I'm not great about going to the dentist. Luckily I haven't had a lot of problems even into my 40s. Had a crown done today at the Crystal Lake location...was super impressed. Numbed the gums ahead of the Novocaine shots so that was easy. Novocaine took care of the rest. Did great work, very attentive, patient, great service. Dr. Vetzelos is a great practitioner. Good price with insurance. Not sure what else I could ask for!

Went to regarding a possible root canal. The doctor poked around in my mouth. Threw down his tools. Told the assistant he didn't need syringe to numb my mouth. She asked if he wanted to reschedule my visit for next week. He told her No, not to schedule me for another appointment. This doctor without explanation basically kicked me out of his practice and would not allow me to get services. I had been going there for over a year. I was never rude, loud, obnoxious or really late for my appointments. My account was in the positive of over $800. Because my insurance over paid them for a previous procedure.Beyond the pale. Unprofessional.

This place made me nearly cry - in a good way. I had previously been a patient at Aspen Dental in Woodstock and They told me not only did I have to have 2 Root Canals, and 2 Crowns, they wanted to charge me nearly $10k for the procedures. I went to Dentalworks in Crystal lake after getting Humana Insurance and I was wary of HMO dentists but holy cow was I wrong. Not only did the staff here work to get my costs down, the dentist was HONEST and AWESOME and said that I only needed 1 root canal, but still 2 crowns. Best part of it all, I walked out only paying $1280. My entire family now sees them. I thought honest and trustworthy dentists were a thing of the past but I'm happy to find ones who are more concerned with patient health and happiness rather than getting as much $ as possible. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

Everyone at dental works is so nice and patient. They listen to your concerns and work WITH you to get it figured out. The hygienist, orthodontist, & assistants will talk to you before your appointment and while they’re working on your teeth so you know what to expect. I highly recommend dental works!

I'm a new patient. Everyone here is so welcoming. They are so good at answering all of your questions and really take their time with you. I love that they set up a plan with you so you know what work will be done with each visit and how much each one is going to cost. So you can plan accordingly.

They are always very friendly and professional. They also do a great job in dentistry
