I am 73 yo. with all kinds of musculoskeletal problems. I have been to physical therapy many, many times over the years without a whole lot of relief of pain. I was reluctant to once again try PT but it was a last ditch effort for me before surgery would be required. The therapists and PTA'a were understanding and caring. I told them I was a hopeless case! Tammy laughed! She went on to say they would do their best to do whatever they could for me. In every session they were patient, kind, and never pushed me beyond what I felt I could handle. As a result my motivation increased. In the middle of my therapy, (while doing something else) I sustained a fractured foot. I continued to go to therapy with my boot. Again they modified the therapy to fit my needs. I was discharged with a home exercise plan that was specific AND realistic. My pain has decreased significantly! Surgery is no longer in the picture. I am so pleased. Not only were the providers competent and friendly, the receptionists were the same. What a pleasure to be greeted by them! I would highly recommend IBJI for all your therapy needs!

I Love IBIJ PT. The very first PT appointment I had I went in at the end of my rope. The pain was so intense due to the surgery I had that I wasn't sleeping, and not really functioning anymore. I met with Preksha Maiya and she was a God send. She's a miracle worker! My first appointment was Thursday evening, it was the first night I slept with no issues. I woke up Friday with a pain scale of 6 out of 10 for the first time in weeks. Ibuprofen was all I needed to control the pain on Friday. Up to then I was using pain medication and couldn't get relief. I thought it was a fluke but as the days went on it only got better. As I continued with PT, I continued to get better. I highly recommend seeing Preksha if possible, you won't regret it! I can't thank her enough for helping me.

Great job helping with my plantar fasciitis. All of your physical therapists were great but Tammy especially went above and beyond explaining the inner workings of my foot, ligaments, and connecting tissues as well as the genesis of some of my issues. Thank you very much Tammy!

I had a very positive experience with my physical therapy at IBJ in Crystal Lake. While recuperating from hip replacement surgery, the staff at IBJ were not only knowledgeable, but kind and sensitive to my needs, while inspiring me to reach my goals in a fun and positive way. For the crystal lake office-By far THE best staff and PT place!!! I'm not kidding...they work with you and give great treatment. Always changing it up to challenge you and keep you going. Advice from me to you, you have to put in the effort in order for any PT to work. The staff are all wonderful there!!!
