UPDATE!! Still! After complaints they still don't fix their issues. Terrible service. I tried to call them about 45 minutes before store closing and couldn't get through to anyone. :( I have found the employees stocking items in the produce and other sections to be very helpful. Maybe they should get more like them. I would leave negative stars if I could! I have been a loyal customer for YEARS. The tall silver haired manager is stuck up and only interested in messing around with the younger employees around the register than helping out customers. Another customer and I looking up and down aisles, couldn't find what we were looking for. I had to finally walked over to the check out and say I need help. She came over with an attitude like I was bothering her! I ended up finding it on the shelf before she did. She didn't ask if that was all I needed or if she could help further. She saw the gentleman but blew him off and went back to the registers, that were empty with no customers being checked out or waiting in line (!) and continued to chat and laugh with 2 younger employees. They were doing NOTHING. Actually, the store was pretty empty at the time. She must know someone higher up to be able to have that job and act like this. SERIOUSLY. NOT a management attitude at all. Terrible customer service. There are two other older women there that are the only ones I see working hard. I feel bad for them having her for a supervisor. Also, they are now selling big pharma over the counter garbage and strong chemical based cleaning products you can find much cheaper at the larger chain grocery stores. What the heck?? They've also gotten rid of great healthy products that I used to rely on being there. Why would I want to buy Ritz crackers, Snickers bars, Coca Cola products, etc., when I could go down the street to buy them cheaper at Jewel! This store is turning pathetically useless. I won't shop here any longer.

I love, love, love the kid of colors that hit you the minute you walk into this place! It’s like a bag of Skittles just exploded and your senses become overwhelmed with the creative that was put into the overall design of the store. Prices are good and the service is personal and helpful. Overall a wonderful place to shop!

We were looking for a Sprouts-like market and were pleasantly surprised to find this Fresh Thyme Farmers Market. It was very similar to what we were accustomed to. The store was clean and very well stocked. We were able to find all the specialty items that we were looking for without much difficulty. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I wanted to sign up for the rewards program the cashier Kylie handed me the QR code to sign up. I asked if I could please use the coupon today and if she could show me how to do that on the app. She said she had a line behind me and I couldn’t use it today. I’m very disappointed at the customer service at this store and the way I was treated. I loved the store but the employees need to do better. She could have called for another cashier or her manager to assist me.

I've come here twice and both times their fruit and vegetables are either rotten or they become rotten the next day. The people there are rude too. Worst grocery store I've ever been to. I've learned my lesson.

I respect the company's values, such as offering local options when possible. It's cool to see brands I recognize from local farmer's markets and small businesses. As someone with various diet restrictions and preferences, I appreciate that the price tags on items include icons when they're gluten free, etc. This is my preferred spot for produce because of the quality (prices are competitive too). When they have sales on meat and fish, it's well worth it. I mostly only eat/buy poultry and fish but everything I've tried from their butcher is great quality. It's the perfect spot for my lunch break, whether I'm grabbing lunch or something for dinner, because it's not too big of a store, and there are many quick and easy options (e.g., sushi bar, sandwiches, soup, salad). All employees I've encountered at this location have been friendly, and the store is always clean and well stocked.

I always enjoy shopping at Fresh Thyme. The food is high quality, the produce is excellent, and I can always find something new!!

Surprisingly I found there were absolutely great sales! Amy's mac and cheese 1$ each.....a lot of the meats were 50% off and 20% off all frozen products. Their produce section is vast and affordable, again great sales. I love the selection of nuts, trail mix, candy. They carry a lot of Bach products...rescue remedy is fantastic! My husband recommends this in his practice. I also purchased Bach Rescue Pastilles which is a natural stress relief and the Elderberry lozenges which provides a winter remedy for immune support....and it works with Vit C 90mg Zinc 5mg ad Elder 12.5 mg. When looking for immune support please check out the Elder Berry. Fresh Thyme is the only place that I know with a fantastic selection and more than reasonable prices. I love this store! From the salad bar, to the organic foods and spice selections to the homeopathic remedies. Check it out friends.

Love Fresh Thyme excellent meat and veggies, really upset they are closing stores. The Mt. Prospect Store was so nice now it is clised, really upsetting, they lost a good customet.

Never again. I hadn’t put in An on line order in a long time. I remember now why. First of all my order was never acknowledged as completed so I finally went over to inquire about it. After 15 or twenty minutes I got about two thirds of my order and asked what appeared to be a live human if my receipt was in the bag and he replied yes. Well that is not the case and there is no entry into my Check book. I’m making a point of calling the manager in the morning.

I love the selection. Mary, on the front end, is a great lady.. she was extremely helpful and friendly as could be. Thanks for coming to work Mary..❤️☘️

Decent selection, rarely crowded,. Produce is nicer that jewel or mariano's and the prices are not unreasonable. The staff is also nice

Found a lot of items not available at other Walmarts. My son was in Hershey syrup paradise seeing caramel flavor...I did t know there was such!!! Because of ethnic diversity able to find so many products limited else where.

Will definitely give 5 stars when they include milk that isn't utra-pasteurized. If you're going to brand the store as carrying healthy brands, then at least offer a low temp vat pasteurized brand like Alexandre or Origin. Ultra pasteurized destroys beneficial properties of milk and they always include a great deal of additives in them.

They stop stocking most of the vegan products. Everything is self check out, not a big fan of (self)check out. Their prices are way too high, especially for self check out. They got one check out girl. And she was on her break at 5:30 PM the busiest time for grocery shopping. I won’t be going here anymore PS the iceberg lettuce is moldy

Wonderful produce and natural foods. More importantly, the bacon is first rate... it made my previously vegetarian wife start eating bacon again!

Sushi is 5 dollars on Thursdays...Great price. I usually look at the fruit and pick up a couple extra things for dinner.👍

I love Fresh Thyme. We have a gluten intolerance in our house and they have more options and brands than most places. The produce is better than most stores too. Oh and the sushi is great :) definitely recommend. Lots of organic options

We are disappointed that Fresh Thyme no longer sells their own freshly baked bread. The alternative bread that they are now selltig is not good at all.

Nobody leaves good reviews anymore. So here are we go.. My husband went into this establishment after he left the gym. Bought 4 things. Left with 3. I was leaving the gym 10 min later and he asked me to stop by and get his 4th item. No receipt no proof of purchase. Luckily the cashier remembered him and that he left his forehead on behind. Explained the situation to them and they were very helpful and gave me my 4th item. Wonderful staff. wonderful establishment. I absolutely love this place outside of them helping me today

Very clean and has awesome deals and items there!! Love their fruit and snacks!! They have a flower section too!! Along with a pharmacy!
