There’s always stock issues/empty shelves which are obvious signs of poor supply management. All the clothes are sizes L+ which they end up having to put on clearance. But instead of learning and making corrections, they order L+ sizes again in a never ending loop.

We live about an hour and a half from this exchange so we don’t go often. We stopped on the way home from a sporting event and enjoyed stocking up on some items we can’t find in Europe easily! It’s much better stocked than the one in Brunssum. Shoes, clothes, makeup, home items, electronics etc. We also had lunch at the food court, and took a Starbucks to go.

Half a world away from us and still has a customer service attitude that others should emulate. Completed our online order and called the next day to assure the grandson could pick up the items ordered. Two minutes later, everything was all set. So, from Yukon, OK to Spangdalem, Germany, gift giving made so simple and easy!

Its nice to get gas and be done quickly compared to Ramstein!

This bx is necer stocked for school supplies, once the bx runs out of stuff it could take weeks to get something that we need unless we order it online through their website or amazon.

Very little selection. High prices. This place isn't doing our military any favors.

The staff are polite and friendly. Most importantly, I have saved a lot of money price checking an item with Amazon, Wal-Mart, Sears, and Best Buy. Be sure to view their guarantee policy. Some items I saved pretty big on were: Crest Whitening Strips ($15), Bose Quiet comfort Headphones ($100), Guess watch ($30), Samsung Tab S3 ($100), but the tablet also came with a stylus ($50 value) and a $20 Google play gift card. There has been much more, but just taking a few minutes to price check has saved me hundreds and hundreds of dollars. :)

It’s a BX. Nothing super special, except the employees. Some happy. Some grumpy. Some obviously Hate their jobs, others seems to not mind and a couple even seem Thankful to have a job.
