I was bullied out of my decade-long contract almost two years ago after, as an asthmatic, I was forced to train on the ergometer with an FFP2 mask on, without being allowed to clear my nose to breathe better. This might not be worth mentioning if I hadn't had a daily negative corona test and a therapist hadn't been training on the ergometer next to me at the same time without a mask. This happened not just once, but at least a dozen times. When I complained about this in clear terms, I was banned from the house with flimsy reasons. I only received any outstanding repayments after I contacted a lawyer. I therefore repeat at this point: For years, medaktiv and salvea have been using extremely questionable, not to say shabby, methods, "ripping people off" and employees lie when it suits them.

I have been a long-term patient and have been going to the Salvea therapy center for many, many years. I had mostly good therapists there, like Ms. Almas at the moment, with whom I am very, very satisfied. The ladies at registration are always friendly and always try to accommodate changes and special requests. To my regret, I have to deduct a star because the cold and heat ratio in the therapy rooms leaves a lot to be desired. The rooms that are only or very functional could also be designed to be a little friendlier. It's also a shame that the floating lounger and the coffee machine (every now and then, for a fee, I would be grateful if I could get a coffee from the coffee machine if it's already in the waiting room) no longer work. The waiting room/speech therapy room could also be made more friendly, as children also come for therapy. Finally, something positive. The toilets and other therapy rooms are very clean. 👍

After many attempts to get help quickly in Augsburg, I found what I was looking for at medaktiv. I got appointments very quickly. The employees are all very nice and accommodating, you can tell straight away when you walk in that there is a very good atmosphere. The reception is also very friendly and you feel like you are in good hands. My two therapists (there was a change due to the holiday season) were both very nice and very competent. Rescheduling appointments (from my side) was also very easy; the arrangement with the referring practice was handled by reception. I hope I don't have to come back anytime soon, but if I do, I'll definitely go there again. I can only recommend.

I have already been treated by physiotherapy and occupational therapy. Most therapists are very competent and friendly. The ladies at registration are also very nice. Arranging an appointment always works wonderfully and promptly! Overall a great team! 👍🏻

I have to downgrade my last review because Salvea seems to have no interest in the patient or the employees. Recently, appointments have repeatedly been canceled at short notice without offering alternative appointments. It is also very noticeable that the company's employees are running away in droves. The change in personnel (if there is a “change” at all) is enormous. After many years of loyalty to the company, I will definitely look for other therapy options. You should think carefully about the company's strategy; after all, the patient pays for the employees' salaries.

Hatte wegen einer Bänderverletzung 8 Einheiten manuelle Therapie und 8 Einheiten Krankengymnastik verschrieben bekommen. Bei Medaktiv habe ich wahnsinnig schnell Termine bekommen. Die letzten vier Sitzungen mussten dann seitens des Zentrums verschoben werden, was aber auch gut funktioniert hat. Der Therapeut hat sich sehr bemüht und hat eine sehr angenehme Art. Leider musste ich dann noch operiert werden, wofür der Therapeut letztendlich nichts kann. Kann das Zentrum guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen.

Bin sehr begeistert gewesen. Schnell Termine bekommen. Die Damen an der Anmeldung sind sehr freundlich und auch die Ergotherapeutin ist sehr freundlich und die Therapie hat sehr gut geholfen. Komme sehr gerne wieder. Werde ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Schnelle Terminvergabe, freundliches Personal, leider gehen nicht alle Therapeuten auf die Wünsche des Patienten ein. Ich trainiere 2 x in der Woche im Fitnessstudio und mache die gleichen Übungen zuhause, welche der Therapeut in der 20minütigen Sitzung "abarbeitet". Hierfür muss ich nicht meine kostbare Zeit opfern. Mein Wunsch, die Anwendung, bzw. Übungen zu ändern, wurde nicht umgesetzt, mit der Begründung, man hätte bestimmte Vorschriften. Ich habe ich die letzten Termine gecancelt...... Ich wünsche mir von seiten SALVEA mehr Flexibilität und das man mehr auf den Wunsch des Kunden eingeht.

Especially little angel A....... at the reception The first time with foot problems twelve appointments, the second time with back problems six dates. Each time I completed a full physio course and each time was very satisfied from start to finish.

Since 2016, I have been attending Salvea Augsburg at the Vincentinum regularly twice a week for occupational therapy and physiotherapy. The therapists are very competent and always respond to my individual needs. The entire team - from registration to the therapists to the team leader - are very friendly, so you feel really comfortable here. There have never been any problems when I canceled appointments. The entire practice is also wheelchair accessible and air-conditioned. I'm glad to have such a great occupational and physical therapy practice here. Thank you !
