One star is too good a review. This freeway shop at the Framingham Rest area is pathetic. There’s only a single way to get to the window line and if you miss it, coming right off the highway at speed, apparently you are not permitted to order coffee as a pedestrian. Staff refused to serve me unless I was in my car. So I waited for the drive up line to dissipate and tried to place my order at the menu board. The staff refused to serve me despite no cars in line behind me. I walked up to the window (again) and staff still refused to take my order. No signage explaining this rule. I had waited a very long time standing outside waiting for a turn to order. Maybe it’s a no biggie to others, but to me this was ridiculous, unfriendly and uncooperative. PS as I sit here in my car writing this review, unable to drive to the line because of one way direction preventing me, not a single car had been in line or had passed through, and still I am refused service. Two thumbs down!

Can't believe!! No coffee for Truckers. I requested workers, even ready to pay double that I'm hungry need food need coffee. They refused. Are you guys serious. 🤦‍♂️ Respect everyone.

This Starbucks is just drive through there’s no dine in or order from inside the store. I parked my RV in service area for overnight, and due to their low clearance, it’s impossible to drive through!

Sat in the drive-thru for an inordinate amount of time. Yes things happen machines breakdown to cause delays etc yet this isn't what happened. The vehicle in front of us and the worker at drive thru clearly knew each other and had a conversation. This was no quick stop and chat (which I believe is and should be normal) this was a ten to fifteen minute talk and that has resulted in this low review. Upside I have finally tried a cake pop, not my cup of tea but that's NOT Starbucks or any of the employees fault.

The staff is so rude specially the guy work at window I go for take coffee today he said me we don’t serve you coffee I ask him why he said we take order only by drive through I said him I am truck driver he said me that’s your problem if you want coffee bring car and come drive through otherwise we don’t give you coffee I ask owner why you open your coffee shop in service plaza if you don’t sell coffee to truckers

Absolutely great service! Got here when they opened right at 7 and the woman running the drive thru was so nice! Our drinks were delicious!

Every time I have ordered something at this Starbucks, it has been correct and the baristas are very nice. It is drive-through only but that is totally fine for getting Starbucks on my way home from work!

They don’t want to sell coffee to truck drivers, because our means of transportation dont fit in their drive thru driveway. Even if you want to walk through and pick up from same window. Although other same-sized Starbucks on MA service plazas have separate window for online order pickup and even take walk in orders from these windows. And all that was told me very rude way by very unpleasant employee. So no matter of that issue, the overall customer service is on the very poor level. What’s the problem just to be nice?

I am over the road driver. Was on my way back to California and stopped by this Starbucks for a cold brew. Rude staff said it’s drive thru only and since I can’t fit my semi truck thru it. Ended up going elsewhere for coffee. Shame.

Very unprofessional and disrespectful people who work at this location, since it’s a drive thru only, they won’t serve anyone over the window ( if you are not with the car you won’t be served ), I’m a truck driver( I don’t have access there with a truck ) and this Starbucks location is on the service plaza, so they refused me to try to attempt order over Starbucks app, I’m just wondering if the owner of this particular location know how much money he is losing on here with the workers like that who literally don’t care! 👎🏻👎🏼

Horrible. I'm a truck driver and they refuse to do window service. For the prices they charge u would think Starbucks would be concerned about how consumers r treated. Obviously not. Very sad Starbucks could care less about customer satisfaction

Such a weird design. Once you missed the entrace on the ramp, you will miss it forever because there is no way back, and only drivethrough allowes.

Worst starbucks experience i ever had! I ordered mocha with caramel syrup. Coffee was spilled on me and in my car because they gave the coffee in a damaged cup and the lid was not fitting to the cup due to damage it had on the top of the cup, the staff didn’t even bother to check it before they gave it to me.

The people are great but this location has hard time opening on time. Sometimes 7:10, 7:15, 7:25. I only came on here today because this is happens all the time. It’s extraordinarily expensive real estate location. Otherwise, Everybody’s lovely!! Every day, their smiles are wonderfully kind and warm and fast.

I have ordered the same sandwich every day and it’s always disgusting. I have tried to ask them to make sure the bacon is cooked all the way, then I asked for crispy, then I asked for extra crispy, then we’ll done, then I just asked “can you please make sure my bacon isn’t gross rubbery and cold” I get the same condition every time. The bacon isn’t cooked through, it’s cold and rubbery, and literally inedible. I have wasted so much money on food I haven’t been able to eat. They also have nitro cold brew on the menu and for three months they haven’t had it, so it should be removed. The coffee itself I’ve never had an issue with but just knowing I have throw away my $7 sandwiches every day and then in addition I’ve had to door dash breakfast or starve until lunch after already wasting so much money I can’t keep quiet anymore. How he’s is it to actually cook a sandwich?

FYI: if you miss the turn there is no pedestrian entrance. Literally walked up to the drive-thru window. Staff was friendly. Drink was sub-par. Ordered a Flat White. Espresso tasted burned or bitter like they pre-pulled shots in case they had a rush. The egg botes were as per normal: tasted delicious. Overall, neither blown away nor impresed. In fact, no walk-in = lame.

I never know when this location will actually be open. The hours online say 7am-5pm and they weren’t open this morning even though the cones weren’t blocking the drive through. The phone number online also doesn’t work. The employees are really nice and I’ve never had an order made wrong.

Drive thru only location.I was bummed when I missed the entrance but a barista informed me that would be right with me when the cars cleared and ensured to keep me safe! Staff was very friendly and helped me pick out my new favorite drink! Thank you guys for your warm inviting atmosphere and good vibes. You really turned my day around ❤️

Loving the new management here. This place has really turned around overall. Always busy with good food and drinks. Wish they had a walk up window

Closed early at 430. We could see the workers making drinks but they'd blocked off the drive thru. Very unhappy won't be stopping again.

It's on the highway and drive through Star bucks. They are very quick in serving your order. There are few quick bites and various flavored coconut milk is available.
