This place was empty no customers. I just ordered the eggs they tast e like the tomatoes that they used were rotten taste horrible I threw it in the garbage and walked out I paid $11 for that dish no coffee no water no nothing. I asked if I instead could have eggs which were cheaper than what I ordered but didn't make a difference to pay the extra money and I was told that I would have to pay for an extra dish. Horrible service

I paid $36 for eggs with chorizo and aripa and one soda. The plate was the size of a gravy bowl. Customer service was good food tasted OK. But this Spanish restaurant has completely lost all respect for money. It is unbelievable. I see why it was empty at noon prime lunch time. This buisness will not make it. 😒

This place was awesome! Everything we had was great! I love food so when you can get Venezuelan, Columbian and Cuban food all under one roof this makes my mouth water! Customer service was great and prices were very reasonable. We will always visit this spot when we travel to Orlando.

I’ve never paid so much money for such small amount of food. The rice was hard, and felt like it had been sitting there for god knows how long. Everything was crammed into one container. The pepito was tasty, but also super small for the price. If you’re trying to maximize profit, don’t do it at the expense of your reputation and the customer. This was my first time eating from there, and it was a massive let down.

Great family owned restaurant? I was in the area for three days and ended up having breakfast here consecutively. They have the best Colombian empanadas I’ve ever tried and also pan de Bono.

A good food bit more expensive than in other places. Delicious patacones and beautiful presentation. The jugos naturales de piña was delicious and freshly made. It was cold, flavorful and refreshing. The tequeños with dipping sauces were hot and fresh.

Service was bad, I placed an order 30 minutes priory , and I still waited 15 min. The waitress was so rude and everyone was walking around without greeting people. 2 of the 3 items I order were wrong. And they took my 2 arepas and just put meet on them, they didn’t made new ones and they were rude about it. I come to Orlando 2-4 times per year and i love Venezuelan food, but I will never come back to this place ever again.

I decided to disregard the negative reviews and give this place a fair chance, but I deeply regret doing so. The multitude of negative feedback about this establishment should not have been overlooked. The prices for the food here are exorbitant, especially considering the quality. When you shell out over $10 for a ham, cheese, and egg sandwich, you expect it to be a heavenly culinary experience, but unfortunately, that was far from the reality. Being a fan of Venezuelan and Colombian cuisine, I had high expectations for this place, only to be utterly disappointed by its failure to uphold the rich culinary traditions of these cultures. Not only were the prices steep, but the portions were also incredibly small, leaving me feeling deceived and cheated out of my hard-earned money. While the staff members were polite and accommodating, the overall atmosphere of the room did not match the excessively high price tag attached to the food. In conclusion, I caution anyone considering eating at this establishment to heed the multitude of negative reviews. The prices are exorbitant, the portions are minuscule, and the overall dining experience fails to honor the authentic flavors and traditions of Venezuelan and Colombian cuisine. Save your money and seek out a more deserving establishment to satisfy your culinary cravings.

Food was great, came in a reasonable amount of time. Most of the workers definitely don’t speak English but are very helpful if you don’t know a little Spanish. Good portion sizes.

Went to this place last week and was pleasantly surprised! My family and I came in during a slower time but our experience was great! The lady at the front counter was very sweet and helped explain what everything was and the food was definitely made fresh while we were in there. If you have the time to spend in there and want authentic food this is the place!

We ordered a picada for 4, not cheap at all and the meat they used was of very poor quality. Lots of fat and un chewable pieces. I hope this was due to the time and perhaps they didn’t have much food left. Still it was quite a disappointment

Victor is super friendly. They sat the 12 of us no questions asked and the empanadas were the most flavorful and fresh we’ve had in the US. Just awesome. Make sure to order 2-3.

We finally stopped by for dinner at this restaurant heard alot of good reviews. The food came out very small portions in comparison to price. The chicken was raw and sent it back to the kitchen when we got it back it was burnt and over cooked like rubber. But the iceing on the cake was when we received the bill. Mind you it was a party of 5 which included 2 children. 1 child didn't eat and they added a convenience fee and a 18% gratuity to bill. We did not see any signs posted about these fees. Let's just say we went to Wendy's afterwards.

Very tasty food, good coffee and fresh juice. A bit pricey though. Will return definitely. If you’re looking for Colombian or food from Venezuela, check this place out.
