Been going to this branch for years now, everyone is so kind and so welcoming, my absolute favorite hairstylist is Kristin, who is truly phenomenal and so great at what she does. Not only does she do an awesome job with cutting my hair exactly the way I want it to be, but she’s also so personable, friendly and kind, I always request her because I always have such a great experience with her! Highly recommended! Love the rest of the team as well!

I went to Supercuts in Framingham on Sunday and found the staff to be not very accommodating to walk-ins. I arrived with my husband at noon and only one of us could get a cut. The staff member indicated they were booked up already. The staff member did a fine job on my hair but wasn’t terribly friendly to either my husband or myself. We ended up going elsewhere for a haircut for him. So kind of a lost opportunity for Supercuts. Honestly we liked the other place better so that is where we will get our haircuts in the future.

Just called in and was essentially told that they were full but you can come in and waste your time if you want. I kept asking what the current wait time was the person who answered my call never gave me a strait answer even though I said that I would be going off of it just want to know what the current time was

Nice. Quick. They took me in right off the street with no appointment. I am very happy with the cut they gave me and I definitely will return.

Same day booking is ridiculous. I find it hard to believe hair appts aren't available at 9:30am when they open at 9am. Any other place has to be better than this!

This place kept me waiting over an hour and I had an appointment! They did this before, and you are out of luck if you try walking in. Seems they play favorites with customers and they have no sense of good customer service or saying to you when you've been waiting a long time, "Sorry, you've had to wait EXTRA LONG!" or "We will seat you 8n a few minutes." They just ignore umyou and go about their business sweeping floors, or fixing their makeup. I will never go here again. Would rather pay twice as much than put up with their attitudes!

Web says open. No wait. Upon arrival, locked up with a "We are special, so closed for 45 minute lunch."

I had an appointment with Jennica - she did a Tea Tree treatment . It was wonderful , she took her time and continue to advise me to relax and enjoy it . After that I had a haircut which she made me feel very comfortable with her expertise . She made sure to ask me how much I wanted to cut and how long I wanted my layers . she made sure to also asked if she was being to rough when brushing my hair . Overall I had a wonderful experience - the only negative thing (and why is not a 5 starts) a co worker kept rushing her while she was trying to cash me out . But Jennica was very polite and professional .

Hair becomes part of people's personality For someone who has had bad experiences (elsewhere), walking into these places is like rolling the dice with a fairly important outward facing detail. I can't even tell you how hard it seems to be these days to find someone who can even string 2 sentences together, let alone communicate well enough to make an experience enjoyable. It was a few weeks ago, and I'm sorry that I don't remember who I had. She seemed fairly young, perhaps in her mid to late 20s. I remember she said she had been cutting for over 10 years. Anyway, my point is that she was awesome, and I didn't want to slack let a good experience go by without recognition.

Mari is the best I had a very bad highlight experience at a different salon. I explained to them that I have very fine hair around my hairline and some stylists find it very difficult to get all the wispy hair into foils to color. They insisted that it wasn’t a problem and went ahead to do foil highlights as you can guess it, turned out a disaster, dark patches all around my hairline, so when I pulled my hair back into a ponytail gaps everywhere. So came to Supercuts in Framingham and Mari fixed it with no effort she’s absolutely amazing five stars from Mari 😊

Not the worst haircut I've ever had but definitely in the top 10. The stylist didn't seem to understand what I was asking for. All I wanted was a trim but she cut off about 3 in off the top. Luckily hair grows back. I've been to this location about three times. The first haircut I received from there was actually really good, but the stylist does not work there anymore. The last two have been pretty poor. For a simple haircut at $25 I'll go somewhere else next time.

I wish we could make appointments in advance but my service professional is beyond great. Pricing is quite reasonable for seniors.

Like the sign says, super cuts and super service! I definitely go back here!
