Lipoedema surgery Stage 2 Type 4 I can not recommend Dr Jorjani enough from the surgery right down to the small details. My surgery has taken the pain from my arms and now 6 months on my arms look amazing better than I could of ever imagined.. Traveling from the U.K alone for surgery can be a bit daunting but he instantly puts you at ease. Always in contact to answer any worries or concerns you may have... nothing is to much trouble. Very professional.

I could not have asked for a better experience that with Dr Jorjani and his team. His knowledge and treatment of lipedema is outstanding but his appreciation and dedication to ensuring the patient achieves the best aesthetic result whilst also treating this disease is just impressive. The aftercare and advice received from Dr Jorjani has been amazing and I have felt fully supported by him throughout the whole process. I travelled from London to have my arm surgery in June and I am Very happy with my results and my experience overall. Dr Jorjani has been honest and transparent from the start and always managed my expectations. There is great support throughout pre-op preparation, during the hospital stay and post-op. A Facebook group with patients supporting each other and the dr is great at posting his work on Instagram. Also big shout out to Katja and especially Helene who do a great job at booking appointments and sending information to local and international patients. Would not change surgeon and looking forward to continue my journey with the doctor in 2023.

I had 3 surgeries for Lipoedema with Dr Jorjani between December 2021 and December 2022. I travelled from the UK. I had stage 2/3 type 4 Lipoedema. I’ve always been active and tried to look after my health, but the Lipoedema was starting to make movement uncomfortable and everyday life was painful. Dr Jorjani gave me confidence from the beginning because he was so straightforward and honest about what was achievable in my condition. I have to say, he has exceeded all expectations in terms of the improvement in my legs and arms after surgery. I have much less pain, and I can move so much better. I can make progress looking after my health now because my body is working better and I feel more comfortable in my body. Dr Jorjani and his team were professional, friendly and supportive throughout the process of arranging and undergoing surgery. The aftercare has been great as well. I'm 51 with stage 2 type 4 lipoedema. I had 3 surgeries last year by Dr Jorjani and his team , 1 on my arms and 2 on my legs (front & back). I would highly recommend Dr Jorjani for anyone considering surgery. He is professional, ethical and managed my expectations, a master of his craft! The results for me have been life changing. My legs are now pain free and I have greater mobilty. The surgery has been life changing and I have gained so much self confidence which in turn has encouraged me to exercise more. His partner Helene was always available at the end of an email to support and guide me.

This man is an artist! Completely a trailblazer in his field particularly for treating lipedema. They also provided tremendous service to offshore clients (U.K. for me). I have been to see Dr Jorjani multiple times. He was very honest with me and confident. I would recommend him for any of your basic facial needs…Botox, fillers, Morpheus 8, etc.

I had full front (270 degrees) of my legs done on 19 July 2023 with Dr. Jorjani. Very unexpectedly, because there was a cancellation and I saw that a spot opened up, so I immediately responded. I didn’t expect to actually be helped, considering I didn’t even have a consultation planned beforehand, but Dr. Jorjani, his lovely wife and amazing team made it possible! Even though they also had a vacation planned and my request was very last minute, they managed to squeeze me in for a consultation. The response time and communication is very quick overall clear and even with problems, they manage to give swift solutions, which also helped with my nerves. Dr. Jorjani and his wife are very involved in the whole process, from beginning to end and after the surgery as well. You can ask them anything and they’ll respond promptly. The surgery itself went well and the results are more than I could have hoped for! After the initial swelling went down I can finally see my knees and muscles for the first time in my life. The scars are tiny and with lots of scar treatment, they are not even visible anymore (and I’m only 13 weeks post-op, imagine in a year). I still have the back of my legs and full arms scheduled with Dr. J and I can’t wait to see him perform his magic again! I’m extremely happy and lucky to have found an amazing surgeon who made me feel more comfortable in my body. So again, Dr. Jorjani and team, thank you so much!! And can’t wait for the other surgeries.

