This was one of the best trampoline parks we have been to. My daughter had her birthday party there this weekend and everything worked out perfect. Staff was communicative and nice. Place was clean. There are plenty of attractions for different group ages. The nicest perk is that they let you play for another 2 hours after the scheduled party time. It was definitely worth 45 minutes drive.

This is one of my favorite urban airs, and I live more than an hour away. I have family that lives in Huntley, so I came to take my nephews and daughter here for open play one day. We literally spent 5 hours here, 5!! This is probably one of the best locations. We were greeted right away from the staff. They explained everything for me, helped me know where attractions were and which ones the kids can/can't do, showed me lockers, how to use and the place to order food. This location was larger than others that I have been to, and had so much to do for the kids for all ages, even the adults. I have a toddler and she was obsessed with the jungle gym or course right across from the lockers. I was able to go with her and actually fit. I am pretty big girl too, so I was shocked! We had a blast at all attractions and the staff during our visit was constantly around to clean or Monitor the attractions. They even had arcade games that we all played on because they had a small car for my toddler. Seriously the best experience and worth the price, tons of parking! After my recent poor experience at the location in North Riverside, I wish I would have did her birthday party here instead.

My kids went here multiple times. Every time we go it's hard to get them to leave. I wish I had this place in my childhood. My nephew also recently had his birthday party here. Highly recommend giving this place a try if you have little ones.

This place was excellent for our family. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Even when we were wearing a competitor's socks, socks are socks, they switched our socks for free. I also love the fact that with a small child, parents can purchase tickets at half price to go into the play area with them. There are also a lot of great things for everyone to do from trampolines to rope courses and even a zip line type activity. It even has a climbing wall. I highly recommend this place. I would visit again.

Wow!!!! We had our sons 10th bday here and it was so awesome!!!! The kiddos and parents loved it! We had Gracelyn to help with my sons party! She is sweet and kind hearted! She made sure everyone was taken care of and kept my husband and I up to speed on what was going to happen throughout the time of us being there. There were two gentlemen that were in charge of the sky rider and ropes coarse. Travis and I couldn’t catch the other gentlemans name but awesome young men. They were awesome! I froze on the ropes coarse and they made sure I got through it safely and were super patient with me. We we very impressed with this place and the staff. It does tend to get crowded and overwhelming at first so I recommend to book a party later on in the day. The website gives you a time a slot and lets you know when they are busy and when it dies down. Also be aware of rude moms with their littles. They feel entitled to everything and they don’t realize it’s a place where kids like to jump and have a good time so these kids are not always paying attention to the signs that give you an age limit. It’s totally harmless and not intentional by the kid but the moms… they will say rude things to your kids and when you approach they are mean, rude, and don’t care about your kid or what you have to say. It’s very unfortunate people have to be that way but it happens so be aware. Just speaking from experience. Other than that this place is amazing and I highly recommend this place to everyone!!!!

Had a issue there today with my son and 2 other bigger kids in the dodge ball area and the attendant Aaliyah was very much helpful and immediately showed empathy and made sure the issue was addressed by the manager Heather who was also very much apologetic and helpful on resolving the issues. She also gave passes to come back another day with the 3 kids I came with. Which I truly appreciated. Great employees!

This is place is very fun and the membership is very affordable! A lot of the staff are amazingly wonderful and kind and work hard! They also keep it really clean in the park and the bathrooms as well! I do have two suggestions. In the small kids playground gym..it's so dark in there. I'd love to see lights inside. Also, i will say since I've had the membership they have not fixed the jump duck dodge attraction and I'm not sure if they plan to. Maybe it can be fixed or replaced ?

Visit often with the grandkids and always have a blast! Staff are outstanding and so eager to help. I highly recommend it!

This place is absolutely amazingly fun for my 2 children. My daughter is a 12 year old gymnast and my son is 14 and a basketball player. They have a bunch of trampolines and basketball courts. My children love this place so much that they ask all the time to go. You can get the membership for 12$ a month. The staff are super nice, they keep this place clean and they are so helpful to me and my children. You can also host birthday parties with a private room. I definitely recommend this place!

I did 2 Birthday Party's for my boys at the same time, and was it fun and hectic. They did a good job with most of the stuff. The downside was that they only did one page to get the kids to the table, and we were missing 2 kids. We also didn't get our pitchers of pop and water because she asked someone other than me, and they said no. I'm not sure who she asked, but it wasn't from my party. It is not very cheap so be prepared to pay a lot.

The kids loved every minute of it. The bouncing, jumping, tumbling, sliding, and overall reckless abandon is perfect for 7-8 year olds. What hurts is the dent to mom and dad's bank account. It's quite pricey. I am not going to slam them, but food prices for a kids' party are very high. All-in-all a fun experience.

Awesome location for an afternoon of activity for your kids! We love bringing our 7 year-old here, and even held her birthday here. Location is great, staff is friendly, the space is always clean, and our daughter loves all the physical challenges. Highly recommended!

The staff made my daughters birthday one to remember! The facility was clean and they made everything very turn key. I have nothing but great things to say about everyone working here and will be coming back to celebrate birthdays in the future. Thanks for making everything so memorable.

Thomas and Travis are the best workers there. They are funny and cool. They slay all day and they helped us out except when Travis told us to STOP running!😡😡 that made me angy but other than that they slayed and Travis dabbed me and friends up.
