Terrible service, I already sent an email which had no answer and in my last appointment I explicit complain about it. Is incredible that I have never information about my health condition or the results of my test. I have been taking the wrong dosis of medication because the employees aren't doing their work. And when I call and ask for information they say the results aren't there, after 5 weeks there's still not a professional and proper response.

Very disappointed, it took a long time for an appointment and then it was postponed for another 2 weeks. At the appointment itself, I met a consulting MA who simply explained to me that he was a professional and a specialist. Well, that's why I'm leaving. Unfortunately, covetation did NOT take place due to time constraints. SIMPLY UNPROFESSIONAL

I can highly recommend this practice! I've been there three times within a short period of time and every contact was friendly and competent, from the doctor's assistant to the doctor who treated me. Very nice practice, every patient is helped here and the waiting time is normal. Great attention is paid to hygiene standards. Thank you!

Hatte am Freitag einen Termin dort, den ich sehr kurzfristig erhalten habe. Ich habe mich in meinem ganzen Leben noch nie so wohl gefühlt in einer Praxis. Ich hatte eigentlich 2 Termine, von denen jedoch nur einer im System erfasst war. Nach 2 Minuten hatte sich das Thema erledigt und ich durfte beide Termine wahrnehmen. Man wird sehr freundlich empfangen. Wartezeit von maximal 5 Minuten gehabt & alle Mitarbeiter*innen (auch der zuständige Arzt) haben genau erklärt, was jetzt Sache ist und was als nächstes gemacht wird. Zudem muss ich noch erwähnen, dass mein Termin am Freitag mitten im August war. Und trotzdem hat man den Mitarbeitern nicht angemerkt, dass sie bereits eine lange Woche hinter sich hatten. Es war alles stimmig und so gut, dass ich das nach meiner Untersuchung direkt an der Anmeldung anmerken musste. Nochmal ein dickes Lob ans gesamte Team. SO geht Gesundheitswesen !

Bisher bin ich top zufrieden. Bei meinem ersten Termin wurde ich freundlich empfangen und musste gar nicht lange warten. Alles ist strukturiert und organisiert, der erste Eindruck war echt mehr als positiv. Die Praxis ist modern eingerichtet. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr sympathisch und kompetent.

One of the best practices I've ever been to in Ulm. A great doctor Dr. Adıyaman, listen, take your time, you will be taken seriously. Even though I was a new patient. The practice is very modern and very spacious and very bright. A big compliment also to the two ladies at reception, you will be greeted with a smile and a smile Received at 8:30 in the morning. A model practice with great doctors and medical assistants. Thank you for being perceived as a person (patient) even though you are a statutory health insurance patient. An exemplary practice that you don't always get preferential treatment as a private patient. That I was able to experience that, chapeau!!!

Staff is unfriendly. assembly line. You have to plan more time for the appointment because you have to wait in line twice. Otherwise the medical treatment was fine.

Competent advice from my doctor. He took the time to answer my questions. Was able to reduce my insecurity. Long waiting times between individual examinations. I would also like to see a smile or a kind word from the helpers.

Very good service. Got appointment very easily. Did not have to wait too long for doctor on the day of appointment. The doctor spoke in english with us. Also all the tests were conducted very fast. The doctor himself called later to convey the results.

Ich kann leider nur die Terminabwicklung bewerten. Zunächst finde ich das System ganz gut, wie Termine online vereinbart werden können. Nach zwei Tagen kam ein Terminvorschlag, der nicht allzu weit entfernt war. Bis hierhin in Ordnung. Doch dann musste ich den Termin absagen bzw verschieben wegen der Arbeit. Telefonieren ist in dieser Praxis keine Option, weil nur Ärzte anrufen dürfen. Also habe ich es wieder online versucht. In einer Art Chat wurde ich darauf hingewiesen, dass ich per Mail auf eine Antwort hingewiesen werde. Mach zwei Tagen kam immer noch nichts. Also habe ich eine Mail hinterher geschickt, die ebenfalls nie beantwortet wurde. Mein Termin wird wahrscheinlich als "nicht erschienen" markiert, da der Online-Weg zwar nett ist, aber offensichtlich nicht funktioniert, da nicht ausreichend beachtet. Allerdings habe ich bereits weitere mündliche Warnungen erhalten dieser Praxis fern zu bleiben. Ich wollte mir selbst ein Bild machen, doch das Klassendenken hat mich sehr abgeschreckt. Also lieber nicht.

War heute zur Magen/Darmspiegelung in der Praxis. Sollte mit dem Aufzug in den 1.Stock, bin aber claustrophob. Am Empfang hat mir eine Dame daraufhin netterweise den Weg über die Treppe gezeigt und mich nach oben begleitet. Danke nochmal dafür! Spiegelung war mit der tollen Betreuung der Mädels und dem wirklich tollen sanften Einschlafen prima zu machen. Auch das Aufwachen, schön sanft. Das Befund-Gespräch war freundlich und verständlich. Ich kann die Praxis absolut empfehlen.

Praxis ist sehr gut organisiert. Vertrauliche Voruntersuchung und anschließend relativ schnell einen Termin bekommen. Untersuchung ging zum eingestellten Termin zügig über die Bühne. Praxis jederzeit zu empfehlen

Ich war heute zur Magen & Darmspiegelung dort und wurde schon am Eingang sehr freundlich empfangen. Wartezeiten gab es so gut wie keine. Die Abschlussbesprechung mit Hr. Dr. Walter war sehr freundlich und informativ. Alles in allem war ich sehr zufrieden. Danke!

I have never been with such an annoyed team and certainly never with such an unfriendly and disrespectful doctor. You describe your situation and notice from the first moment that you are not taken seriously here, regardless of what you say.
