Nice friendly Baristas, they greet me by my name and know my drink they always make a yummy Frappuccino the way I like it! Convenient location right downtown Crystal Lake, only problem is they close earlier now. Otherwise one of my fave stores.

Great little Starbucks! Super friendly staff. My only complaint is that it's always freezing in this store, since they have no vestibules.

This is a great location! I really really enjoy the staff here. They are always so bubbly and positive. Product is always on point. The interior is pleasant and usually lively. Nothing but really great things to say about this location. Starbucks is great, this particular s-bucks is awesome!

The staff is so friendly. After visiting a few times they started to call me by my name, which I thought it was sweet and personal and I am sure they do not have to do that. This is the best Starbucks location around - somehow, they just get it right, all the time. I can count on my favorite drink being perfect at this location. I've never walked away disappointed or upset with my coffee. Thank you!

Our whole gym class visited Starbucks today (about 30 kids) and the baristas were very helpful and able to get our drinks out Very quickly, even with the amount of kids. Location is well kept and clean with a nice ambiance.

Went there late in the afternoon... Great staff on hand, very attentive. Hadn't had coffee there in a long time. I'm a frozen coffee guy... So, mocha cookie crumble was my go to this time. Good experience, I'll be back.

I like this location! The coffee and teas are great, but I wish they were cheaper. But it's known for having expensive coffee and the people there work hard to make it so what do you expect lol? The store is aesthetically pleasing and quite clean, with most of the people working there being polite, quick and kind.

This staff is awesome. Brent, Dayna, Jane, Amya, Justin, all of them are amazing. Best Starbucks IMHO.

Came here after my daughter and her friend finished a summer class as a treat. Place was clean. We were greeted promptly. Was able to find a spot to sit outside and people watch while the girls chatted. I would come back when in the downtown area.

It's a Starbucks.... consistent. This location: Pros: Downtown CL location, plentiful outdoor seating. Cons: Dirty bathrooms, Harried service, parking can be a problem.

2022- Same as before but we aren't able to online order during events. Our wait was fine and our order was wrong but they were super busy. Ill give them a pass. The drink was still good!! 2018-Did an online order and the wait was a little longer than I was told. Service was still friendly. The extra wait was from the event going on downtown and they were extra busy.

The food, as well as the people that I have spoken to have all been great. But today I stopped in to quickly use the bathroom, (as I work a job that has me in a truck, running routes all day), only to find that they have put keypad locks on the bathroom doors, and they stay locked. Whoever thought this idea was a good one, you’re wrong. Making basic human functions harder for your customers will cause quite a few of them to completely lose interest in your location. We have plenty of other Starbucks nearby to go to. And we have other High-quality coffee options in the area as well, aside from Starbucks. I look forward to the day when they decide to make their bathrooms reasonably accessible again.

If you ever need a chit chat or warm smile or just a safe cozy space this is my place to go I love everyone who works here and their passion for coffee is amazing. They never disappoint! Also very clean and proper health guidelines well in place!

Corporate Chain / Small town feel I travel for work every other week and I always go to Starbucks in the mornings to grab my iced coffee and egg bites. I also take the opportunity to get a bit of work done before my day officially starts. While sitting at my table and typing away I noticed that everyone seemed to know eachother, staff knew customers by name, etc. There was a table full of older gentlemen that discussed everything under the sun and made me crack up while working. It was a great way to kick off my busy day. I highly recommend this downtown location for the coffee, food, friendliness and entertainment (aka people watching).

The closest location to me which is less than a mile and the staff is super friendly and never gets the order wrong. Highly recommended!!!
