My wife and I were walking around and looking at baby stuff for the room of our little upcoming, newest addition to our wonderful family. 5 minutes later we were met with who looked like a cat burglar. Dressed in black with a black beanie hat. I presume she was loss prevention by the way she was following us around the store and racing around us pretending to "organize and fluff up" displays. Later I took some pictures of my wife sitting in a nice chair for the kids room and was met by a manager or employee with her judgy, beady little eyes, and asked us if we were done. Very rude! I hope that Nick LeMasters sees this review to see how Restoration Hardware treats visitors and customers of his fine establishment....

Was in the store and needed to use the restroom but they have codes to get in. I found a lady who was using a lint roller to clean up a couch and asked if she could help. I thought she maybe had headphones in cause she didn't even acknowledge my presence so I asked once more a little louder. She scoughed, looked me up and down. Then without saying a word she stormed to the restroom and opened it, I was barely able to catch the door behind her and when she left I noticed she didn't have any headphones in. She just didn't think I was able to afford anything in their store cause the way I dress and for that didn't feel like I deserved her time or attention. Needless to say I didn't buy the couch I was looking at and I wont buy anything from this store cause of her stuck up behavior.

Major inspo here! Loved walking around this beautiful store and admiring all the furnishings. I think they should definitely have an outdoor rooftop bar scene upstairs to enjoy the view!

I was browsing this beautiful store and gleaning some general design ideas for an upcoming "upgrade". Shiloh was an absolute joy. She made herself known as she worked on her matters and offered my accomplice and I water during our browse. Zero sales harassment, zero overbearingness, zero ANYTHING NEGATIVE. The welcoming, friendly and remarkable service will ensure that I complete my tasteful designs not just with RH, but with her specifically. It's all about the "little" things to me. Shiloh, if you read this - you truly made my week (possibly even month dare I say?). THANK YOU!

Even though the furniture looks beautiful in our house, RH project management is severely lacking as evidenced by their inability to track orders and returns. We are almost 16 months post our first consult with a designer and they still have not corrected some of our orders. For instance, our dining room rug needs to be replaced and they have it shown as replaced already. Planters randomly showed up months afterwards. A designer phoned and we sent her pictures about a severely cracked dresser drawer and are still waiting to hear back from her almost two weeks later.

I bought a sconce from you. I don't need a 600 page quarterly sales catalog. This is an absurd waste of paper that goes straight into my recycling bin. How can I stop receiving these mailers?

The designers were very helpful and all around delight to work with. The products are top notch worth checking out.

So the stuff is pretty nice, but the service is not consistent. I have called repeatedly to get some things addressed and phone calls are simply not returned. When they are on, they are pretty good. But honestly it is difficult to understand when they are on. EDIT: I had a really good conversation with the Gallery Manager. The confusion was fixed and I am really happy.

I needed to upholster a couch quickly. I asked Jessica Schaffer for a fabric that wouldn't attract dog hair and be machine washable. The "brushed linen" fabric attracted dust and hair like a lint roller. The cushions disintegrated in the washing machine. Even though the couch was ruined and I lost thousands of dollars due to the error, RH refused to provide a full refund for the fabric or any of the upholstery labor costs. When I came to the store to speak to someone about the situation, the representative didn't actively listen and was automatically defensive. They stated that "quality fabrics require more cleaning and care."

Love love love this place. Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful! We were ultimately assisted by Cory who, without a pause, gathered help and moved furniture for me so I could see it in a different way. Beautiful store and stunningly beautiful furniture!

My husband and I went in to look at couches. The cloud specifically. Sky Kemplin helped us out and her level of knowledge and expertise is top notch! She is attentive, professional and efficient in getting back to you with all the information needed. She has an amazing eye for design and I would highly recommend asking for her when you visit this location at Cherry Creek. amazing service. My husband hated the idea of RH, or any big box store. The amazing service and quality have convinced him otherwise. Now, he only wants to shop with Olivia and Molly at RH. The delivery process is also wonderful. Most items are delivered early. They are really kind and helpful. We couldn’t be happier with our dining room, bedroom, patio, and all our light fixtures.

They have beautiful pieces and the place is huge but the customer service is ok. Was hoping it would get better but doesn't seem like it has.

The furniture is stunning. The Employees and guests were so helpful. The Employees made feel as if I were in my own home. The couches in this store are great Will be buying at some point.
