I have been a patient of this dental clinic for over a year now and took me this long to write a review but I would say that this is probably the best dental clinic in MA. I used to always have a fear of going to the dentist, I freak out just by thinking of going in but not anymore. my tooth was hurting that I can't take the pain anymore so I looked up best dental clinic in my area and it happened that this clinic has good reviews. I did my research and finally decided to give it a try and I did not regret going in. all the fear is gone. this is just the best clinic ever! I moved an hour away and I still go to this clinic for my cleaning every 6 months. I'd still come here even if it's like couple hours drive that's how much I love this clinic. Dr. Madani is just the best!

I had a toothache on a Friday and based upon great online reviews I booked an appointment for the next day. I was able to be seen on a Saturday which was great on very short notice. I was extremely impressed with how friendly "everyone" was. From the front desk, to the dentists, to the hygenists, everyone was fantastic. I was able to get x-rays, a temprorary crown, and a cleaning all in the same visit. All options were clearly explained with no attempts to upsell. The procedures were pain free. This place is great!!! I would recommend them highly.

Dr. Madani and his crew are knowledgeable and friendly. They change my smile, and they change my life for better. I can’t thank them enough for all the amazing work they did. Thank you to each one of you for all you did because I know it wasn’t an easy task 😁

The dental assistant Pouya, the hygienist, and the dentist were all incredibly welcoming and kind. This was the best dental appointment I've had! I plan to be back in the future as they are all amazing at what they do. Genuinely no complaints here - and highly recommend this to everyone.

Excellent service and every care is given during your time with the Doctor and staff. The practice is run impeccably and you come away feeling they want to help you and make the experience as good as possible. Could not have made a better choice for the whole family.

First note: I was a patient while this practice was actually in Nobscot. Times may have changed. Pros: price, accepts a lot of different insurance plans, able to work with you on payment, friendly staff. Cleanings and basic fillings were scheduled easily. Cons: Dr. Madani has many patients... and it feels like it. He once left the room in the middle of performing my root canal for about 10-15 minutes to greet and speak with another patient. I don't know if the other patient was having an emergency, but no one bothered to explain to me why I had to sit there holding my mouth open alone in a room mid root canal. As someone with dental anxiety, this is not an ideal scenario. Mixed: Dr. Madani is a perfectionist. This is great on the surface - you want someone who cares about doing a good job! But I had to go back for multiple visits while he molded, measured, and fitted the same crown over the same root canal three different times. He did not charge for this, but I had to keep leaving work early and sacrificing pay while these visits were happening. Bottom line: My experience seems to be an outlier among all these reviews, and I am really glad for all the people who love this place. Nobscot Dental is affordable and accessible, and really great for routine care and basic procedures. But as someone with anxiety and complicated dental issues, I will not be returning.
