I have had Rosati’s fried chicken and calzones which I’ve had no issue with. This review is regards to their pizza and the pizza I ordered. The Hawaiian was terrible. Note: I did not order a pineapple pizza. The pizza was soggy, so soggy it seeped through the box and the crust started sticking to the box. The person who prepared the pizza dumped copious amounts of the pineapple in the pizza. They used no discretion regarding combining tomatoes and pineapple on a pizza. It was so terrible the toppings slid off the crust and water drained off each slice. After one piece, the medium pizza immediately went into the trash. The manager did provide a credit however that does not help resolve things in the future with other customers who will order a Hawaiian pizza. Also I chose this franchise over a competitor down the street. Next time I will try the competitor. See photos. That’s just one slice of the pizza. Most disappointing disgusting pizza experience

Absolutely disgusted by the deep dish. Raw dough and completely under cooked. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because I had one good experience and now one bad experience. Deep dish was definitely undercooked. Staff needs to be retrained.

We ordered take out. Delivery service was excellent. Staff were friendly on the phone. Food was more then I expected. Pizza was excellent! Will definitely be back. Thank you!

Pizza was pretty decent. Considering we live in an area where there is no real outstanding pizza, it will do. Their specials are a good value, another problem with ordering pizza these days, it’s so expensive you might as well go for a proper meal, especially when you never seem to be able to say, “Wow! This pizza is the best!” Service was very good and fast.

We had a double dough pizza. It was great! We ordered online and requested a delivery time and it arrive right on time. Definitely ordering again

Ordered a day deep dish pizza they sent us a thin crust so I had to wait another hour to get the correct pizza. They wouldn’t even discount it for the inconvenience the whole conversation with the order taker to begin with. He said you can’t get a medium deep dish you can only get a 12 inch or 16 inch so I said 16 inch and he still put it in wrong so due to their own employees mistake, we suffered the consequence of the whole disaster!and then when we got the second one that was deep dish, it wasn’t even fully cooked or shall I say it was lukewarm so I would never order from Fox Lakes Rosati’s again

Picked up order Wednesday staff pleasant food excellant hot yummy. I received breaded mushrooms instead of the poppers I requested would be the only negative. Not a fan of mushrooms! No I did not call and complain. My life is too short! Would order from them again but double check my order.

The gentleman who helped us yesterday was awesome. I went in there with my 3 kids to pick up dinner, he was so helpful keeping my kiddos occupied while they finished the order. He had a very pleasant attitude and is top notch for your customers. He gets a 10 out of 10 from me 😁.