I had my first surgery with Dr.Jorjani in 2023 August. He did full front, 270 degrees, and I was at the hospital in Remagen. He is an excellent surgeon who is a perfectionist. He is also extremely honest about what he can and cannot do based on my personal body type. I'm 50 years old and was diagnosed with Lipedema in 2022 November. Dr. Jorjani explain I will have some loose skin and due to the condition of my skin I was not a good candidate for body tite. I appreciate his honesty and the honesty of the type of results I could expect. The surgery went well, and I am amazed at my legs and how my body shape has totally changed. I no longer have the heaviness and pain in my legs like I used to. I am able to wear clothes I could not previously and I have lost weight since having the surgery as my metabolism has changed removing some of the lipedema. I'm grateful for his expertise.

Had my second surgery with Dr. Jorjani on 14th November 2023, full arms.....again Dr. Jorjani did not disappoint with his results, I am thrilled...everything went well & recovery was great with no issues. I had my first surgery with him on 24th July for Lipoedema....full front legs. On the morning of my surgery Dr. Jorjani made me feel so calm...he marked up my legs & explained to me the results he could achieve...I knew I was in good hands & trusted him 100%...during my research for a surgeon & after seeing his results I knew I did not want any other surgeon to do my surgery. My surgery went really well, the nurses in the hospital are so so lovely & helpful. Dr. Jorjani came to my room after surgery to check on me & to tell me how surgery went & how many litres of lipoedema fat he was able to remove, he also showed me a couple of photos he had taken during & after surgery ( he also sends these photos to you by text ), I was honestly blown away & couldn't believe these legs were mine...from that day Dr. Jorjani checked in on me by text & phone to see how my recovery was going. I am 3 months post surgery & I cannot believe my results....my MLD therapist said that was the best result she had ever seen & she has worked on many women post surgery, she said my legs were the smoothest she had ever felt & the leg shape is amazing...I told her that's what happens when you have the best surgeon. I am due to have my 2nd surgery in 3 weeks for my arms, again with Dr. Jojani & I can't wait....I just know he is going to take away all my pain & give me the best result he can. The knowledge that he has on lipoedema is incredible & his attention to detail is unbelievable, he is a perfectionist & it shows in his results. I cannot recommend him enough. Leaving reviews is not something I normally do, but on this occasion I have made an exception because Dr Jorjani deserves recognition. He is absolutely, by far, one of the best lipoedema surgeons in the world, in my opinion. He is a perfectionist. He is honest. He is dedicated to doing his best for his patients. Both my mum and I travelled together and both had surgery on the same day, twice! The team accommodated our request to share a hospital room. After each surgery, Dr J. Contacted me in the weeks and months after each surgery to check in on us both. Whenever we had questions, he would reply almost immediately- even outside of his working hours. Dr J. Was honest and didn't sugar coat anything for us - which made us trust with him. He advised against bodytite for my arms as he didn't think I would need it. He could have easily agreed to do it and make an extra 2500 or so from me. My mum asked for bobytite and he explained that her arms needed skin removal so she also wouldn't be a suitable candidate for tightening. We really appreciate his honesty. We would absolutely 100% recommend Dr Jorjani. I was stage 2 and my mum was stage 3. I would suggest that you follow his IG page and watch his stories. His results are always consistent, and nearly identical. The only improvement he needs to make is his taste in some music 😆

I had blepharoplasty by Dr. Jorjani last year and every day of my life since then I can’t stop to look at myself in the mirror. Why didn’t I do it earlier! Dr. Jorjani and his team were extremely pleasant and easy to communicate, the whole process (how scary it can seem before) with him was like a nice walk in the park. The result is highly satisfying! I am looking 10 years younger, but the think I appreciated more of all is the care he took of me after the surgery. He (personally!) wrote to me with requests of photos and videos first every day, to monitor the healing process, then every week and even months until my lids had no signs of surgery at all.
