Very welcoming the receptionist was extraordinary in every. Answered all my questions it was a breath of fresh air when she told me the Dr. Cheryl Btakes Medicare. That a respectful doctor that cares about all patients including the elderly. So kind and understand. I felt so safe and blessed to have met such a wonderful team of women.

Very easy to schedule. Able to get appointments with a psychiatrist and therapist quickly. Therapist the following week and psychiatrist in three weeks which in my experience is much sooner than other sites. Both quite good. With psychiatrist correct med found after a year of struggles with depression not helped with two prior psychiatrists over that time. Obviously highly recommend.

Good system of staying on top of your mental health... very responsive, appointments and visits available in an emergency and soon with a variety of providers, without long waiting lists when you need to get in! And then went in for my intake and I LOVE the Dr... she's awesome, empathetic, patient, extremely knowledgeable and LISTENS! SO GLAD I chose Geode Health and Dr Balkin!

My dr. Is great and the care she gives is beyond 5 stars. But, geode system is slow, cumbersome and navigation is sub par. The phone system is a catastrophe. Hard to hear, full of glitches through phone call navigating press this number find info. Muy malo.

Dr. Balkin has always been the best. Professional, understanding, and always there to help over the years.
