I wish I could give it 0 stars. Please don’t apply to this place, they will just take your application fee money and stop responding to you. After our experience, I’m really surprised this place has the good ratings it does. My fiancé and I applied for an apartment and got an email later that day that we were approved. Someone named Nicole reached out to tell us that she would send over the lease — we didn’t hear back from her until a week later where all we got was the notification the lease was sent to us. We had replied to her a week ago with some questions we had and we didn’t get response from her regarding our questions, so we followed up with her and it wasn’t until 2 days later that she responded (with no explanation for the lack of communication) just briefly answering our questions. We had looked at the lease and noticed that we were being charged for our ESA, so we sent her a follow up email asking her to revise the lease as well as a couple other questions we had left. We never heard back again. Over the span of the next two weeks, we sent several follow up emails with no response and also called the building directly (also no response to our calls or voicemails we left). They completely ghosted us. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME APPLYING TO THIS PLACE, they just took our application fee money and wasted our time during our search process. Now we’re scrambling to find another place in time for our move.

This apartment is very new, neat and safe! Pet friendly, staffs friendly, neighbors as well. :) Parking spot is private and spacious, public space + gym is luxurious and comfortable! The residential coordinator, Alex helped us a lot! Thank you! Before I moved in, I read other reviews, which mentioned about the noisy horning from the train. In my experience, it did not affect that much, it just like 10 seconds. I didn’t wake up at night because of the passing train or horning. The location is also very convenient to CVS, Walmart, Target, Whole Food, Trader Joe’s…etc. Highly recommend for living here.

I posted a review that got deleted. Unfortunately since the previous community manager DJ Singh left, this place has lost its sense of community. Having been here two years now, I miss the events hosted that would provide that community feel. The staff also rotates so quickly and now even Nicole who was the last good thing left after DJ , has left. It just feels like a super expensive apartment building. End of lease, looking into other potential local apartment complex (Buckley, The Burrow) that seems to be big on community. I know it’s not the properties job to provide that, but it was there before so it can be done.

I have been working with Alta Union House as a real estate agent since the day they opened, and I can tell that it's been a pleasure to work with Aurora, Cailee, Ty and Ellie. They are very responsible, professional and nice people. The property is luxurious, has great amenities, clean and organized. Highly recommend!

Alta Union is a wonderful appartment complex: beautifully designed appartments and building in general, with an overall contemporary and refined look&feel, exceptional staff and unique service (thank you Ellie for your presence and help all along!), a great community feeling with the regular events organized for the residents to meet but also get to know better the neighborhood (and support local businesses - I hope people from Framingham not excited to see all these new people and the changes it brings will end up appreciating what it can bring to the town too!), not to forget the fantastic amenities (I love the social spaces and the gym!). Last but not least, this is a dog friendly place. You get my point: Alta Union House is more than an appartment building, it is an experience!

My experience with Union house for the pass 6 months have be extraordinary! The staff provides world class service from the moment you enter the building. Upon entry you will be greeted by Nicole and Alex who will make you make at home instantly. The property manager is also an amazing young man who treats everyone with respect and will always make time to talk to you. Out of all the properties I’ve been to, union house has the best rooms and amenities. The atmosphere is clean and always sells amazing. Rickordo H

What I like best is that the staff has always been great here. From maintenance, to housekeeping & management, everyone is friendly, kind and attentive. The community areas are always usable and a great addition. I also like the neighborhood, walking around, and being close to businesses & retail. Thanks Chandler Nicole Mariosa Alex and DJ This has been a great place to live. The staff has been exceptional - responding to resident needs ASAP, very friendly, professional, creative and thoughtful. They probably could use an even bigger team just because of the workload from the size of the place, the amenities offered, the amount of residents, and the basic things they have to do AND the bonus resident activities they offer. It really has been a pleasure staying here.

My dad and I are moving to this phenomenal apartment starting January 2023, and we are very excited to move. Amenities, including gym, office space, and private parking, stood out. We thought those amenities could be more convenient than any other apartment's amenities. Additionally, the location is amazing, especially the train station. The MBTA train station is only 5 minutes away by walking from the apartment. So, there is no need to drive or take an Uber to the train station. Additionally, during our apartment tour in October 2022, the apartment's consultant, Nicole, guided us. I wouldn't be able to stop mentioning Nicole's friendliness. We asked Nicole about so many specific things (such as the amount of sunlight coming in, noises that come from outside, etc.) about the apartment. And she was very friendly to answer with details to all our questions. In addition, She also made a great effort to find the perfect room that matched our needs. In the end, she was able to find the perfect room for us. So, we couldn't appreciate Nicole more than enough.
