I give 2 stars because of how the front desk treated us. They seem to be telling each one of us a different story. I seen the room was going for 234 a night on the internet. They said they couldn't do that price but would do 250 a night. But first told us the price was 1150 per night. Crazy difference but this is what happens when you are treated as a foreigner. Long story short she charged my friend when I walked away 450 per night. Then it was a hassle to try and get our money back. Before this the lady told us it was the very last room and a holiday was coming the next day and that's why the rooms were so high. We'll come to find out by the next hotel after, we found out that the holiday wasn't until two more days. Besides that the lady ask if she could switch our rooms, that is when we all got mad and said you told us it was you're very last room. Sorry but we don't like liars. Take care bye

Good location, good restaurants nearby, only a few roads away from city centre. The staff was friendly and helpful, good breakfast. The room was big enough, had a single and double bed, good bathroom with large shower and a nice safe. They also have a big games room and a gym that could improve with some refurbishment.

Waw though we WERE there under LOCKDOWN, everything was running smoothly, we could enjoy ALL places, but this HOTEL WAW so GOOD as well as its staff só polite and careful with us, no doubt on staying there, Hope we can be there sooner, WE LOVED RAFAIN HOTEL, be there you won't regret😃

Not a good hotel. Rooms smell - there is a double door to the next room and you can hear the neighbors talking as if they are in the same room. Balkony door does not close - someone came to „fix“ it - left because he could not. He did not speak english and got angry because I did not understand him. Breakfast is bad too - not even a toaster. Not recommended.

Good hotel, nice clean rooms and a fair size pool and terrace area. You can also play pool/foosball/ping pong in the basement which is a nice touch. The falls are a drive from here (both sides) so it was a good position for exploring the area.

Only Went in for breakfast .Normal,common breakfast . TheTapioca was good,small portion but tasty.
