungeon.

    Been here a couple of times and we like this place. Staff is very good. Very good food. Wished their lighting were more brighter. lol I sound like an old lady!! The kids like to see the lobster in the water. Love the biscuits. Absolute favorite!!

    NO STAR. waitress was rude, manager did nothing and food was cold and horrible. Atmosphere was we dim and that us being there to eat and have a experience, bothered the staff "working". Paid over $350 for gross food that none of us ate. Manager did nothing!!! Oh wait he offered a to-go box.. Tried to contact customer support multiple times for 4 months, no response. Don't go to this establishment, nor try to get issue resolved. No one will help. I don't have a Facebook account and I won't create one just to get a response from you. Less than stellar is an understatement. You want to make it right, correct the horrible experience.

    Tbh chains give me actual anxiety. I feel like it's really hard to get a good meal and get good service and feel like you can trust a corporation lately. I really prefer smaller businesses. But I was looking for somewhere to get crab and I feel like a lot of places don't even have it on the menu probably due to overfishing and climate change sadly. Maybe this isn't crab season I don't know. I was having a craving though so after looking around I decided to give Red Lobster a try. I always go out of my way to look for the better franchise as well. This one seem to have good reviews and it wasn't *too* far so we gave it a whirl. I'm glad we did because the crab was excellent and the service was as well and they have those little pads but maybe they heard me complaining as I was being seated and they didn't make me use the stupid thing haha. Or maybe it was just a considerate server when you're spending that much money maybe he feels the same way I do that I shouldn't have to use that gross tablet lol. I really enjoyed all of the food. And the service was hyper attentive, which was awesome because my daughter claimed she didn't want crab and she just wanted fettuccine alfredo which annoyed me because we came all that way for crab and then after we were served she decided yes she did want crab it's like bro you're not going to eat all of mine lmao. So we had to order more and I really am grateful that my server was checking on us so that we could get that order in quickly and be able to all enjoy crab, I knew she was going to do that lol! They also gave us like a side order of fettuccine alfredo or something like that that was really nice of them because we were spending so much money on all of the crab and extras and my daughter really did annoy me trying to order two meals basically like if she was really going to eat all that no problem but she can't eat two meals haha. It's fine though she took the fettuccine alfredo home and I think she did have some for leftovers. I was pleasantly surprised though I feel like corporations are really letting me down lately so I was so scared. Everything was delicious though, except my only complaint would be the mozzarella sticks were a bit underdone and overloaded with parmesan. I probably wouldn't order those again. But it was really great service and I would definitely recommend this particular Red Lobster in Southwest Plaza.

    Very disappointed it’s my birthday came in cause I wanted something casual.. sitting was fine and quick.. but we didn’t get any biscuits which I came for.. when asked was told it take 10 mins to make but still never got them I got crab legs and ima say worst crab legs ever I never had to struggle soo hard to get the meat out and not only that half my crab legs didn’t have any meat. This location sucks I’ve never had a bad visit at RL besides this location! Made it the worst bday dinner ever! Should have gone to chilis!

    I love the bread and the shrimp. It was very reasonably priced because I got all you can eat for $10 shrimp. My friend and I had a good time. The food took a while but it was good. Although I didn't care for the mashed potatoes this time which was really weird because normally I really like the mashed potatoes but my friend liked them.

    Not big on chain restaurants but perfectly cooked lobster Yum. Service was great. I ordered a lot of food so don't gauge by price. I ordered 3 lobster tails because they cooked them that good.

    The place was pretty dead for lunch, and I wonder now if that was a clue. We ordered the shrimp and lobster tacos. The waitress came back 2 minutes later and told us that they didn't have any. Really odd that you don't have what it takes to make tacos. Considering they had shrimp and they also had lobster meals. The food they did have was just fine. It was nothing to write home about. The server never really showed up much. A different server had to get us water and more drinks. There are definitely many of the restaurants in that area that I'll be attending, and I'm not sure if I'll actually go back to this Red lobster.

    Food was Great atmosphere was good. Too many large groups but workable. My waitress was marginal. She had no patience for my wheel chair or me I never saw my bill. She took over the pay device and my credit card, All other service folks were great.

    I think the waitress must have been new. We had to keep reminding her of what we needed. My salad was made fresh, and came after my entire meal was in front of me, and so was everyone else's. We always got what we needed, but it usually took two trips. The food was amazing! I actually took three little boxes home. So my dinner made 4 meals for me! That's a lot of food! We celebrated 2 friends Birthdays (77 & 82). We had a great time!

    Went here for my birthday it was amazing! The waiter was super nice and came to our table often we went on a Tuesday night so it wasn't busy the food was perfect they also gave me a massive cup of ice cream for my birthday free that wasn't on my bill which was wonderful I had the best time

    The food and service is very good. I recommend this place. They do have a $20 endless shrimp. The atmosphere is very nice and this place can easily handle large groups of 10+.

    We ordered a pick-up order and were the first customers in the restaurant. They met our high expectations by delivering hot food quickly. The little interaction between us and our server was modestly pleasant but the food was excellent. Four stars, would visit again based solely on food quality.

    We usually go to Red lobster for our Birthdays . So yesterday was time to Celebrate and Be treated to some of my favorite food ,Just like we have for 30 yrs . This Birthday dinner will be one to remember. We have never received that bad of service in any restaurant. The food would of been Delicious if it wasn't cold . But it was cold because our server refused to do her job .She was polite when she acknowledged that our food was taking a long time to get to the table. We know that our table was the only one she had to serve most of the time . And there were only about 5 other customers in the whole Restaurant. We thought at the beginning that it was a kitchen problem but as we observed other tables with other servers they were getting there food promptly we realized it was our server . As we continue to observed then can see that she was spending her time talking to other employees that were clocking out and going home . There must of not been a Manager on duty. We have been to Red lobster many times when the restaurant was packed and yet we still had Reasonably good service anybody in our situation would of felt ripped off . This is truly sad because we think Red lobster has great Food .But we would of had a better evening/ Celebrate at a burger place. We won't make this mistake again . I would highly recommend to anyone that wants to Celebration a special occasion be very careful if your thinking about choosing this restaurant.

    Best Red lobster experience ever. The food was amazing. Pepe was the best waitress ever. She is simply awesome. The best part was we got to pet a lobster. All the staff here went above and beyond. Thank you all for a great dinner.
