My check-in last night was amazing. The Front Desk person, Roger is excellent. He has an awesome personality and his customer service skills are second to none. The room is very clean and appears to be very new or recently upgraded. The room is spacious and the separate bathroom is large enough to accommodate two people . Nothing seems to be worn or damaged. The area has been very quiet and seems to be very safe. The morning breakfast was very satisfying and the kitchen area was very clean and up kept. I would not hesitate to recommend this SureStay Hotel to anyone staying in the Four Corners area.

We only stayed one night. We got an early check in and we had 2 puppies. Got a ground floor room and it was very clean. If we had to stay in a hotel any other time we would use this one again.

I'll admit that I was on the fence about staying here. I read the reviews but our team was staying here too and the price was reasonable so we booked and stayed. From the very first dealings with the very friendly Jay and Frankie, the clean office and then seeing our room, I was impressed that a 2 star was this nice. We are in Clermont frequently for tournaments and will definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great weekend!

This place is clean and safe. Nothing fancy, just the bare necessities. the main reason i’m giving this place 5 stars is because I had a horrendous experience at a similarly priced hotel in the same area. This is a cheap hotel that will provide you with a clean bed and some towels. If you are looking for something extra comfy and fancy this is not it. BUT if you are in the area for work or vacation and you need a room to sleep in that’s not covered in feces, urine, blood, and mysterious white substances look no further. This is a solid budget hotel. Cheap, safe and clean. anything else you find in the area that’s cheaper will be a nightmare. Do not fall for it the lies, many other budget hotels/motels in the area use misleading pictures and are filthy. you might think you are saving money but they hit you with random fees that make it end up costing the same anyways.

I stayed here with my small dog for two nights. The staff was very friendly and accomadating, and the room was clean and had all the necessities. I also found personal coffee and tea by the sink, very nice and cozy. There's even a pool.

Surestay Clermont Motel was the very worst. We come to Disney a few times a year and decided to try this place but will never stay here again. So many problems, but worst was cigarette smoke every where. Their website says ‘100% smoke-free hotel’ which means should not be smoking any where on the motel property. It is motel, not hotel, so it has outdoor room entrances and people stand in the hallways right in front of the rooms to smoke cigarettes and pot too. Neighbors on both sides of our room smoking right in front of our room all night and all morning. And that smoke gets into your room even with window and door closed. Saw people smoking on all the hallways on all the 3 floor levels of the motel, management obviously does not care about people violating their ‘100% smoke-free’ policy. One of our kids is asthma so was very bad experience. Dirty and gross too, cigarette butts all over the hallways, piled on the window ledges, and even in the pool water. We complained but motel manager won't do anything about guests and even their own employees smoking at what is supposed to be a 100% smoke free motel. Motel manager owner is indian guy called Harry Patel who is very rude. Room had only 2 toilet paper and 3 towels for family of 4. We had to literally beg for more towels, they act like people want to steal the cheap scratchy nasty towels with other people's pubic hair stuck in them. With taxes the room was average of more than $130 night, at that price you shouldn't have to beg for a couple extra rolls of toilet paper. Also big noise problem since room floors are fake tile not carpet so it is very loud the people walking around above you. If you want a good night sleep after a long day at Disney, it's not going to happen at this motel. We had breakfast one time but didn’t like it, mostly cheap stale bread and muffins. Coffee cups and bread ran out, but the little old guy Roger at the front desk was too busy taking a smoke break to refill the breakfast stuff. Lots of people trying to get food were complaining about him. An indian lady also works there, think she is married to the owner guy, and saw her yelling at guest like some bad reality tv show. We spent a lot of money on Disney tickets and this Surestay Clermont was so bad and ruined our trip. Don't let it do the same thing to you, avoid this place.

Vrbo, put us up in this motel because they double booked us at the resort. Staff were great, pool was closed because no pool staff to clean it. Room was mouldy smelling, cleaning staff was not very friendly.

The most clean and well kept 2-star hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Never met more friendly staff. If you’re looking for a cheap rate and clean place to stay in the Orlando area this is it!!

Pet friendly hotel in a very quiet location. Very helpful office staff. Comfortable rooms with microwave and mini fridge.

This is my go-to whenever I have to evacuate for an impending hurricane. The Hotel is clean and modern. Being near Disney means that Power and the Internet are more likely to stay on. Great when I still have to work. There is a great Pizza and Chinese restaurant within 100ft.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, safe and affordble. The shower had the best water pressure ever , never wanted to get out. The girl at check in ans check out was very friendly. We were leary about staying at first look but so glad we took the chance. It was 30 min to Disney ect. But so good to be out of the way slightly. Tho pool was closed, no hot tub, nothing for kids. But was perfect for us. Would highly recommend 👌

10/10!! This was the first of many trips to this city and from now on we will only be staying here!!!! Our visit was fantastic! Frankie was amazing! You can tell she loves helping people get settled! Room was fantastic! Pool looked great although we didn't have time to use it! Quiet all night!! And the bed was AMAZING!!! So close to the Disney parks but just far enough away to not be stuck in traffic! We will definitely be coming back here everytime we visit!

The lady in the morning was very rude. Made me feel as if I was bothering her. The lady in the even was very nice and kind. The room was ok not really a hotel like stated more like a cheap motel over charging. Not close to the parks as advertise universal is about 30 min one way

Frankie & Jay went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Amazing service from the both of them. This is our second year back here and will be back for a third next year!

I stayed at the SureStay over the weekend. It was excellent! Someone might say that it was plain. No statues and big floral displays. But it was clean, well-organized, I had all the supplies, um, supplied. The TV worked, the room had plenty of space, it was quiet. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Even the other guests were pleasure. <shock> There's a Denny's very close by the hotel. I ate all my meals there. (Even though the hotel had one of those turn-it-over waffle makers.) Can't beat it!

It's not the Ritz, so don't complain that it isn't the Ritz; but it's clean, pet friendly, at a great location, and the staff is welcoming and friendly.

Horrible, run down. I couldn't sleep al night I was so itchy. Front desk person was super nice. The hotel itself was run down like a motel 6. The stay was for the Oct 29th 2022 and I used my rewards. I dont remember the room number but it was ground level. Check your records. Also you should try to retain me as a customer and have some accountability instead of side stepping the issue. There are 17 reviews about bedbugs not posted by me about this place.

The gentleman that helped us was super nice. And explained everything to us. The room is spacious and clean. The bathroom was big. Lots of outlets, and plugs for everything you need to plug in.

A nice hotel when youre on a budget. Rooms were clean, no complaints. Pool was clean as well. Breakfast was waffles or bagels, cereal, fruit. We stayed two nights w/ three kids and had a comfortable stay.

We were on a family vacation and stopped here before going to Disney World. This was by far the best place we stayed at while traveling. The room was clean the gentleman that checked us in was helpful and friendly. It's a little hard to see because it's behind some other buildings but I would stay here again.

Great budget option! The front desk personnel were very polite and helpful, especially Rodger who was working overnight when I arrived late in the evening to check in. The amenities are not especially fancy, but the rooms were clean and perfect for a short stay passing through. The location is also very close to everything, though it is sort of difficult to see where the hotel actually is due to being tucked away behind other buildings, but is a little hidden gem. Highly recommend if on a whim and looking for a budget-friendly, yet nice place to crash.
